I have been a Meijer costumer all my life, first in Grand Rapids, then Greenville, Byron Center and back to Greenville. It is the only card I use. I especially like the Credit Card $10 off on groceries when $750 is spent.

Here is my complaint, I have not gotten neither the physical coupon or the digital coupon. I have tried to solve this matter by going 1st, I went to Citi Bank. 2nd, they sent me to mperks. 3rd, mperks sent me back to the bank. 4th, the bank sent me to Customer Service. 5th, Customer Service sent me to a specialist. 6th, he sent me back to mperks.

Here are my statements with the amount paid and date checks written. I hope this helps you see my problem.

My account statement due [protected] was $1,157.54. Check written on 7-7-2023. I received 1 digital coupon for $10 and that is the last time I received any coupons.

My statement due [protected] was $1,450.12. Check written [protected].

My statement due [protected] was $2,787.62. Check written 9-9-2023.

My statement due 10-25-2923 was $2,954.48 Check written [protected].

No Coupons with any of those statements neither physical or digital.

I’ve spent $8349.76 using the Meijer Credit Card, minus the $10 digital coupon that I did receive, I have $7599.76 where I didn’t receive any coupons. It seems I should have about 10 ten-dollar coupons. I would really appreciate your help in solving this matter.
