Came in for an oil change
The department tried to scam me and say that my transmission fluid and break fluid needed replaced when I had gotten it done few years ago by them. When I told them that they tried to tell me that I had it done in 2012. I own a 2013 Buick Verano so obviously this guy is a [censored]ty liar. Then he charged me 90 for an oil change, I have never paid that much...

I have been fraudulently listed on a contract as the buyer. These are terms I never agreed to, but just found out about a month ago due to credit reporting.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
***, according to signed documents, purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Impala on 12/16/2016 along with ***. Each would be a purchaser/buyer of the vehicle. It is my understanding that the financial institutions report the loan on both purchasers credit reports. They would each be fully liable for repayment. Attached for your convenience are the following:
-signed Retail Installment Sale Contract
-signed Credit Application
-copy of Drivers Licenses

I leased vehicle from previous owner ***
I leased vehicle from previous owner ***. When lease was up I wanted to purchase vehicle and went to dealership which is now Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet. Purchase price was agreed on and I began to sign paperwork. After signing said paperwork I noticed that there were a lot of extras on the agreement. I asked for them to be removed and I also ask for a lower interest rate due to my very high credit score. The finance manager said that he would take care of it don't worry. My son who is my insurance agent ask me for information for loss payee because i wanted to add gap coverage to my insurance that is much cheaper than the dealership and I told him I have not received any paperwork yet. I then received a phone call from *** stating that my payment was 17 days late and it was for the amount that they were supposed to change. They did not remove any of the items that I requested. I had my son come over and take a look at agreement and compare it to the agreement that i just got in mail from ***. Numbers have been changed and it is not my signature on the paperwork. I feel that they took advantage of me. I am more than willing to pay the price for the car but not all the extras that I asked them to remove. I'm 81 and to have them sign my name to loan papers is not a good thing to do.

I also noticed that your signature did match your Drivers license on the paperwork you signed, so I'm not sure what your implying about not signing them. If you did not intend to do so, you are able to process a cancellation request here at our Dealership. Thank you for being a valued customer, and I hope this resolution helps you.

I purchased a car from Jack Maxton in January 18. While with the finance manager, Stacey E, I initially agreed to an additional service protection plan for $4495. The terms of the plan said I was able to cancel, and on February 11 I decided to do just that. I called Stacey and told him I wanted to cancel the protective plan, per the terms of the contract. He stated he would have it cancelled right away. I have been calling him from February 12 with no resolution. It is now June 15 and it's still not cancelled. Stacey dodged my calls from February through May. Now in June, he took my call finally on June 11 and said he'd have the plan cancelled, and he agreed to call me back that day to confirm. No call was received. I called on June 12 and left a message requesting a callback. I also provided my email address for him to send me written confirmation of the protective plan's cancellation. No callback was received that day either. I called today, June 15and left another detailed message, asking for a callback and an email. I called later in the afternoon today too, and left another message after the receptionist confirmed Stacey was in fact in the office today. I have been trying to no avail for over 4 months for Stacey to keep his word and cancel my protective plan. The terms of the plan allow cancellation, but Stacey refuses to help me. I have asked if someone else at the dealership can help me and I was told only Stacey can help.
