I signed contract to have vinyl fence installed 3/2023. It has been nothing short of a nightmare. Today is 9/26/2023 and my $20,000 fence is still not complete. At one point my entire wooden fence was removed which left my backyard, inground pool and trampoline exposed for almost a month due to Lowes having a contract issue with their installer. I live in a neighborhood full of children. For 6 months I have called and expressed my concerns not only of the liability issue this has subjected me and my family to, but also to the amount of money I have been out for the care of my animals when we are out of town due to a health issue and treatments. On top of the cost of traveling with an illness, I have been out of pocket over $3000 in pet care due to my fence not being completed. I can't get ANYONE to take responsibility/accountability to make sure this project gets completed. I am at the end of my rope. I hope that someone in management will read this and reach out to me. I have asked for District Manager to call or to get their number, but the store will not give it to me.

Desired outcome: I would like my fencing to be completed and to be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses accumulated due to Lowe's poor system to handle issues when someone doesn't go as planned.
