On or about June 21, I stopped and got my daughter a Happy Meal from Mcdonald on Skibo/Morganton in Fayetteville, NC. After driving for a few minutes. I told my child to give me the milk so I can open it. She had already drunk the majority of the milk. I asked how did she open it, she said it was open. I then stopped to check and there was not a seal on the milk at all. I said a prayer over her and waited to see if anything happened. By 1 or 2 am she was vomitting everywhere, consistently. I took her to the doctor, who agree that she had been food poisoned. I contacted Mcdonald and was told the manager was in a meeting and then hung up on. I went to the store. I talked to a supervisor who seemed like the only person to care. She went to get the manager and was sent out with a number to give me. I told her that was not good enough and I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager finally came out and I realized when I pulled up, the manager was standing outside laughing and giggling with a person outside. She didn't want to tell me who the owner was or be helpful. I finally got a phone number out of her to corporate. I proceeded to call corporate and was basically ignored for a two weeks after speaking to Jorge who seem all too concerned. NOT. on July 27th after sending my daughter doctor papers 2 wks prior, I was offered free food for my inconveniences at any McDonalds in North Carolina. What kind of compensation is this? Who's going to compensate me for my daughters pain and suffering, for my doctor visit, for the daycare time that I still had to pay for even though my child was home sick, for the time I took off work due to this situation, and for the rude service from the majority of McDonalds workers. If I had went in that store and was treated like I was someone, then I would have settled for some coupons and reimbursement of doctor bills. McDonald's need to work on their people skills. Have anyone else been food poisoned by mcDonalds and treated like it was nothing?

Mcdonalds play place is filthy! The last time we were there was about two years ago and seems this long the play place has been cleaned! I'm sure this isn't the only one! Doesn't anyone check on them?

My husband and I also got food poisoning from eating at our local McDonalds. My question is can we do anything about this? I called McDonalds that evening to see if anyone else had called about being sick. The manager told me "no and that it takes up to 24 hours after eating contaminated food till you get sick" which was a LIE! After she told us that we began to wonder if it might have been something else? The next morning I looked up "food poisoning" and knew right then that is what we both had. It was the only thing my husband and I ate in two day's that was the same. I really can't believe she would give us such false information!

Terrible customer service, they never get an order correct. I go to the drive thru at least once a week, I order two large hot tea's, I explain to the representative taking my order (repeating it twice) how I want them, tea bags, creams and suger on the side. Not once have they ever got the order correct. They put the tea bag in and sometimes the creamer and suger at the same time, they say they try and help the customer out so they don't have to do it. Well any person with any common sence knows that you do not make a cup of tea putting the bag, creamers and suger in at the same time. Today, as I got to the window the representative had a hot tea with the bag in it and and ice tea ready for me. I explained for the third time what I wanted, they were not happy with me and told me to pull forward and wait for my hot waters. Five minutes later I went in to get them, so for two hot waters it took over fifteen minutes, at a drive thru. They have also gotten my sons order of as double hamburger plain, wrong 4 out of 5 times. As sad as it seems I now wait at the window when I get the order and go through every burger to make sure it was prepared how I wanted it. I've also had the same issues with the McDonals in Highland MI.

I believe this to be the worst rip-off by McDonalds to date. It far surpasses anything concerning cold food or poor service. This said location plus another I visited in N.C turned out to be the same. Most everyone orders a value meal at the counter, gets there food, pays the bill, and sits to eat or leaves the drive thru window. Sometime you receive a receipt, sometimes you don't. If you do get one take the time look it over closely and use a calculator. When purchasing a value meal, on the sales slip you are charged for the sandwich and fries for one price and the drink is separate. In every McDonalds the prices for value meals are posted behind the counter. In both restaurant I have visited, I added the two prices on my bill to the price on the board. Not to my surprise they were different. On my bill I was charged 10 cents more for the meal than it was advertised on the board. These were two different restaurants in two different states. How many others do the same, I don't know, but I bet it's more than you think. At 10 cents per value meal sold at each location over the course of a year or longer is a pretty good chunk of change. That's why I think this is the mother of all fast food rip-offs just because no one really thinks to check the receipt, and there all getting taken to the cleaners 10 cents at a time.

I was parked at a McDonalds parking lot when I stepped out for two minutes across the street. I came back and as I was placing the order in McDonalds, the towing company guy told the manager that 4 cars were towed. I had to call the police and ended up paying 200+ for my car. The police told me to file a complaint against McDonalds and the towing company, this was so unfair. However, something is for sure, that McDonalds is going to loose more money from my packet than the 200+ I spend getting my car back, because I will never go there again!

Ever since you have added sweet tea I have had a problem getting the unsweeten tea with my order. I am diabetic and I ask for un-sweeten ice tea. it's upsetting when I get back to work and I find they gave me sweet tea. I don't have time to return the product. I have this problem a lot with the McDonalds on Mt Hope Ave in

Rochester, NY So there I am with my meal and a sweet tea I can't drink.

You could not go back to complain because you had a bus to catch BUT you say that you are a regular at this place. If you are a regular then stop back another time and let them know that the minimum wage employees made a mistake.

You people are ###s. Do you know who works at McDonalds? People who aren't smart enough to find or get a better job. You also an idiot for complaining about other idiots screwing up your food. Instead of being that stereotypical fat ### who eats at McDonalds every other day like it's a 5 star place because your trailer trash, go buy some real food. Stop being lazy and cook for yourself. And stop complaining.

I began to eat a Fresh Select Grilled Chicken Sandwich from McDonald's at 11:30 am on a Friday and after my second bite I noticed the texture to be a bit off. After looking closely at the center I saw that the chicken was pink and raw and only cooked towards the outside of the breast. I spit what was left in my mouth out and discarded the remainder of the sandwich after taking zoomed in photos.

At 1:00 am the following morning I was sicker than I have ever been and was vomiting continuously, running a consistently high fever, had muscle aches, extreme fatigue, dehydration, nausea, and headaches until I went to the ER on the following Monday afternoon. With the collaborative findings of a CT scan, urine test, blood tests, and multiple physicians evaluations other diagnoses were ruled out and I was diagnosed with food poisoning/salmonella poisoning.

This took place well over a month ago and my stomach is still not back to normal. I am severely nauseous every single day and have to force small amounts of food down. I also have little to no energy.  I am happy to say I am back to being a vegetarian and will be fully cooking all of my meals at home using wholesome, organic, and local ingredients.

First of all...IT'S A FAST FOOD JOB!...OF COURSE THEY'RE GOING TO UNDER PAY YOU! They're only required to pay THE MINIMUM WAGE AMOUNT! And why the hell would you think you would receive benefits from this company?! For flipping burgers? i don't think so! The only benefits you'll possibly have are eating the chicken mcnuggets when no ones looking, ripping off the monopoly game pieces off of the cups, wrappers, etc. and maybe getting into that hot blonde's pants that works at the cash register every weekend! But hey...at least you have a job right?

I don't eat at McD's regularly but my food is always hot or cold depending on what I order. I generally only get breakfast but the sausage mcmuffin is hot when i receive it.

Discuss it with you therapist and the only reason he would listen is because he is getting paid to listen. It is McDonalds what do you expect a plush corner office with stock options. There are a hundred other high school drop outs ready to make a Big Mac.

Go back to the store with the receipt, the order, and show the manager. Unless you already ate the proof.

That is easier then posting online.

Yeah its really annoying when people ask for stupid ### like ketchup, salt, and pepper when they're at the last window. I mean it would help the employees a great ### ton if you asked for it while ordering.

It makes me laugh that people order big macs without onions, when clearly big mac sauce has onions on it, and people come in an complain about it. And you need to consider the drive thru, where about 90% of the people go to get their food. Just because the store is empty doesn't mean the drive thru is.

Every single mcdonalds policy that I've known of it is REQUIRED to charge for sauce. A lot of the employees don't oblige to this rule, others do. Get over it

They only give you a certain amount of free sauce if you order chicken nuggets or chicken selects. For example, if you want a 10 nuggets, you get 2 free sauce. But you if you want more than that, you have to pay extra, 15 cents plus tax is 16 cents at the mcdonalds here in colorado. The hardass employees usually charge, but if you get lucky (in your case) you get an employee who doesn't give a [censor] about charging people and just give you the sauce for free.

The reason employees are sent to breaks so soon is because of this thing called LABOR. If the labor is high, then it obviously isn't a good thing because so many people are getting paid for just standing around doing nothing because it's slow. To lower it, you send people on their breaks, and then the labor will lower, allowing the person to stay for their entire shift, or even till the dinner rush. Labor is unpredictable so you never know.

It is not the crew person that provides you with the food, actually. Yes, they hand it to you but there are people in the kitchen area, also known as the grill, that make the food and then there is a person who bags the food once it has been made. It is up to either of these two to catch the mistakes, not the girl who hands you the food. Her job is to hand you your food.

I wouldn't either! If you look at the side of your drink cups or the bag that your food was put in or even any of the containers that you're given to hold your food there will be a number on there that you can call and report things like this. You should not have been treated like that, it's unprofessional. For a few other tips on how to get your food at McDonald's really quickly, check out this link:

I've been working at McDonald's for about ten months and I have never seen a manager treat a customer that way. If someone did something like that in my store, he or she would be fired on the spot.
