I called Dollar Fulfillment on Jan
I called Dollar Fulfillment on Jan. 18, 2021 to get $500 in grocery at Walmart or Target. They said it would come in 10 days. But when mail came, it wasn't here. I called and they said it was in my post office. I went there with a friend, but it wasn't there. I called again and they said they would send it again and it would come by Feb. 8, 2021. They charged me $30.00 for this, but nothing came. I feel scammed now!

She gave me two options: wait and return the items (which had a difficult return policy) or take a 20% discount. I didn't want a discount, I wanted a refund, so I asked for a 30% discount to keep the merchandise. At this point, *** became hostile and gave me the runaround on what I needed to do for the refund. When I asked to speak with someone else, I still only got ***. I eventually received an email from the ***, but somehow I only got *** again, which made me feel like it was a scam.
