Ralph lauren t-shirts
We have been buying T-shirts at the outlet many times. There for awhile we didn’t complain as we thought it was just little holes in the material that he did himself or got to close to something while cleaning.
Then it became clear a two years ago as he had bought 4 new shirts and eventually they all had the little holes too. We mentioned it to a RL retail person while there, and she advised she never had any ever brought back so she didn’t know.
Likely not the truth.
Anyway, last August for his birthday, I bought another white T-Shirt. He wore it once. J washed it, and he hadn’t worn it since he came to Florida this week. Guess what, it has about 10 little holes in this T-Shirt. In the same place as all the other ones he bought at this out-let.
Something is wrong. You pay a fortune for these shirts so why is this happening.
We would really like to know.
Now this one will go in the rag bin?

I did aske at least 4-5 times as I am leaving abroad on 8/12, I need to have by 8/11. today I called store they told me it is not shipped, I requested to cancel since it is not shipped - Store refusing to cancel or either they don't have shipping info.
it is very unfortunate to increase the sales why the RL provide wrong information to customer and not able to deliver as promised.

mens modern fit suits: pants
Pants are extremely uncomfortable. They pull on the knees every time you make a move. The pants are way too narrow for an adult male of average size. Also the length on back of shoe is way too short. Tailoring is straight across instead of slanted. I had them tailored again to drop the back down to at least touch top of shoes but pants keep getting stuck on top of shoes. I have always bought Lauren suits in the past but will definitely not buy another one.

New sheets that are so stiff unable to use.
Twin Ralph Lauren sheets purchased only to find they are so stiff they cannot be used. Washed them repeatedly, soaked in Epsom Salts and rewashed only to have them so stiff they still cannot be used. Why would you produce a product that cannot be used for the purpose it was intended. Can you recommend a solution to this? Can you replace them with those that can actually be used as intended? I thought the Ralph Lauren name was one of quality but after this, hmmmm?
Desired outcome: Way of making them soft enough to use.Replacement with a twin set of sheets that can actually be used.
Ordered item not received
Last July 19, 2022, I purchased items at Desert Hills Premium Outlet, Cabazon, CA.
There was 1 item that I don’t have the size and they checked at others stores, and luckily I have the size somewhere in eastern branch of RL and was told will take 3-5 days to deliver within USA. I paid the full amount of the item. Until now still did not received the item.
I chased it last Friday and Saturday and spoken to an agent / customer service representative / customer advisor called Heather. On our last conversation, Saturday I was told she will expedite my order since I am going back to England. Unfortunately, she did not do her part and maybe only told me she will expedite with UPS, to stop me from chasing my orders.
I requested it to be refunded since it’s been more than a week and still I did not received my order, Heather told me she will refund the money and will sent me an email for the confirmation of the refund. She received no email.
I am really disappointed with the kind of services you have. You don’t communicate well with your customers what happened to the ordered item. Customers don’t get any updates. And your customer advisors are non reliable.
Leather boots
I bought this boot BLACK - size 8 1/2 (US) and I am truly disappointed.
Brought a beautiful leather boots - the design is nice however the layer of leather on the top is too thin for a shoes... It gets extremely cold whenever its overcast... The shoe does not protect foot - the top leather is too thin. I do not understand why this is marketed as a boot and not a slipper.
To top this off it Tear easily - I am SO MAD at this purchase.. I should get my 164.95 back

bed sheets
Purchased RL bed sheets from Dillard's... they are scratchy and irritated my skin so much so that it would leave my arm or leg or face red. I contacted Dillard's... can't return them because they are "used"... contact the RL customer service And I jumped through all the hoops and provided 12 lines of information after several emails only to be told sorry, unless there's a defect you're out of luck. I would think that if the sheets irritate my skin and I spent $500 on them you would stand behind your product no matter what. Very disappointing. I call it greed that you refuse to take care of a customer that has always bought the RL brand. I will continue to post negative reviews due to my disappointment in the. Rand and company.

Ralph Lauren DFO Perth. The staff was very rude and clearly can be seen racist. As they completely ignored the coloured people from Asia. The customer service is zero. I have personally experienced that while I was on the counter to exchange my shirt which I bought a day ago from medium to large and they simply replied we don't have same colour and then they start talking and laughing with white people and completely ignored me and see me as I'm begging for shopping without money. I paid the full price so I need my matter to be resolved rather than being rude and completely ignore my query. Even the manager throw the underwear on the counter that we can't change because of health issues but I told them look I didn't even wore it and I just found on the label it's medium and I was looking for large. It's okie if because of their policy they can't return on underwear's. I completely respect that but being rude and ignorant towards Ralph Lauren loyal customers from south Asian countries is completely unacceptable. So I want that this prestigious brand should consider educating the staff before let them represent this brand in Australia. At the same time when the policy says that they can change my shirt but they don't have the same colour. I could be rude to them by saying that not my problem and I want my refund but I took my stuff and boycott from this brand forever. I always give gift to my employees and family and friends from this brand. Furthermore I'm being very loyal to this brand for many years. But unfortunately the experience I have gained from Ralph Lauren in DFO Perth Western Australia made me a person who will never ever do any sort of shopping from this brand. I have been a loyal customer for 40 years! I have a closet full of RL! I have spent a few $1000 dollars the last couple years on Sweater and oxfords and I can no longer wear any, as the quality of product is short of junk clothing! I follow, ilas I always have the laundering instruction on the label of each piece of clothing. The clothing has shrunk, Misshapened and faded proven the clothing lacking the quality to which I have paid! It is such a disappointment. I have been so loyal to this brand over several years, even when finances were limited. To find the quality and/ or the instructions on you clothing prove misleading to the brand, what SHAME. Both to the brand and to your customers. If you should doubt my rant, I will be more than happy to pack up all my clothing and ship it to you for inspection. Hi I recently made purchases at your Lee Massachusetts outlet store. I'm 60 years old with a bad knee and asked the manager to use the restroom in the store. He gave me vague directions to a restroom a quarter-mile away which left me limping back to the store to complete my purchase with my girlfriend. I believe your managers name is Michael Silva.
I have been buying your products for the better part of 30 years. Upon returning to the store I stood at the cash register with four store clerks not waiting on anyone as there are no other customers in the store. The store manager Silva was putting a shirt on top of the pile and I asked three times if someone could come over and ring us out, in a voice loud enough and polite enough for everyone to acknowledge my presence the manager who doesn't wear a name badge or a name tag then ordered one of the assistants to help us complete our purchases. I found his entire demeanor noncompliant with the normal Ralph Lauren standards . I asked him for his name which she gave to me and then didn't bother to ask does anything you could help me with or why I was curious as to what his name is. I do not believe his customer service skills are worthy of a manager at your store. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated.

Was contacted to state that it was still in processing and that it wouldn't be sent out for next day.
Called to cancel and was told a refund of the delivery charge wouldn't happen. And told me that as this wasn't their fault they would not be refunding me the next day delivery fee even though they "estimate" it will be here monday.
The customer service rep whom I spoke to was very rude to me and continued to shout over me when i was trying to ask him a question. This led to him hanging up the phone on me.
two tone boots with broken heel
I bought my Ralf Lauren two tone boots in store at Belk in fall of 2017. I am very upset with the quality of this boot. The heel is broken and the boot was not worth the money. I never wanted to return these boots I loved them so much, so i did not keep the receipt. I didn't realize the boot is so cheaply made for the price; and now I cant return the boot because I dont have the receipt. Also do not live in the location I bought them. I shopped at Ralphs today, August 6, 2018. I was going to buy a loaf of Simply Organic Bread, but the expiration date on it was August 8, 2018. I asked the store manager if I could get a discount because the bread was near expiration. He told me to come back tomorrow, said he could not mark it down today. I told him that I walks to the store and that I could not come back tomorrow, besides we are having triple digits heat wave right now. He would not bulge. Now I have shopped at Ralphs and Food 4 less for over 40 years and have never experienced this before. I can not help but wonder about this?
The store is located about 1 and 1/2 miles from my home and I am 72 years old, I think this was poor customer's service and perhaps some type of racial issue.

I purchased a set of Ralph Lauren queen bed sheets several months ago. After the first use, I noticed the elastic separating from the seam and mended it. After the next use it was even more unraveled and now it has unraveled so much, I cannot repair it. I bought other Ralph Lauren sheets at the same time and they are still in very good shape. This sheet does not meet your standards and it's unusable.

womens skinny fit polo shirt
I ordered 2 x womens skinny fit polo shirts in pink and white both in a size small. My partner is a size 8-10 so I ordered both in a small after looking at your size guide which clearly states that a small is 8-10.
After receiving my items I gave one of them as a birthday present to my partner with the intention of saving the other for a Xmas present. These tops however are ridiculously too small. After returning the items I discover that I have to wait for a refund to go back into my account and then reorder both items in a MEDIUM. This for starters is ridiculous in itself regardless of being company policy or not as I had to return 2 other items to jd sports and Manchester City for the same reason and they simply sent me a larger size out after receiving the original item without having to refund me first. Because of this I spoke to customer services and they offered me £20 off and free next day delivery which I accepted. Once the refund cleared in my account I reordered both tops only this time in a MEDIUM. It clearly states on your size guide that a medium is UK size 12-14. I apprehensively ordered them thinking that they would be too big but when they arrived my partner tried one of them on and it was still ridiculously too small. I'm genuinely lost for words due to how harendously wrong your size chart is and how unbelievably ridiculous your exchange policy is, I mean your Ralph lauren for gods sake not Primark, just unbelievable. I will be returning both items to you... AGAIN for a full refund as I simply have no idea what size to order. I've attached 2 pictures of one of the polo shirts compared to a Ralph lauren jumper which is a size SMALL which you can clearly see from the label and I ordered the jumper from your website in the past so it's not a fake. You can clearly see the difference in size by looking at the shoulder seems on both tops. I can't put into words how disappointed I am to experience such poor service from a high end company. I love Ralph lauren clothing but I will never purchase from you again.
