This time of year I use gingersnaps in my crust for cheesecakes! You have changed the recipe! These hard discs have NO flavor! They were chewy with the taste of molasses …dark in color. Just awful now! Your vanilla wafers have also changed in size and taste! I will no longer buy your products! Very Disappointed! I get boycot now!

One of the packages of the crackers from the box had bits of peanut butter on them. I did not expect or liked knowing that such a mistake was made with product I purchased. It is my understanding that other people complained of same subject matter. The incident occurred on December 4th, 2021. Attached are two pictures of the package. May you please look into why such a mistakes keep happening. The crackers purchased was the family size, fresh stacks original. I trust that the management of your company understands that this manufacturing error may only be one in a series, and that such carelessness could including mistakes that impact sanitation and safety.

Nabisco? Ginger Snaps new GMO recipe is a hard, tasteless, pale, graham cracker...

Nabisco exits in name only, now just a shell entity controlled by the nebulous Mondelez Global.

Pie crust made with Nabisco ginger snaps is on par with store-bought pre-made offensive junk. If you're a baker that uses pre-made shells, you might just as well get a whole pie at Costco!

Continuing a 60+ year tradition started by Mom, I use all premium, organic ingredients to make a holiday pumpkin chiffon pie utilizing Nabisco Ginger Snaps as the only non-organic ingredient, for the pie crust.

No longer.

Not only has the recipe been degraded to tasteless crap, but these cookies now contain GMO ingredients.

Mom's incredible pies require multiple steps and take time to make properly. Like Mom, I usually make two at a time, at least a day ahead.

I'm not waiting for Nabisco, Mondelez Global, whoever they are, to go back to the prior recipe.

Instead, I googled: crispy ginger snap recipe.

What's an extra 30 minutes for pies that take hours to make?

I am a cracker fiend so I open the box of crackers usually the day I buy it, never more than 3 days. They always for multiple years taste stale. I find this true with all saltines crackers. The only crackers that d not taste stale ate the premium minis but they are rarely in the store. We want fresh crackers. How do we get them? There is not much more to say. I buy them. They are no where near the expiration date and they taste stale.

I have been eating nabisco ginger snaps for over 50 years. It has always been my favorite cookie. I bet ever ever post complaints. As a matter of fact, this is my first one. I just bout a box of ginger snaps only to find that they do not compare to the tried and true unique cookie they once were. First, the much lighter color does not represent a true ginger snap and the fake indentations on the cookie look ridiculous. The taste is sub par and the cu de grad is that they no longer have the same consistency when dipped in my hot ginger tea. I can not believe Nabisco would change a classic recipe that has been lived for so long. Given this disappointment, I will no longer buy nabisco's ginger snaps. Why would anyone ruin the perfect ginger snap to save a few cents? And why would the manufacturers think we wouldn't notice?

I'm disappointed. Nabsico changed their Ginger snap recipe. The old ones were a denser cookie that had a nice texture and snap when biting it. The flavor of ginger was throughout. This new recipe is less dense, more of a crunch and crumble than snap. Yet, the saddest fact is that they now have a bland, uninteresting flavor. Nabsico has lost a customer.

Would like to know why every box of Nabisco Unsalted Top Crackers are always burned. There are 4 sleeves in a box and I'm lucky if I get a box with 1 sleeve not burned. Normally I don't purchase the plain saltine crackers but the few times I have those are never burned. I'm am attaching pictures of 3 sleeves that are burned which I purchased today. Please advise! These cookies used to be a staple in my house. Whatever you've done to them was definitely not for the better. I'm not usually a complainer and not one to seek out a company to file a complaint but my goodness do I feel strongly about this one. I am heartbroken that you've changed these cookies. hopefully enough people feel this way that they will be brought back to their original glory.

Product best when used by date is 06JAN2022KE1304 yet it tastes moldy. This is the second box that has had this issue, threw out the first thinking it was a one time problem but its not. Bought these at the Walmart in Flippin Arkansas, USA. Not buying anymore of this Nabisco product until this is resolved.

I ate four saltine crackers with my soup. They smelled and tasted bad, almost like nail polish. That was at lunch time (I hadn't eaten breakfast). By mid afternoon I started feeling sick to my stomach and managed to drive home despite the nausea. By dinner time I was violently vomiting. I was sick all night with headache, stomach issues, etc., finally able to get some food in me the following afternoon — but not much, my stomach / digestive system is still hurting. Today marks the second day and I am starting to feel better, although my stomach is still crampy. I have noticed a bad smell on Saltines a lot lately but did not realize they could make me so sick! (Note: these were not expired, and still in the wrapping.)

Bought box 3 weeks ago, family members ate and shared that they taste off and that she was sick...I tasted them myself and immediately tasted and smelled something similar to a chemical like ammonia. Something is very off...box was not tampered with or damaged upon purchase from store. Sealed packs inside box stored in clean pantry cupboard in kitchen.

Nabisco has changed the formula for Ginger Snaps. I can hardly taste any ginger. I bought three boxes and returned the 2 unopened ones. Nabisco needs to go back to the original formula.

I've been buying your Ginger Snap cookies for decades. They are the only good ginger snap on the market in my opinion...until NOW. Why have you changed the recipe? It's awful. There's like no ginger in it. I my as well buy vanilla wafers or something.
I will not buy anymore of your Nabisco Ginger Snap cookies UNLESS you go back to the original cookie. I love your original ginger cookie. I'm so disappointed.

I have eaten these crackers for decades. You used to be able to count on them when you had a little tummy ache. Now they make you sick with the flavor and texture. I think they are probably being made like this because they are making them with cheaper ingredients. Now they always taste stale as soon as you get home from the store and open them. Every time lately they are awful. I'm going to switch.

So, you changed the water content in order to extend shelf life.
And the result is a cracker that falls apart in your hands.
Well here's another benefit, your crackers will stay off my shopping list and extend the shelf life where I shop.
Saving pennies/losing dollars.
Your share holders must be so proud of you for losing customers and faith in all your products.

Chips had no sour cream & onion flavor on them, ask other people to try them and they also said they there was no flavor- Seemed like plain chips. - No Flavor. Chips had no Flavor- I am very disappointed in this product, I usually have good luck with Ritz products, but not with this product.

My Mother always bought Premium Saltines and so have I, but in the last 6 months or so I have returned the product to Walmart and Kroger for a replacement and received another that tasted just as bad! WHAT have you done to these crackers? They use to have a buttery appearance and taste and they were always very crisp! Now they look like they are half-baked with no flavor whatsoever! I have decided to give up on your crackers and have tried a couple of cheap ones and they taste a little better than yours, but I am still searching. I just thought I would let you know that you have messed up and you need to fire the doofus who came up with this idea! After a long, enjoyable relationship with Premium Saltine, I will bid you adieu!

When I took out a pkg of crackers, I ate one & then noticed a worm crawling on one that I almost ate! I still have 1 full pkg. & a half pkg left. I will not eat them. I expect to be compensated for them

I know that I had purchased these within the last year. This is mayy 2021. These are not the cookies that were my favorite for many years! I agree with all the previous complaints! Give us back our old recipe! I am returning this box of hard and tasteless cookies! Please, please, please return to the original recipe!

On April 22, 2021, I opened a box of Ritz Crackers and removed a sleeve of crackers. As I opened the sleeve I noticed what looked like peanut butter on several crackers. I did not have any peanut butter that I intended to use with the crackers. I was puzzled and concerned. I removed more of the crackers and found soft cheese on two more of the crackers. At this point, I am shocked. How on earth did this happen. I examined the other sleeves, without actually opening them and discovered what looked like more peanut butter on one more of the unopened sleeves. I am really concerned about whether or not to purchase any more Ritz products. This seems like unsanitary production of this product.
