McDonald's For one I ordered from DoorDash

I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel with extra onions and extra breakfast sauce. a mocha frappe with extra whip cream and caramel drizzle and two apple pies first apple pies were not in there when I got my order the mocha frappe was half full with no whip cream and no caramel drizzle and let me tell you about my steak egg and no cheese bagel. It was the driest bagel I had ever add, considering there was no sauce at all and no onions. so I am very disappointed and not only that when I went to call them, they hung up on me twice and then the woman when I got a hold of her was acting like she could not hear me and asked me if I was a worker there. I told her I informed her that I was not a worker that I was a customer with a complaint. She said she did not have time for this. Can you please call back later and hung up on me again

I purchased a crispy chicken deluxe medium meal from the Albion store in Brisbane at 6-45 pm 22/05/2023. I went thru the drive though to collect my meal. McDonald's Service, ignorant employee

I ordered online and paid. My husband went to get it to have lunch with me at work. Drive thru was busy, so he went in and asked if he could get it. The girl went and got some kid. The kid got smart with my husband, saying what if he was under age, my husband told him then he shouldnt be a manager and that he wants to see a manager cause the kid got smart with him and told him it was a drive thru order. My husband told him i know but it was ordered ahead and since drive thru is backed up he came inside. The kid turned to walk away and said he was the manager, my husband asked what his name was and he told him he didnt need to give him that information, and if he didnt like it he would give us our money back and told us to go somewhere else. My husband went out to drive thru, gave the code then he got smart with him after he told him he had to go thru drive thru cause he wasnt getting our food quicker just cause he went inside. So my husband already waited 45 min and tols him to give us our money back cause its already been over 45 minutes and we didnt want the cold food. So my husband got my money back. Very rude and inconsiderate and this kid shouldnt be a manager. I deleted the app and wont ever order from their again.

For the last three weekends I was unable to order a Frappe on the McDonald’s App at the store on the China Spring Rd in Waco, Tx. It was incorrectly listed as unavailable. Each time I was able to order the frappe at the store but not on the app. I usually use the 20% off deal but for my other items but end up paying full price for the frappe. Please fix this in the app! Employees at the store say it’s beyond their control.

McDonald's Customer service

I visited McDonalds this morning at 6:09am ant the ruthness of the Lady who took my order was unacceptable. She did not greed me nor did she thanked because she was too busy talking to another Associate. No word was exchanged once I gave her my debit card to pay for my food. I ordered a number 1 with a coffee. At the window she ask me, what size of coffee I wanted, which I replied the size that comes with the meal. she stated, just tell me what size you want! I told her I would like a medium.

She charged my card and handed back never look at me or say another word. Once I collected my food I saw that she charged me extra an upcharge for me coffee! This was the worst customer service I encountered in a while. This location is very disappointing.

McDonald's I am complaining about the purchase of an arch-card.

On Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023 I purchased a Decaf Coffee using an Arch Card at 2891 Canyon Springs Parkway, Riverside, CA 92507. This transaction depleted the card. I asked the young man at the counter if I could have the card refilled. He agreed that it could be done. I used a bank card to pay for the refill, which was $20.00.

When I tried to use the card at another location, on May 12th; they told me that the card had a zero balance. I was shocked because I knew I had recently paid for the refilled card on May 3rd. This was a very busy time so I wanted to return to the same McDonald's where the purchase was made. I looked at my bank statement to assure that the charge was indeed made. My bank statement shows the purchase.

When I went back to the restaurant #12252, the manager wanted to reimburse me with a free meal. I told her $20.00 from my account is not a free meal. She offered 4 cards for free meals at "Only 4 Riverside" locations. I resent her telling me where I should spend my money. I am sometimes in L. A, San Bernardino, Rialto and numerous other cities in California.

She told me the time lapse from purchase time to when I returned to her store was too long and intimated that I could have brought in another used card. Since when do I have to use my card within a couple days or weeks after purchase, and how dare she think I would try to cheat her when I showed her the transaction from my bank statement.

Desired outcome: Apology, the restitution of $20.00 and restitution due to embarrassment both at the place that declined the unfilled card and where people were listening to her castigate me and impugn my character.

McDonald's Incorrect order

I went to McDonald's yesterday afternoon and I ordered 3 bundles 2 only mayo. and mustard and 1 only mayo and ketchup. I was charged for that order but once I got. home. I seen that I received 2 double chz burgers instead. So I tried calling and did that over 10 times but got no answer so I walked back up there and was telling a cashier what happened but was told that I was wrong so I threw away the food and walked out because I didn't want to go back and forth with anybody. I was really upset about it because I eat McDonald's on a regular basis and didn't like how I was treated yesterday so I said I wasn't going back anymore.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my order replaced and a refund if possible

McDonald's Service

I just went to McDonalds Rome-Hilliard and Rener Rd. in Hilliard, Ohio All I wanted was to place an order. Well after waiting 4-5 min. and watch 5-6 cars go by me (in the other lane) as I was waiting patiently, I was told to wait. So I did for about 2-3 minutes more and watch 3-4 cars go by me (in the other lane). Then I just got mad and drove off.

McDonald's Food and management

I ordered from McDonald’s drive thru at 2:36PM. A 10 pc chicken nuggets meal. A minute drive back to my destination and sat down to eat. The biggest were hard as bricks and Luke warm. I called the store and said “ I understand y’all may be busy but these are some hard, cold [censored] chicken nuggets”! Given I did use [censored] but I DID NOT curse her. She hung up on me! I went back to the store and asked who answered. I SPECIFICALLY said, sweetie, I was not cussing you, I was referencing the biggest. This supposed manager then says she don’t have to give me [censored]! AND told me she got off at 4 and asked what I wanted to do! Now, I don’t always go to McDonald’s but I randomly will. But behind her, I won’t be going back! I don’t know her name but she is a black girl with blonde colored dreads. Tell her thank you for showing me as a manager of a fast food restaurant how NOT to act!

McDonald's Interaction with store management

I went for a meal thru the drive-thru at your Broad St location #1239 on 5/9/2023 around 6:35pm.

Not only did I not get what I ordered and paid for, I was verbally abused, disrespected and threatened by the employee named Juan.

I have spoken with your customer care department and filed a complaint. All this for a refund of less than 5 dollars. The employee disrespected me, made racist remarks, threatened to go to my place of business, and used profanity towards me and my relatives in Spanish. This is not acceptable.

Just because I asked for a full refund of my order, (I got a partial refund, because I ate some of the fries and had taken a bite of the burger.) the whole order was wrong.

Because I complained about a partial refund, was no reason to wait until I turned to walk out of the lobby, for Juan to say “I’m sorry for being a Mexican”, as if that had anything to do with my request. Asking for the location of my place of work, was meant to convey a tone and a threat of physical retaliation outside of the building.

He also used filthy profanity towards me, in the lobby, in Spanish (which I speak fluently), while I was attempting to call the general manager’s phone, on the receipt. I am an older person, and your employee Juan (a manger) behaved as a thug in a position of power, representing MCDonalds corporation, and did it in a threatening tone in front of all the customers and employees in the store. All because I asked for n additional refund for the fries.

I spoke with customer service. And would hope and expect a call from someone that will tell me why I should not file a police complaint, or seek guidance from someone about further actions.

This is not the company I know, and took my kids to, and also their families for so many years.

Public abuse of a senior, insults, filthy profanity, and refusing a 4 dollar refund for a horrible experience is something I might find normal in a third world country from a third world restaurant operator. But, NOT in the USA and much less from MCDonalds.

McDonald's Drive thru horrible horrible service

I went to the 8530 sr-85 Jonesboro Ga 30236 establishment on May 8, 2023 at 9:15 pm. As the lined moved after waiting for approximately 15min , it was my turn to order. The clerk said "give me a min" about five times before she actually took my order. I paid for the food, ordering four mc chickens, twenty piece nuggets, two double cheese w/o pickles and mustard and a small fry, totaling up to $23.04. I moved forward to the pick up window and waited as normal, soon I realized no one came to the window for about 10min. As I'm waiting, I'm noticing people "car hoping" laughing and joking in parking spots across from me, I'm also noticing the door dash customers going in and out of the door as I have yet to receive my food. So I started hitting the window for someone to come to the window as I have now shut off my car waiting. A young guy came from the back and asked if he could help me, stating he works in the back but he will find the manager. Now 30min have elapsed and I still have no food no money. The person comes from outside who was "car hoping" came to the window after I'm blowing my horn and hitting the window and says "what's the problem", I explained to him the issue and he says, "I'm on break". I asked for my money back and drove off.

I have never experienced horrible service as I did wasting a whole hour of my time and going home without dinner to feed my kids. I returned today May 9, 2023 to speak to the day manager to explain what happened and he said that another customer complained and he sent video to corporate. I really would love for you to look into the matter so that it don't happen again, and please train the young managers to handle situations like this more professionally so that it will not happen again.

McDonald's Complete order either wrong or cold

I placed an order for delivery through Deliveroo quite clearly putting my order as NO EGG on both Double sausage and egg McMuffin, and breakfast roll with ketchup, I was absolutely mortified to find that my son who is allergic to eggs and is anaphylactic to eggs had been sent a breakfast roll with egg in, also the double sausage and egg McMuffin which I also ordered NO EGG had egg in it, the other breakfast roll with brown sauce was stone cold.

I went to Hengrove McDonald's who told me the order didn't come from them and was sent to the delivery site which is also in Hengrove, I spoke to the manager James, he was very apologetic but alas was unable to rectify my order as it had to be reordered from Deliveroo, by the time I managed to get this far it had past 11am meaning breakfast menu was unavailable. The total of my order was for £16.23 Deliveroo are only willing to refund me £10.28 so basically I am now down £6 due to your incompetent staff and to top it off only ended up with toast this morning.

My son had he eaten his breakfast roll would have ended up in hospital, this is a massive mistake that your employee has made and it could very well have cost my son his life!

Desired outcome: amount refunded and a letter of apology, also that staff who put orders together be reminded how serious mistakes can be.Should you wish to contact me by email [protected]@gmail.com

McDonald's Customer service

I went to McDonalds drive thru today and waited til someone will ask me what is my order. Waited for couple minutes and there's no one helping me the other was running smoothly without waiting to put their orders in. So I went straight to the 1st window to ask what is going on why there's no one is taking my order and the rude cashier said that the lady that was taking the order shut her headsets because she went somewhere. I told the rude cashier why did she do that especially when there are customers waiting to put their orders in and she said in an angry manner "I dont know she always do that when she wants to walk away" and she started yelling at me and rude because I told her she needs to do her job right instead of running away. That rude cashier doesnt take criticism and she just started to freak out and disrespectful like I owe her somethjng and Im just a customer that she shouldnt waste her "precious time" then when i told her my order she was rushing and giving me a mean look. McDonalds in Three Rivers Michigan is the worst one. Their service sucks and they always messed up with your orders. People that works there they dont care about their customers. They only care about their checks. They dont train them well enough to provide good service. I will give them ZERO rating if that is even allowed.

Desired outcome: Get rid of lazy, rude, disrespectful, entitled worker and start training them right if they want to keep their loyal customers

McDonald's Hot chocolate

I am tired giving your company a chance re your hot chocolate. Your employees are obviously not cleaning the machines out properly or adding the syrup. On numerous occasions I have given different outlets a chance only to be yet again disappointed with 'tasteless dishwater". Christmas time is the worst with lots of people I know making purchases of hot chocolate and their money has been wasted in a time when there is a cost of living crisis. I made such a purchase yesterday evening and as I live in the countryside made my first complaint this morning about it instead of your employee being sympathetic and refunding another drink with my order she told me to lodge a complaint on here. I found such customer service appalling but in a way it has allowed me to vent my disgust at your product. My main areas are Lurgan, Rushmere Craigavon and Portadown in county Armagh. I look forward to your response.

while it could be the employees messing up how to make hot chocolate. it could also be a factor with the syrup. it could be another formula or different company's hot chocolate syrup. in both cases the machine [or the employee] might not be calibrated [or know the right settings] for the change. also in both cases it is the store location's task to check with corporate if their are new guidelines for changes to procedures on the machines or to find out what to change to get the perfect cup of hot chocolate [then inform corporate]. i do hope they take your complaint seriously.

On April 20th we went to our Isaacs st McDonald's 2931 (Walla Walla Wa) I wasn't feeling well & I told my husband I could eat A filet o fish meal. I usually add more tartar & warm it in microwave When I proceeded to do that I found a 1/2 piece of cheese on my filet & My frys were Not golden brown & crunchy. They were Raw & white has to air fry them.
