Marshalls Refund

I was in the Wilson NC. I stood in this long line. I purchased over $100 worth of items. When I got outside one of the items broke. So I went back into the store to get a refund for that item.I went to the front desk .So I spoke to a mamager. She stated that I would have to get back in that long line again. So I asked her if she want me to return everything I purchased. She said if I want and walked away.I don't have to spend my money and put up with attitudes.I don't appreciate how she so call handled the situation.while she was telling me I had to get back in that long line . Marshalls I ordered products online and item was not in the package when I received

I ordered products from Marshall online on 12/11/19 and received the package in three days. One of the item was not in the package which was a gift I planned to give my family as a Christmas gift. I called the representative on 12/16, who told me I had to wait till 12/24. There is positive deliver separately which was not true. According to the receipt there are all in one package. I called on 12/27, got the same answer which couldn't help me to get my stuff back. I feel so disappointed on this shopping experience and would like to report this to consumer departments
