Hello Lauren x7009

Thank you for your awful service...
your so called "customer care" title should be removed immediately...AND as far as you being the only person to escalate my issue to in all of Living Social? Hmmm, Ive already written to the CEO of company.

After reading the reviews from other customers posted all over so many sites from all around the world about LS services it is more than crystal clear that I am one of thousands that has a complaint about your
lack of customer care and the LS site in general. The reviews speak for themselves - they are all Negative!

You were absolutely no help, did not resolve the issue and provided NO customer care - the advertisment for ISO Beauty Hair Dryers was 100% misleading.
The Deal Ad showed the ISO Beauty site where there were several dryers to choose from - after finding one, I purchased the voucher - nowhere on the deal ad did it mention there were limitations?
Upon receiving the voucher - the site to choose the product from changed! the hair dryer I originally bought the voucher for was not included! Whoever wrote this ad for you, should be investigated! It doesnt make any sense. There were no limitations to the hair dryer products on the Deal Ad ! And why would you post the ISO main site where there is a broader selection of dryers?

This is totally misleading! AND BAD Business!

I will post this message all over the place on the net and report you to the better business bureau - all your other Living Social EX customers are already there; ISO Beauty Co. is hearing about
about this case too
The fact that you could not even offer up one solution to keep me as a customer is disgusting and you called youself the manager with no other persons to speak with.
Nevermind the Deal ad anymore - Im stuck with it - but more importantly, you have absolutely no experience in customer care or how to keep customers returning!
Apparently you missed training day on "How NOT to loose the Customer"
Too bad for Living Social ! No wonder all the complaints

It was a bait-and-switch deal. The deal was a $50 voucher that costs $25. The voucher was to buy a pair of running shoes at a local sports store. It states on the voucher that the voucher is not valid for "on sale" items. I went to the sports store to buy a pair of running shoes, all running shoes were on sale except a very few select EXPENSIVE shoes. I would be crazy to pay that much for those shoes. I asked for a refund from LivingSocial. They would not give me a refund. I'll just eat the $25 and never buy from LivingSocial again.

Unfortunately this website went from bad to a NIGHTMARE! If you have a problem with a deal well good luck getting your money back cause they never answer the phone calls, emails are usually rude people who basically tell u that they don’t care and u gonna waist your money. Their customer service it’s terrible, and sometimes their vendors don’t honor the voucher.

I had an account and I end up closing it due to the lack of customer service and now I have vouchers that are useless.

I will never make a purchase with livingsocial again...ever. I purchased 3 tickets to a Cirque show and encouraged my boss to do so also. The vouchers came and right on the voucher it says that the voucher is not the ticket and the Cirque would be emailing tickets you can just print and use at the show within 5 days of purchase..well 5, 6, 7 days pass and nothing. I email livingsocial and they tell me to call Cirque. No problem taking my money and running but told me it was Cirques responsibility. I call Cirque, they tell me they will issue tickets to my email 24-48 hours before the show. Less than 24 hours before the show and you guessed it...NOTING. I call Cirque, they tell me its livingsocials responsibility to issue the ticket as I bought it from them. I try to call livingsocial and you CAN NOT talk to a person. So I emailed again. Explained the whole thing. They responded how sorry they were and told me to call Cirque again. AGHHHHH. Unbelievable these people (livingsocial) are in business. NEVER AGAIN.

Bought 3 vouchers for Hamerton Zoo but when we turned up the zoo would not honor the vouchers as they said Living Social had not paid them! So paid full amount but no response to email... they deny having received it, and they are also saying I haven't got a voucher in my name even though I have a hard copy here! Every sentence by the parrot at the end of the phone started with unfortunately and I got absolutely nowhere. GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH. Groupon are much better.

this site does not stand behind their vendors, and their vendors seem to be fly by night! Unlike Groupon, whch will always let a customer trade their coupon in for "groupon" dollars (one for one), LS does not provide any refund/credit if a vendor does not honor their coupon. LS also does not send reminders about expiration dates as does Groupon. I am not a shill for Groupon, but I do know that LS has ZERO customer service or support. I am currently dealing with a LS vendor who is failing to provide an apptmt within the voucher time, because she says "I sold 500 and we cant accomodate everyone." Give me a break! And LS fails to deal with complaints about this situation! Go elsewhere, for your own peace of mind!

I bought an online "deal" for a full car service through LivingSocial.com.

The small print neglected to advise that I would be required to spend a further $200 on top of the $99 I'd already spent in order to receive my car service.

I raised a complaint with the LivingSocial website immediately and have had no response, depsite following up with them.

Based on my experience, I would not use LivingSocial.com again. Customer service is poor and the site uses bait and switch tactics to draw in cusotmers.

NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM LIVINGSOCIAL INSTANT! I tried to order food tonight and it never came. Two hours later, I called to check on it and the restaurant told me that they did not deliver to my address! Hmm, that sounds like something Livingsocial should know! The restaurant said they called livingsocial and canceled the order, but livingsocial never called me to let me know or send me a cancellation email! I waited two hours for food that wasn't coming, and that they knew wasn't coming! Finally, when I called the number to complain, I got a message saying the office was closed for the holidays. Thanksgiving was two weeks ago! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LIVINGSOCIAL!

I purchased a voucher to be used to order a Onna Ehrlich purse from the designer website. It has been 6 weeks now and no purse or responses when contacting the designer. Contacted Living Social for help in getting this rectified and all they will do is give me the email and phone numbers for the vendor. THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED AT THIS STAGE. I have all that information. I was looking for an advocate to either get me the purse or get me my $179 back. I WILL NEVER USE LIVING SOCIAL AGAIN --- Groupon only for me.

In October 2011, I purchased two vouchers for a candy making class at chocolee chocolates in Boston. I tried to schedule the class on two occasions, only to be met with extremely long lead times. Today, I was told classes are booked through mid december. The voucher expires in October and I was told chocolee would extend it through december. This is unacceptable. This vendor is clearly overselling classes way beyond their capacity. A six month lead time for a candy class is ridiculous. What's even more outrageous is that a new offer of the same class was posted today for this vendor! They are already booked through december on the last offer and yet she is selling more? This vendor failed to meet the terms of this contract in a timely manner and will not be able to do so before the voucher ends. As a customer, I do not wish to continue waiting and I do not want an extension. I want a refund as I do not wish to do business with companies that engage in such poor business practices. I requested a refund through the livingsocial website and was told I could only get a "credit" for use on another deal. this is the second time I've had a bad experience with living social and I don't want to be held hostage to do further business with them. I want my money back; not a site credit.

It's April 2012. Paid for a class in November 2011. Three locations listed. One very near me. One 43 miles away. One 51 miles away. Have been unable to register for the class near me and the merchant is no help and kind of rude. Two emails to LivingSocial and two terse "form" emails back. Decided to just drive to one of the further locations but can't even schedule that. Almost no classes available and literally none have been scheduled at the location near me for months. Will never use Living Social again. My money is just gone.

Bought a deal on recorded books. This is not my first online rodeo, so I carefully looked for what the limitations were on the deal. Basically saw none of consequence. Made my first order (loved the retailer site BTW - will review separately) without incident. Went back to the retailer a few days later to find I had no credit. It was a use it all or loose it deal after all. Complained to livingsocial.com and got a boilerplate answer that essentially said, "to bad for you... Read more closely next time." I am secure enough to admit when I am wrong - and this time I was not wrong, I had done my due diligence. I complained to the merchant, and got a fast and very satisfactory response.

Bottom line... I am staying with the retailer (who made it right) and have discontinued/spam filtereded livingsocial.com. I suggest you do the same.

A total scam site. Have lost over 500 dollars so far on but that I cannot redeem since I cannot get reservations. And when I contact living social and the merchant I get the same old run around that read the rules and regulations. They sell way to many coupons that the merchant can handle so there is no way to redeem and the customer service is not available to handle your issue. Someone should prosecute these guys since they are ripping us off. They say they will get back to you in 24 or 48 hours when you buy things and never do. Hard earned money down the drain. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This was the first time I've used an online coupon site and the last. Four friends and I bought tickets to attend a sushi-making course in Seattle at $55 each. However, three of us fell sick, - that not even being able to roll out of bed kind of sick - and as such couldn't make it. Even though the course was being run for the following three weekends and was only half-full we figured we'd be able to postpone it. Instead we were told that was it. No postponement. No credit. No partial refund. Nothing.

They kept our $220, provided nothing, and that was that. This is the first company I've ever dealt with that made zero attempt at customer service. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had as a consumer.

Avoid this company like the plague.

I bought two 'deals' from LS. I should have learned from the first time. This site is a rip-off! They sell so many deals that the merchant is unable to meet the demand. The first deal ($30) I could never get through to the merchant for an appointment and they never returned my call. I called LS and they quickly gave me account credit for the $30. Knowing I had that credit and could not get a refund, I purchased another deal. Again, the merchant was very busy but scheduled the service for 2 weeks later. After he didn't show within that time period, I contacted him and he said he had 'issues with LS' and that he would not be able to get to us for another 2-3 weeks. This was 2 months after the purchase and completely unacceptable. When I contacted LS, Georgia was nice enough but said she could not do anything and would be submitting the request for refund to the consumer services department and they would get back to me within 1 business day. Three emails and 5 business days later, nothing. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the $65 ($95 less the $30 credit). They filed and contacted LS (telephone conference), some snotty guy ( I think James) said their policy is not to issue credit simply because the merchant is too busy. I explained that they had in the past and he flatly said they weren’t going to this time. My credit card company has issued credit for the $65 and hopefully I will eventually get the other $30 back. This site really does not care about customer satisfaction, its bad when even the merchants feel taken by LS. They just want the money and don’t care if the customer actually receives the service or product. I've used Groupon and Daily Deals with great success. Stay away from LS!

I've tried Living Social a few times. They're a scam. Overall, the quality of their merchants and their service is beyond poor, their merchants treat the LS voucher holders as if they're there on charity and once they divest you of your money, Living Social takes no responsibility whatsoever for the crap they sell vouchers for. To top that, their customer service and feedback mechanisms are nonexistent. In short, their prices may be low, but what they sell is worth even less, much less.

I purchased a Living Social voucher for a two night stay at an inn in MN for 50% off. A month before the voucher was to expire, I called to make reservations. The inn had no weekends available for the entire month. It would not apply the voucher to a room of equal value (not specifically included in the voucher) or extend the voucher into May. So I called Living Social and asked for a credit for the amt of my voucher to be applied to my account. The rep simply repeated the fine print on the voucher that refunds can only be made within 30 days. He said I should have called immediately to book a room because I should have known that they would go fast. there was nothing on the voucher about limited availability, etc. Yet LIving Social is currently selling the same voucher from the same Inn even though the Inn cannot accommodate its current voucher holders. When I suggested Living Social allow me to apply the value of my voucher to the voucher currently being pedaled by Living Social, the rep repeated the fine print and said no. I then got a follow up email from Living Social triggered by my call saying "We are happy to help."

A while back I bought a voucher for teeth whitening from LIvingSocial.com for $160 dollars. The website claimed it was worth $400 dollars. So I went to HIghbridge Family Dental to have the treatment done. After two treatments my teeth were no white than they were before and my lips and teeth were veyr sore. I was then told that this treatment wouldn’t work for me.

I was extremely dissatisfied and told both LivingSocial.com and Highbridge Family Dental this, but they said there was nothing they could do about it and that I could not get a refund. I couldn’t believe the terrible customer service I received from both companies! Apparently one customer isn’t important to them, because I certainly won’t be buying anything from either of them again.

Not only did the product not work as promised, but I was injured in the process (sore lips and teeth)! Do not buy anything from LivingSocial.com, especially nor if you expect great customer service! You won’t get it. Aren’t there any honest businesses out there anymore? Doesn’t anyone actually care about satisfying their customer and ensuring quality products and services? A little customer service can go a long way, people.

Living Social has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I made sure the date I needed was available before purchasing a limo wine tour from living social. I exchanged emails with the limo company directly after purchasing the deal to book and then heard nothing back from the company. After calling several times and leaving several messages, I finally heard back only to find out they had booked up on that date. I don't live in the area and could only use the tour on that date for a bachelorette party. I called Living Social to see if I could get a refund or at least "living social" credit, but they were completely rude and would do NOTHING for me. Not only did they not help me, they told me that the reason they couldn't do anything is because they had to meet a quota of deals sold with the limo company. Basically they don't care at all about their customers. On top of being completely inconsiderate, the agent sent me an insulting email with the refund policy after our phone call. I had stated clearly that I understood the refund policy, but was looking to see if there was anything the company could to for me to be thoughtful in a situation where I am now out $375. I will never be using Living Social again, and I highly recommend to go with another deal company. They are an extremely unhelpful company with no customer service skills.

I purchased 2 hour kayaking from Paddle or Pedal from livingsocial.com in July. They did not specify the restrictions for time and location in the description section of the deal. I wanted to use it last weekend and found out that it does not work at Annapolis section on the weekends! Livingsocial.com refused a refund saying that the information was in the fine print, not in the description. Very cheap trick to mislead customers and steal their money! They should have refunded me the full amount I paid!

What a terrible disappointment my purchase of a Living Social Voucher was for a meal for two at the Wilmslow Tavern. Having read the appalling reviews on other websites about the restaurant, I sent an email to Living Social pointing out the terrible reviews but have not even had the courtesy of a "receipt". Anyway, after giving the matter a lot of thought, we decided to give the Wilmslow Tavern the benefit of the doubt and see for ourselves. We really should have believed the reviews. The only half decent thing about the place was the young lad behind the bar who was at least efficient at serving drinks and friendly!

We were told we only had a choice of starters (which were questionable and the fish cakes looked like burnt potato slices), three choices of meat (gammon, chicken or beef - chicken seemed the best option) for the main course (described by the waitress to another customer as "a carvery" - when the customer asked where the carvery was, she was told it was a roast dinner already served up) and the choice of desserts was three scoops of ice cream, hot choc fudge cake or sticky toffee pudding.

The chefs were "out front" at times getting drinks - their clothes were dirty and I would question whether suitable to a professional kitchen. The starters were served on wooden boards which were marked and deeply scored and were clearly a vessel to harbour germs. The main course was served on huge plates - but they were half empty - 3 black roast potatoes (which had clearly been deep fried - cremated!), 3 tiny tiny new potatoes from a tin, two small slices of beef which were tough and very fatty, one small piece each of cauli and broccoli (frozen) and a sea of frozen peas (my husband chose chicken and, in fairness, it was a chicken breast). The gravy was like dishwater! Oh, and half a frozen yorkshire pudding too. The desserts were clearly frozen and microwaved. My small jug of custard had water on top - admittedly I was able to stir it but the sponge was so hot it would have been dangerous if served to a child. There wasn't any offer of tea or coffee to us or anyone else there at the same time - which was part of the deal.

Living Social sales spiel shows a photograph of a lovely piece of meat and yorkshire - but the reality is nothing like that. It really was awful. In fact, I would go so far as to say it is a misrepresentation and a con - the place was truly awful, it had an air of menace about the place and the locals made me feel wary. I didn't dare use the loos after reading some of the reviews but my husband did and said they "stank", were dirty with the loo roll holder open and the loo roll just chucked in.

Service was slow. The place was filthy, cobwebs, rubbish, dirty toilets, so clean eating implements would have been nice! And, to put the icing on the cake, I've now got dreadful indigestion!

I will never ever use LivingSocial again and will never recommend them to anyone else, ever! Absolutely disgusting. Not sure which was the worst experience - the Wilmslow Tavern or the "promise" from Living Social! The "experience" wasn't worth £11 - never mind the £39.80 full value quoted by the site.

Have been trying to contact Livingsocial but no one ever replies or gets back to you. Bought a voucher online and was trying to gift it but then there's an error and it won't let you gift after that. We had purchased it to give as a bday gift this week but guess that won't happen. How can you not reply to any request for information. Why should we keep buying stuff from your sites when there are so many other sites selling same deals out there. Just so frustrating!

I bought a pedi/mani service from LivingSocial (for California Hair and Nail Academy) only to realize that the services were performed by students who had very little experience. I felt that I was misled because I did not know the services were going to be performed by students. After the service, I looked back on the vouchers and the fine print called themselves "experts" but many of students who performed the services told me they were only there a month. They didn't even do my cuticle. All they did was clean my nails and toes and painted them. The problem was that the polish was put on so poorly, they looked unprofessional. I called LS to ask for my money back and they said they could not because the vouchers were redeemed. However, how would I have known about the bad services if I hadn't redeemed the vouchers. I think the whole thing is a scam and I'm afraid of buying anything on LivingSocial any more.

Pathetic is one word that describes my experience with Living social. Bought Christmas cruise voucher from them but when I called the merchant to book the cruise, he said that I will have to pay full amount using credit card and I can use the voucher on their any other usual cruise, which by the way was of same price without a voucher anyways.

Called Living social to complain, was on hold for 15 min, gave up after that and complained using help page. No response for 48 hr on the web complain. Again called them, this time on hold for 20 min but I was determined to talk to someone this time, finally someone answers and tells me that she will talk to merchant, again hold for 10 minutes and the response I get is merchant is willing to honor the voucher for any of their normal cruise- OK I know that, what about the cruise that you advertised while selling- Sorry sir we can't do anything about it-Advised me to gift the voucher to someone- Thanks preacher, don't tell me what to get best out of my lost money, instead have a way so that your customers are not taken for a ride. You got your commission and you are happy with it, merchant will get some business- as at least few of the customers will fall prey to his bait (I might have to do it too to get at least something out of the money I put in) - do more and let customers be happy too.

STAY AWAY FROM LIVING SOCIAL is my advice to you. I had an amazing experience with Groupon and Amazon local deals.

I purchased a voucher for river tubing and it is printed in black and white that the expiration date for the paid value is in 2017, yet the Wahoo Tubing folks decided that they won't honor that and livingsocial.com will do NOTHING about it. This is the second time I've had trouble with a deal I bought and livingsocial does nothing to help resolve the issue - they just go along with whatever the vendor arbitrarily decides. Terrible customer service!

Using the link to your website I see no "my Vouchers" tab. Once I "unsubscribed" I saw right away but what's the point if I get get into the website. The reset password option is not replying. I have to cancel my arrangement for tonight as I have no voucher = I am very VERY frustrated at this.
When I purchased the voucher early in the year I knew I would be using it this weekend. But no voucher means no deal and expires in a couple of days.

Incredibly disappointing and a waste of $70.00! Poor links, poor service, and a company that clearly does not care. Stay away.Very dissatisfied!

Terrible customer service! I purchased a gym deal which was supposed to expire after three months. Two months later I redeemed the deal but was issued an expired voucher which the merchant wouldn't accept and LivingSocial wouldn't refund it as their T&Cs say that the merchant is responsible for all claims.

So in short LivingSocial is blaming the merchant and the merchant is blaming LivingSocial for misselling their deal!

I bought an adventure deal from the site and was unable to use. Conveniently enough for the company, they had no availability for me to use the voucher. I tried to use the voucher five times over the course of five months with no success. LivingSocial would do nothing to help. They were very rude. The man on the phone had been trained to say, “It is not in the policy, ” over and over again. He had no logic or common sense and ironically there was no one else there that I could speak with that could help me. I even tried to e-mail a complaint with no avail. I was told to gift it to someone. This floored me as it would make the worst gift, because if I couldn’t use it neither could anyone else. I would have been happy with a credit to LivingSocial, but that was not possible either. Using these vouchers is a huge hassle and wast of time/money. I strongly suggest you do not use this site.

I purchased a voucher to take a friend of mine to a shooting range for his birthday. I went to the website of the vendor (Valastro Academy) but there was nothing indicating how to schedule an appointment if you had purchased the deal. After calling the business and finally getting an answer the earliest appointment was months away. When the day arrived to finally go to the range we first had to sit through a "training" session. I put the term in quotes because we were in a store front watching videos for at most twenty minutes the first of which was an advertisement for an italian shotgun! We then had to drive 45 minutes to get to the shooting range and the instructor didn't show up for an hour. Half of the group that was scheduled for the day went in to the range to shoot and then my friend and I ended up waiting another two hours with no communication as to what was going on or any indication that we were even going to get the full time on the range that I had paid for. After another half hour we decided to leave and I figured that I could contact LivingSocial for a refund since the vendor was unable to fulfill their end of the purchase contract. I figured wrong. Since it was past the seven days after I purchased the vouchers I was essentially S.O.L as far as LivingSocial was concerned. Their reputation depends solely on the actions of the merchants they partner with and have to take responsibility to ensure that the customers that shop on their site are getting what they pay for. Apparently all they are concerned about is the money and not the customer and this whole experience has essentially been a big f*!k you from LivingSocial.

I have been overwhelmed with the amount of coupons out there to get new business for ailing businesses to get new customers through the door. But I am basically SICK of all of them.

About 2 months ago, I bought a session for a hyperbolic oxygen chamber, and they said they had 2 locations. I called them to make an appointment, and the nearest one to me now (when they were advertising the special, it said they had 2 locations) but I didn't realize that according to LS's buried bylaws, if I didn't specify which salon I was going to, they can only give me "deal bucks" even though I paid with a credit card.

UM, wait up here for just a second! Neither salon offers the oxygen chambers anymore, and I would have to drive a 75 mile round trip to go to the chamber. It's not MY effing fault they decided to change around their structure in the last 2 months since I bought the voucher... and I would imagine that something like a big, pressurized oxygen chamber that a person's whole body goes into would be a big piece of equipment to move around. So I doubt that they even had the chambers in the 2 salons when they put out the coupon announcement.

And now, I am forced to spend $39 on some other junk from LS to satisfy my relationship with LS. I'm just waiting for a big lawsuit to come along... and I hope to be at the top of the list. What a scam and I hate them. I'd rather pay full price for something that I know I already trust and enjoy rather than having all of these new experiences. I'm SO done with Groupon, LS, Tippr, and all of their rip offs. I hate them all and have had problems with them all.

Living Social is a rip off.

On April 2, 2012, my wife purchased a Puerto Vallarta vacation from Living Social for $399. In July I ruptured a disc in my back and could not travel. She called and talked with them several times. She also sent them a lot of emails. Eventually they responded and said we were out of luck. They could be no help.

On [protected] I purchased 3 auto details through Living Social for a price of $235. Around August (three months prior to the expiration), I began calling the detailer- never any answer and no returned calls. I contacted Living Social in October to tell them about my attempted contacts. I contacted them by phone, via email and finally in December they got back to me and said I was basically out of luck. I would need to work it out with the vendor. Finally my daughter called and they said they would refund the money- never did.

.When I called call customer service recently and was told the part was no longer available and could be given no reasonable options to assist me, they transferred me to a product support division, and the woman there told me the same thing the other woman had.

Same sad experience as many people. Business was unable/unwilling to perform the service I purchased, when I requested a refund from livingsocial, I continually received a robo response via email. When I called customer service, a very polite professional young lady continually gave me a 'robo' response that I did not qualify for a refund under their policies. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she continually, 'politely and professionally, " kept ignoring my request. When I continually asking why she was ignoring my request to speak to her supervisor. She 'politely and professionally" hung up on me. (note the sarcasm.)since they are unwilling to accommodate my request for refund, I will be disputing the charges to my credit card. I urge anyone who has has issues with Livingsocial to do the same. Believe me, they do not what to get too many disputed charges or they will lose their standing with their merchant bank. And then maybe they will treat their customers as they should be treated.

Well ISO beauty came through. They provided a replacement dryer right away and didn't ask for the old one to be returned which was surprising. The second dryer came a lot faster than the initial one. So all in all, the service seemed to be on par with other large businesses which is good.

On a plus note, I received my dryer yesterday - a month and a week later so they weren't scamming me at least; however on a negative note, during the packaging process, they damaged the back end of it so now I have to return it and wait for an exchange to be processed. This may take months at their speed. I don't think a company of ISO Beauty's size is going to be coning people but I do think that they may be sloppy and unfortunately it may mean that this whole transaction gets botched up. I keep getting really poor service from American companies..my husband has given up ordering from them completely.

but why do you buy from these scamming ###... that is what i don't understand... go to a reputable site or even better - go to the shops and keep your local businesses afloat, no?

Oh no! I ordered a the Proliss Hair Dryer on Jan. 1st through the Living Social deal and still haven't received it. ISO Beauty is ignoring my emails as well. I'm out of a job right now so I took advantage of this deal as my hair dryer is on it's last legs. The last thing I need right now is to be ripped off by a bunch of con artists.

I am on the phone with them right now! From when I first ordered my hair dryer, they told me that the one I ordered was out of stock.. This was ordered on 11/17/12. I have called and called ISO and given multiple tracking numbers that have been for other customers. I actually asked them to just pick one that they can physically see and get it out to me asap. I have escalated and I am at my whits end with this. I asked for a refund and they informed me that I need to speak to Livingsocial.com. I noticed that over 4, 000 dryers were ordered through the deal and at $49 a pop that's enough for them to just go out of business, run and nobody gets their product!
