Feria hair color was the wrong color in the bottle!
I use two boxes of color every 4 weeks. I've been using the same shade (63 Sparkling Amber/Light Golden Brown) for over 3 years now. I was just mixing up the boxes to color my hair and the second box I mixed up was a deep red color. Thankfully I did pay attention and didn't put it on my hair, but now I'm out for 2 boxes of color at $9.97 plus tax each. Both bottles of color had the same color code of 63 70TN03. I would like a refund for both boxes of color.

Telescopic Carbon Black mascara
On approximately 2/15/2022, I purchased L’Oréal Telescopic Carbon Black Mascara, U201, at Walmart on 8th St., Colorado Springs, CO. The mascara wand broke off inside the mascara tube on 2/28/2022. This product has only been used approximately 5 times. See picture.

Hair colour, it never changed to the correct colour at all,
Hi my name is nicole im writting to loreal paris my hair colour a bought lastnight, well I have alot of hair so I bought 3 boxes, which the numer on he box is b61 downtown brown, which ive been dying my hair with your products for years and have only recommend to use your, but this colour didnt work at all. So im not immpressed! Very very sad to spend all this money on your product and it to do nothing.

Infaillible 24H Fresh Wear Foundation Powder
Dear Loreal, I would like to complain regarding the quality of this product with Code JAU7AE. I bought 3 times already and the powders didnt stay long. I just used them a few times and they broke to small pieces already. The product is not good intact. I thought I fell it down that`s why it broke, then I bought another one and same thing happened and also the 3rd times. I have to throw them because I could not use properly and the powder just scattered in my bag. I used to bought this product before and they stayed long but the one I bought start of this year are in bad quality. They should be pulled-out and replaced of a better quality. Many thanks for taking actions.
New Loreal Toner
For years I've used Loreal Hydrafresh Toner and it has always been an amazingly, simple product that made my skin feel refreshed and toned. But you changed the formula and I absolutely hate it and I am currently looking for a new toner.
The smell is unpleasant, and the toner feels slimy in my hands and on my skin. Please I've read many comments, others hate this new product. Please go back to the old formula.

Elvive intensive purple mask
I used this conditioner this morning and left it on for 3 minutes . It has burnt my face in several places . This has not only caused me disfigurement but also pain in my skin. As a result I was unable to go anywhere as the marks were so unpleasant and painful

Revitalift red cream
I was very disappointed o note that a significant amount of this product was missing when open due to a vacuum n the cream as indicated by the attached photo.
This is not the first time I have noticed this with your products

Love your shampoo and hair conditioners, however the scent smells masculine like old spice, and am sure the majority of your customers are female, something lighter please! Also you used to be paraben free also, now you are only sulfate free. Why? Also I bought that purple hair conditioner, when I rinsed it stained my porcelain tub and had to use bleach to get it off, never will buy that one again

Revitalift Night Serum
The product Revitalift Night Serum burned me around the eyes. After 2 nights of trying it out, got a break from it for 2 weeks then resumed use and it still burned me around the eyes.
Color not correct
Have been using Preference by Loreal for years, but this is the second time this year that the color I have always used is somehow bottled wrong. Both times, luckily, I was paying attention when mixing the two bottles and realized that it was much too dark. I use 8G which is a golden blond and the mixture these two times is dark brown. The number on the bottle is 8G 70U504. The first time I didn't complain because I do buy multiple boxes when I have a coupon, however, I color my hair every month so none of the dye lays around. Wondering if perhaps the stores are putting out old products?
I just opened a box and it was wrong too! I noticed while mixing the colors- luckily not after putting on my hair !
I just had the same thing happen. As soon as I started pouring out of my 6AM 70U600 bottle I could tell it wasn't miy color. Mine color is not ash based but what was in this bottle was. This color should be more golden reddish but is black, dark dark brown.

I have brown hair tried this to lighten up my hair, it is still dark brown.its look great in photo but its so much darker, i wished it looked like that. Trust me with the lights that is not what it looks like. It certainly doesnt look like the begore and after on box. I did leave it in for 30 minutes.

Revitalift for eyes
I purchased this product at Walgreens and have used it for several days and each time I do, the area all around my eyes burns slightly. I think this is too strong for my skin type and do not want to continue use. Do you have a gentler product you could send me or can I return to Walgreeens and get a refund? Please advise. Carol Brown

I've been a L'Oreal EverCreme Leave-In Spray customer for years and now am unable to find it. This is deeply disappointing as I feel this is a valued product which nicely fit my need. I see that there are many other customers who are of the same opinion - there theoretically should be more who, however, have either chosen not to file a complaint or do not know that they can - excluding, of course, those who have been forced to opt for a competitor's product. If it has been discontinued, please consider reactivating it. Thank you.

I bought the 11.21 bad to the blonde to touch up my roots like I have been doing for couple of yrs now. The color ended up being a RED COLOR. My hair is messed up. Red on top and blonde on the bottom. I don't know if the. COlor was switched at the store or from the company. So devastated. When mixing the color it was a yellow hue, oxidation acures but didn't think anything about since I have been using Loreal for years. placed a bag over my hair. Went to comb out hair to cancel the line of demarcation, when I noticed it's Red! I want a refund and pls let me know how I can fix my hair. Age Perfect Eye Renewal
This is the second time I bought your Age Perfect Eye Renewal Cream only to find that even though there's almost 1/3 of the cream in the bottle, the pump doesn't work to bring the product up to the dispenser. I have tried shaking the bottle every which way to get the cream moved around, but it still won't dispense.
After the first time this happened, I made a note not to buy this cream again but must have had a second bottle in my cabinet. Very annoying that so much of the product is left in the bottle. My husband will have to take the top off again so I can get access. Won't be buying this product again.

Lip liner pencil
I am very up set that your company would charge soooo much for a lip liner pencil that does not lip line on skin and does not stay after its sharpened... I sharpened pencil and to my disappointment, it fell out!
Could not fine line my lips! Looked like a bubble lip.. And this was on my anniversary! Of 29 years! Not used to! Thats not my look! I'm ssssssooooo upset! U failed me! Loreal!... I totally believed in this product!... Until now..
I sharpened my pencil several times, and to my disappointment, the tip fell out every time. Had smudges all over the place cuz after being sharpened, did not know where it landed, had smudges all over the car!, my clothes, my husbands clothes...In the car! Not cool! So this being said I still have the pencil, but not the receipt... What can you do to help me or make my anniversary any better?
Infallible Pro-Last Longwear Eye Pencil
This is BY FAR the very worst eyeliner I have ever tried! I am 67 years old and have been wearing make up daily for over 50 years. I cannot believe how awful this product is! It starts out "okay" when you open package and try for first time. Then...you might as well forget using the rest of the pencil because it is almost unbearable to try to sharpen it! I have read a lot of reviews and tips...and please don't tell me that I have to buy one of L'Oreal's special sharpeners! Thats nuts! Honestly, it was a total waste of money, and one of the most expensive eyeliners in the store. It DOES NOT SHARPEN! Buyer beware.

Superior Preference Hair Color
I have used your hair colors as well as those from other companies in the past and are comfortable with using them. I purchased your product UL61, light ash brown. My hair came out a grayish color with a tinge of violet/purple. This was NOT AT ALL what I was shooting for. I have attached photos below. At the very least, I would like to have my money refunded. I will also need to purchase another color to redo my hair. The color was $9.95 at WalMart, although I no longer have the receipt.

I bought the product at Walmart. The same one I always get I love red. I'm natural blonde so the color always suited me good. Except this time it left no color at all. It completely ruined my hair and leaving me only with loss of hair. I will test the product and seek legal action. I'm mortified and now completly depressed. Can't believe this.

l'oreal lip stick 982 Senna supreme
have purchased 3 tubes of 982 lipstick at Walmart in the past and they no longer carry that color. Recently ordered 5 tubes on line...3 of the 8 tubes of broken after minimal use. I do not carry them around in my purse so are never left in a hot car. Not happy with this product but will probably continue to use since it's my favorite color.
