So I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Newgistics. I tried to place an order with them on April 14th, and it's now April 21 and my package still isn't on its way. The tracking info just says it's being prepared - I mean, come on! It's been a whole seven days already. I don't know about y'all, but that seems a little ridiculous to me.

I've gotta be honest, this isn't my first time dealing with Newgistics and I'm not impressed. They always seem to be running behind schedule and taking way too long to get packages out the door. I think this might be the last time I order from anyone who uses them for shipping.

I mean, I get it - things happen and sometimes shipping takes longer than we want it to. But a whole week just to get the package out the door? That's pretty frustrating, especially when you're waiting for stuff you really need.

I'm giving Newgistics one star just because there's no option for zero stars. I'm pretty disappointed with their service, and I'm not sure I can recommend them to anyone else. If you're in a hurry to get your package, I'd suggest looking for another shipping option - just to be safe.

I had a real tough time with Newgistics, man. Like seriously. I was trying to get my clothes returned to the website and these guys just messed it all up. I took my box to USPS and their guy was all careless and stuff, didn't even scan it properly. And now the box is lost in the wind for like more than a month and a half. And guess what USPS say? They say they ain't got no control over this mess. For real? And don't even get me started on the Newgistics' contact information. Man, they ain't got no response whatsoever. It's like talking to a brick wall, you know what I mean?

So, if you're thinking about using Newgistics for your shipping needs, I'm gonna advise you to reconsider, man. Coz if you don't want your stuff to go missing in the ether, then you better stay away. I mean, sure they got a pretty good website and all, but that don't mean nothing when your stuff is lost and you can't get no answers. So, my suggestion would be to find some other way to fulfill your shipping needs, coz Newgistics is just gonna waste your time.

So, I was trying to use Newgistics to get some packages delivered and boy, was it a struggle! I mean seriously, they make everything so difficult. And the worst part is, when I tried to get in touch with customer service, it was like talking to a brick wall. No help at all! The people there are just so rude, they made me feel like I was wasting their time. I even got told straight up that there were other customers waiting, and they were more important than me! Can you imagine that? What kind of company treats their customers like that? Not a great one, if you ask me. So, I definitely wouldn't recommend using Newgistics.

So, I got myself some splendid things from Victoria's Secret on 12/04/2020. Everything was going smoothly until they handed the reins over to Newgistics on 12/06/2020. Now, it's already 12/23/2020, and I haven't received my parcel yet! To add insult to injury, there have been no updates regarding the whereabouts of my precious goodies. What gives, Newgistics? This has never occurred with Victoria's Secret before. After looking at some of the other assessments, I'm worried that I'll never see my things, and neither will many of my loved ones. This is certainly disheartening and I strongly advise against using this Company.

So, I had some experience with this company called Newgistics and let me tell you, it's not the best one out there. I was expecting my package to be picked up by USPS, but turns out, it was picked up by some "third party" shipper. I mean, come on, how hard is it to tell the customers that? And to make things worse, it took them a whopping one whole week to pick up my package! That's just plain unacceptable.

What really bugs me about Newgistics is that most returns have to be shipped back within a specific timeframe. And if USPS uses this company, then well, you can kiss your timely delivery goodbye. And let me tell you, that's just not cool. I mean, who wants to wait days or even weeks for a package to arrive? It's just not convenient at all.

To sum it up, I'm not impressed with Newgistics. Something just doesn't seem quite right about this company. So, if you want your packages to arrive on time and without any delays, then it's probably best to avoid this company altogether.

So, listen here folks. I gotta tell ya somethin' about this here company called Newgistics. Let me just say, I wouldn't trust 'em with a pencil, let alone my package. They seem to have absolutely no idea how to run a business that involves shippin' packages.

So, get this. I gave 'em my package a few weeks ago, and they were supposed to pass it on to good ol' USPS. But they never did.We had no idea where it was or what was goin' on. Can ya imagine the stress and worry I went through? Honestly, I just hope the authorities shut 'em down before they can bungle anyone else's packages.

So lemme tell you about Newgistics. I sent back my stuff with that Smart Label thingy like 3 weeks ago, but guess what? No record of it. Seriously, nothing. USPS even told me they couldn't do anything about it cuz Newgistics is too cool for them or something. Oh, and don't even bother emailing or calling Newgistics cuz they won't even bother responding. So now, I'm stuck with nothing but the retailer telling me the same stuff over and over again - "package not scanned blah blah blah."

Can you imagine losing something you sent back and not even getting a response from the carrier? Like, it's totally on you for not getting that acceptance receipt from the post office. I lost almost a hundred bucks worth of stuff here, all cuz I trusted Newgistics and dropped it off in a mailbox like they told me to. But, nah, they don't care and now I'm out of money and stuff.

Listen to me, ya'll. Don't EVER trust Newgistics and NEVER drop off your stuff in a mailbox. Make sure you get that acceptance receipt from the post office or else your stuff might end up like mine - gone and never to be seen again.

So, I had a bad experience with Newgistics. I bought an item from an Ebay seller and paid for the large flat-rate priority mail box shipping service. I requested that the seller ship it to my FPO address in Yokosuka, Japan, via USPS Priority Mail. However, the seller decided to use a "professional packer" and had it shipped via Ebay's "Global Shipping Program", which uses Pitney Bowes' Newgistics company to ship internationally.

The item was supposed to leave Silverdale, Washington and head to Chicago, Illinois, for an air shipment to Japan. However, it ended up in San Francisco on December 4th and hasn't been seen since. I tracked the package and found out that it was shipped via "The Big Ripoff", as the Global Shipping Program is often called.

I learned that Newgistics was used to ship my package. My experience with them is terrible. They promised the seller that it would be shipped via Priority Mail, but it was actually shipped via a slower surface method. This means that they pocketed the extra cash from the seller. It's not right!

If you're ever in a similar situation, I strongly suggest you avoid Newgistics at all costs. Never use "The Big Ripoff" known as Ebay's Global Shipping Program. Lastly, stay away from Pitney Bowes as well. They're all out to get your money in exchange for very poor service. You'll be better off trying to find another shipping company that you can trust.

Newgistics courier is one of the most terrible delivery services out there. I mean, if I had a chance to rate them, I’d give them zero, to be honest. So here’s the scoop, I ordered some products from Victoria's Secret for my daughter’s birthday on August 11. The tracking information says it was sent out on August 14, but it has been 14 days, and there has been no movement on my package ever since, like, what the heck?! The package is coming from Orlando to Deltona, so it should not take that long, right?

I tried calling Newgistics so many times, but I can’t get through to anyone, like seriously, why do they even have that phone line if no one is going to answer it? After trying so many times, I eventually managed to reach out to somebody from Pitney Bowes who took over Newgistics. They told me to call Victoria's Secret about it, which made me even more furious. It’s not Victoria’s Secret that lost my package; it’s Newgistics who did! I told the person on the phone that Pitney Bowes/Newgistics needs to find my package because they had it last. But it seems like they don't want to take responsibility for what happened. They didn't even bother to look into it or start an inquiry or something.

Honestly, you don’t want to use Newgistics when you’re ordering something online. They have a bad reputation for employees stealing items, especially Victoria's Secret products, and selling them on Ebay! Can you even believe that? My package has gone missing, and it looks like the employee who stole it got away with almost $500 worth of items, and the Newgistics team doesn't want to be accountable for that. Because of them, my daughter's birthday was ruined.

Stay away from Newgistics at all costs, friends.

Newgistics is a company that I recently had an experience with and let me tell you, it was quite an eye-opener. There are plenty of reasons why it takes forever to receive your shipment when dealing with them, and I have some strong suspicions that they may just be another one of those front companies that are used for shipments coming from China.

Here's how it usually goes down. You place your order through a seller on Amazon or some other source, thinking that you're dealing with a seller that's based in the United States or Europe. However, most likely, the seller is actually a drop shipper that resells products from China. They will create a shipping label with Newgistics or some other secondary shipping company which is really just a front company that helps them hide where the product is actually coming from.

Now, Newgistics will claim that your product is in transit and has shipped, but in reality, your product is still sitting in China. They use these tactics to buy time, and in some cases, the drop shipper and the shipping company can sit on your order for weeks and even months, earning interest on your money, all while they place larger bulk purchases with the Chinese manufacturer to further their profits. It's pretty clever if you ask me.

The most disconcerting thing about all of this is that they try to reassure you that your product has shipped and even provide you with tracking information, which is only partly legitimate and allows them to circumvent the laws in most cases. To make matters worse, they also hire people to create false reviews on Amazon, Yelp, and other locations to try and cover up their dishonest and unethical business practices.

To top it all off, these organizations don't really have whistleblowers since they often require their employees to sign contracts that prevent them from speaking out against the company. In fact, the contract requires that all employees only speak positively of the company, or else they can be fired or sued.

In conclusion, if you're considering doing business with Newgistics or any other front company like them, I strongly suggest that you think twice. With all the evidence indicating that this company may just be another front for shipments coming from China, it's becoming increasingly difficult to trust them or anyone else who engages in these types of unethical practices. Spread the word and help prevent others from becoming victims of their deceitful ways.

It could barely contain the products inside which were making an unpleasant smell that was hard to ignore.

It's safe to say that my first impression of Newgistics wasn't great. The delivery time was much longer than expected, and the condition of the package and products was far from satisfactory. It's clear that there were some issues with the shipping and handling of the package, which ultimately led to the unpleasant experience I had.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Newgistics based on my experience. While the company may claim to offer reliable and efficient delivery services, my experience suggests otherwise. The fact that it took so long for my package to arrive, and that it was in such poor condition when it finally did, makes me hesitant to trust this company in the future. newgistics.com is not a good company to work with, let me tell ya! I work in the service department for a store that's in the whole country, and man oh man, we have all sorts of trouble with packages getting lost when we use these folks for shipping. Honestly, we really can't recommend using them.

I know for a fact that 95% of the time that we see lost packages, it's because we used Newgistics to ship them. Not good, right? I mean, as a customer service rep, it's my job to make sure that our customers are satisfied and taken care of. But when we lose packages, it makes it really hard to do that.
So, I'm just sayin', you might want to consider using a different shipping company than Newgistics. Save yourself, and your customers, the headache!

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Newgistics. Had 6 orders from different places go through them and they all ended up being late or not showing up at all. It's a real bummer. If I had known that they were gonna be doin' the shippin' when I placed my order, I wouldn't have bothered. Heck, I even sprung for that 2 day prime shipping and they still dropped the ball.

I mean, come on now, what's the point in offerin' that kind of speedy delivery if you can't follow through on it? It's just false advertisin' if you ask me. And it ain't like I had any control over the situation, it was all up to the company I was buyin' from to pick the shipper. But I sure won't be purchasin' from any places that use Newgistics again, that's for danged sure.

I gotta tell ya'll, Newgistics is makin' a mess of my packages. They say they're gonna deliver on certain dates and times, but you better believe they're just makin' it up. Don't even think about usin' 'em if you actually want your stuff on time. They printed that my package was delivered to my address, but I can tell ya, I didn't get nothin'. They told me three different dates and times for delivery, and none of 'em were true. It's been two whole months and my package is still MIA. Stay away from these guys if ya want a headache-free journey for your items.
