I thought I had cancelled my lingvano subscription months ago as it does not appear in my subscriptions tab of my google account. However, today (November 28th, 2023 2:40 AM) I’ve noticed that I’ve been charged 26$ CAD for lingvano. The only reason I’ve noticed is that money is extremely tight right now, and I’m meticulously monitoring every little charge. So, thinking I’m the one who made the mistake, I go to my subscriptions tab in my google account to cancel the subscription, only to find that it’s not there. Next, I go to lingvano’s app go try and cancel it from there, and when I click on the cancelation, I’m redirected to the google store to cancel it from there, but its not there.

If it is a mistake on the company’s part, I would like to receive a refund for this charge, as well as have the subscription finally cancelled if it’s somehow still active. I would also like to possibly receive a refund for any last charge that may have gone through after I’ve cancelled, though if I could at the very least get a refund for this charge, that would be great.
