And let's talk about the reviews. They're all over the place! Some people are saying Lets Vend is the best thing since sliced bread, while others are calling it a complete scam. It's hard to trust a company with such mixed opinions. I don't want to take the risk and end up regretting my decision.

Another thing that bothers me is the pricing. It's not clear at all. I don't want to waste my time contacting them just to get a quote. Why can't they just provide a price list or something? It's frustrating and makes me question their transparency.

Overall, I think I'll pass on Lets Vend. There are plenty of other companies out there that are more transparent and reliable. I don't want to take a chance on a company that seems so uncertain.

Wanted to make more money with them fancy touchy vending machines and Let's Vend helped me reach my goals! They even helped me find a good spot when them other companies I tried before couldn't do it.

In an initial convo, the owner of Lets Vend will have you thinkin' that once you pay up, you'll get a machine and a spot real quick, no sweat. So in March , I bought and paid in full for 2 machines. But lemme tell ya, it wasn't until August that they finally put one machine in a spot. And man, that machine had so many problems that my customer told me to get rid of it by December . Now, as for the second machine, I still ain't got it or a spot for it as of December . I keep sendin' emails to Lets Vend askin' for a refund on the second machine, but for 4 months now, they keep sayin' they got a spot but ain't got nothin'. They just keep lyin' to avoid givin' me my money back and sortin' out the issues with the first machine.

Warning! If I could give negative stars, it would still be an understatement! I paid half for a machine in December , and in full in Jan 2021, over 5k. It's May 2022, and I still haven't received a machine that was due in February/March, at the latest, or a proof of completion. They even stopped communicating, until I reversed the charges with my credit union. Then, the silence broke with more excuses! Lets Vend/Mo Beauty Vending are partners in crime! That would be silly rabbit, and her sidekick. Do not do business with them, unless you want excuse after excuse about shipping issues, and even tried to blame it on when my shipment was due before the war even started! They cannot hold up to the agreement, as they are claiming to not have enough workers who can produce the order, according to Mo Beauty! They lie to you, and keep you in limbo. File a dispute with your bank, to get your money back. Terrible companies to invest with, and all they care about is if you paid the invoice. Dispute, dispute, dispute! Find a reputable company because these are scammers!

I financed a machine in February and haven’t heard a word about shipping and am being sued by the finance company and ignored by the owner of this fake [censored] company. $9500 I’m being told that I’m on the hook for as of 8/27 and I never so much as saw a machine. This is ridiculous and no matter how many times I call I never hear back. I got her to pick up for a potential customer once and she said she would email me back and obviously didn’t

I contacted *** on April 13th and we agreed to have a phone call on April 14th for her services. On April 14th, I talked to *** from Lets Vend, in La Jolla , about getting help with finding locations for three vending machines. I decided to use her services to make it easier for me to find new locations while I worked. I asked if I could split the payment and she said yes. She sent me the invoice for the first half of $772.50, which I paid on the same day using a debit card from statefarm bank (which is no longer active). I asked for an extension on the second payment and she agreed. I made the second payment on May 24 at 4:32pm for $772.50 using the same card. After I made the payments, I didn't hear anything from *** about what to do next. I emailed her on June 1st to ask about the next steps. She replied on June 2nd saying she needed time to do some Market Research and would let me know when she found locations for me. Once again, I didn't hear anything from *** at all. So, on August 3rd, I reached out again and asked her to either send me some locations or refund my $1545. She responded on August 4th saying she couldn't refund my money and couldn't find any locations due to covid-19. I found it hard to believe because essential facilities like hospitals and retirement communities would still need vending machines. Since her response on August 4th, *** hasn't contacted me by phone or email to let me know if she found any facilities for me. She also hasn't refunded the $1545 I paid for her services.
