I had a really bad experience with Meridian Furniture USA. I ordered a sectional set from them and they took my money, but I never received the product. When I tried to get a refund, they refused to give me one. It was a really frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

To make matters worse, I also received a cracked table from them that was supposed to be in my showroom. It was a huge disappointment and I had to spend even more money to replace it.

Overall, I think there are much better furniture manufacturers out there that offer the same items at better prices and with better customer service. I would definitely recommend doing your research before ordering from Meridian Furniture USA.

Meridian Furniture USA is a great place to buy furniture. I got a really good deal on a beautiful piece of furniture from them. It looks amazing in my home and I get compliments on it all the time. The quality of the furniture is really good too. It's holding up really well and I haven't had any issues with it at all.

One time, I accidentally damaged a piece of the furniture and I was really upset about it. I contacted Meridian Furniture USA's customer service and they were really helpful. They got me a replacement part really quickly and it was really easy to install. I was really impressed with how responsive and helpful they were.

Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Meridian Furniture USA. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality furniture at a good price. Don't listen to that other review above, it seems like they were just trying to get their money back for no reason. Meridian Furniture USA is a great company and I'm really happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased a Marble Top Dining Table from Meridian Furniture USA and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. The table was delivered to me five times with the marble top broken each time. I was extremely disappointed as I had high hopes for this table and was excited to add it to my home decor.

Upon further inspection, I realized that the table was not made of solid marble as I had assumed, but rather a thin layer of marble with a cheap rock inside. This was not advertised on the website and I feel that it should have been made clear to customers before they made a purchase.

When I contacted the customer service department for the manufacturer of the furniture, I was told to contact the store where I had purchased the table to receive a refund. However, I explained that I had never taken possession of the broken table and simply wanted to inform them of the issue. It was disappointing to see that the company took no responsibility for the poor quality of their product.

If you have purchased this table and were lucky enough to receive it in one piece, I would caution you to keep an eye on the marble top as it may not hold up over time due to the cheap materials used. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Meridian Furniture USA and would not recommend their products to others.

I gotta say, I bought a leather sofa from Meridian Furniture USA back in December of 2017 and I'm not too happy with it. I mean, it's one of three sofas in my home and it doesn't even get used that much since me and my partner are both in our 70s and we're not exactly jumping around on it. But despite that, the leather cushion has split in multiple places for no reason at all. So I tried to reach out to Meridian Furniture USA by email, like they said on their website, but I never heard back from them. What's up with that? Don't they care about their customers or what?

I couldn't even find a phone number for customer service on their website, so I had to go back to Houzz where I bought the sofa from in the first place. And even they couldn't put me in touch with Meridian Furniture USA directly, so they had to forward my email to them. And you know what they told me? That my sofa only had a 30 day warranty. That's it. Meanwhile, stuff I buy from discount stores has longer warranties and lasts longer too.

Honestly, I'm never buying anything from Meridian Furniture USA or Houzz again. Their products are just not up to snuff. I wish I could rate this sofa a big fat zero, but the site won't let me. So I guess I'll just have to settle for warning other people not to waste their money on this inferior quality furniture.

I recently purchased the Capri Gold Dining Table (716-T) from Meridian Furniture USA through Amazon. Let me tell you, it was not an easy decision to make. I did my research and found that this table was being sold for over $1000 on various online outlets. But, I decided to take the plunge and purchase it for $750. I expected a quality product at that price point, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

Firstly, the table did not meet my basic expectations. But, what was even worse was the customer service I received from Meridian Furniture. It was absolutely appalling! I reached out to them via phone and their website in November 2019, but received no response. So, I decided to leave a review on Amazon and Facebook in January 2020, along with a picture of my tabletop.

It wasn't until February 2020 that they finally responded to me on Facebook. And even then, their response was not satisfactory. I promptly submitted my counter-response, but it was like talking to a brick wall. It was clear that they did not care about their customers or their satisfaction.

Overall, I would not recommend Meridian Furniture USA to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and their products are not worth the price. Save yourself the trouble and find a different furniture wholesaler.

Hi.. I have bought this table Haven Dining Table, SKU: 726-T. Three years ago. No one has touched it. Is it a manufacturing problem with this mode? l. Luckily no one was having dinner at that time, I have a video from my ring showing that it is exploded by itself. I really loved this table.. my wife is crying over it..

Awaiting for your help and explanation.
