Keep in mind that they charge over $25.00 for taxes and shipping, and when I return the products, I have to pay again and won't get my money back for the third time ($75.00) even though it was supposed to be free.

I received a total of nine items between the two packages, and they refuse to give me any information on where to return them, email addresses, or who to speak to. It's now September 11th and I still haven't received my refund. I'm really disappointed with Westmore Beauty's customer service and I feel like I've been scammed. I would caution anyone thinking about ordering from them to be careful.
