The platform is very marginal, it could be so much better and more robust. You're definitely better off just doing a class with YouTube or some other type of online class. The customer service sucks, and some of the teachers are completely unreliable.

I couldn't understand what she meant by "keeping our community healthy and happy." Is this a professional and appropriate response when you're struggling to use an app that you really need? They never apologized for the poor performance of their app. When they issued a refund, they deducted the fee for a class that was canceled, even though I didn't attend it. They provided no support and didn't even offer a simple apology like, "Sorry for the trouble you experienced with our app. We are constantly working to improve it." Instead, they displayed an arrogant attitude and blamed the users. As a customer who pays their salary, it's frustrating that I can't even express my dissatisfaction with their faulty product without being reprimanded. How can an app require 100% battery to function? It's absurd! Are they joking?

I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from someone who should be fixing the app issue instead of talking about the happiness and health of a community that doesn't even exist.
