So, I ordered meself 3 filters from Lab Charge LLC (labcharge.com) and they were not what I was expectin' at all. It's what you call a "bait and switch" situation, where they advertise something, but then send ya somethin' completely different. I was not happy about it, I tells ya.

I called 'em up and they told me they would send me replacements for what I actually wanted. I thought that was pretty decent of 'em. But then, 2 whole months later, I called 'em again (because I never received those supposed "replacements") and they told me the owner had caught that pesky covid and everything was on hold.

Now, if I'm not mistaken, I believe it's been longer than 2 months, and when I try to call 'em up, there's no phone option anymore. It's all email. And lemme tell ya, that's just downright upsetting.

Lab Charge LLC (labcharge.com) was the absolute worst experience I have ever had when making a purchase. I was super excited to get my hands on 3 purifiers, but unfortunately it turned out to be a complete nightmare. They promised me a full refund if I wanted to return the purifiers, but when I did they not only kept the purifiers, but also never gave me my money back.

I have tried reaching out to them multiple times via email, but every time they have blocked my messages and refused to respond back. It is really frustrating and unfair to be taken advantage of in such a manner! I strongly believe that Lab Charge LLC (labcharge.com) is a scam and they should be shut down immediately. Dealing with them has been a complete waste of my time and money.

If you're reading this review then please beware of Lab Charge LLC (labcharge.com). They are not honest and their customer service is terrible. They obviously do not care about satisfying their customers. I urge anyone thinking of doing business with this company to think twice before making a purchase. They are just looking to scam innocent people out of their hard earned money.

Lab Charge LLC ain't the best company in my books. I had a bad experience with them when I tried to cancel an order for some air purifiers. I changed my mind right after I ordered them online, and called to cancel it. But guess what? They told me it was too late to cancel. Can you believe that? I mean, I cancelled within an hour of buying them!

Anyway, I had already put the charge on my credit card, but they refunded it. But that's not the end of the story. The package arrived at my house, and when I saw it, I refused to accept it. The UPS guy took it back to Lab Charge, but they had moved or something. Nobody was there!

I'm so glad I used my credit card to buy from them. Who knows what would have happened if I paid cash or used some other payment method. This company is strange, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I buyed two air filter thingies from Lab Charge LLC's website (labcharge.com), but they never ever came. They kept telling me they would give me the tracking number, but I hadn't got one yet. They said my air filter whatsit was gonna be delivered in two to three days but it's already been over two months and I still haven't got it - or my money back for when I cancelled the order like they told me to. Now they don't even answer my emails no more. I feel like there should be some way to take them to task for what they did - they was advertisin' on Facebook and they took my money and then didn't even send me their product.

Bout these lab charge things to cover ma house's main room. But they be noisier than expected. Ya feel me? We all got diff'rent tolerances, but these ones just won't do. And it ain't like we didn't try to return them. Bought into the whole 'for any reason' thing, but it didn't work out. Company's customer support person said we could return them no problem. But now it's 6 weeks later and we ain't heard nothin' back after multiples emails. We just wanna return them, but it's lookin' like we won't be able to.

Hey peeps, let me tell you about this sketchy company I ordered an air purifier unit from called Lab Charge. They straight up scammed me out of $120. Like, what the heck, man? I had to go back and forth with them so many times, sending pictures and all that jazz, just to get them to send me a return shipping label. And even then, they didn't bother to respond when they received it. So, I did the right thing and reported them to the Better Business so they could be held accountable for their shady behavior. But get this, even after a whole month of waiting, I just found out that they still haven't responded to the Better Business so my case got closed and I'm out of luck. I guess my only option left is to take them to small claims court. Sucks that it has to come to this, but I'm not letting these crooks get away with it. Lesson learned, folks. Stay away from Lab Charge. Don't let them scam you too. Peace out, y'all.

So, I ordered four of them purifiers from LabCharge as a present for my folks on Chrissy last year, and ended up makin' a mistake – accident'ly added on some extra items I didn't mean to. When it came time to pay, I couldn't remove them from the dang cart! Anyway, I still got my four purifiers, but then there was this other box of six that came in the mail that I wasn't expectin' and didn't want.

I called the folks at LabCharge straight away, and they were nice enough to send me a return label so I could send back them unwanted purifiers. So far, so good. But now it's March 30th, 2022, and I'm still out $246.39 from the refund I was supposed to get for those six purifiers I returned. What gives, LabCharge?

I'm just hopin' I ain't the only one who's had this issue. I mean, sure, I mess up sometimes, but I'd expect a company like LabCharge to do things right and not hold onto my money for three dang months. Come on, guys, get your act together and give me my refund already!

This air purifier was given to me as a gift and I must say, I am super grateful. However, when someone asked me if I had noticed any change in the quality of the air, I couldn't quite tell. After all, it's not like I could see the air getting cleaner or something. But I did remember something that caught my attention—a few weeks ago I went to wipe down the filter and to my surprise, there was nothing to wipe off! After about 4 to 5 weeks of having it set up in my house, there was absolutely no dust or anything to be found! I mean, wow! That's something, right?

Not being an air quality expert, I couldn't quite tell if the air has really improved. But I must say I wouldn't be surprised if it had. Why you ask? Well, because that filter was as clean as a whistle! I'd like to think that labcharge.com has done something right, because after all, it's not everyday that you get to see such a significant difference in air quality, especially when you're not even an expert at it. Maybe if labcharge.com read this review, they could give me some feedback? After all, it's been hard for me to "put it to the test".

In conclusion, although I can't say for sure if there has been a noticeable improvement in air quality, I certainly wouldn't want to claim that there isn't one when there is evidence that suggests otherwise. And at the end of the day, I'm just a regular person who was pleasantly surprised when I went to clean my air purifier filter and found nothing to clean. So thank you Lab Charge LLC for making such an incredible product that has exceeded my expectations!

I gotta tell you - Lab Charge LLC (labcharge.com) is terrible. I mean, it's easily the worst company I've ever come across in my entire life. The kind of company that makes you want to tear your hair out.

My journey with this company started in December 2020 when I placed an order for a product. Everything seemed alright at first, but it took a full month before they finally gave us the return label we'd been requesting. And to make matters worse, we still haven't received our refund, even now. Like, c'mon people - it's been months!

To add insult to injury, there's no way to actually talk to anyone from the company over the phone. All you get are their canned and repetitive emails. And they're pretty quick to delete any honest feedback posted on their Facebook page, because apparently, they can't take the heat.

Despite all of this, they're still promoting their site. Honestly, I wouldn't touch this company with a ten-foot pole. They're probably scamming people out of their hard-earned cash left and right. If you value your money, stay far, far away from Lab Charge LLC.

I'm pretty curious about how much money they've taken from unsuspecting people who just wanted to support their business and try their product. Listen to me when I say this - don't give them the chance to rip you off too.

So I went ahead and decided to give Lab Charge LLC a try and ordered some of their ionic air cleaners. Well, let me tell you, it was a bit of a rough ride with this company. First, I waited a few days and hadn't heard anything about shipping, so I decided to reach out and ask about it. It took them a whopping 72 hours to respond, which was a bit frustrating. And when they finally did reply, I was told that it would be 3-5 business days before my order shipped.

Now, unfortunately, I ended up having to cancel my order because I was going to be out of town and didn't want the package just sitting on my doorstep all week. But, getting the order cancelled was no easy feat. It took several days of back-and-forths with the Lab Charge LLC team before they finally agreed to cancel the order for me.

But, to my surprise, after all of that effort put in to cancel the order, I ended up getting a shipping notice from them anyway! At this point, I was pretty fed up and had had enough. I reached out to Sofia (one of their employees) and told her that she had plenty of time to cancel the order, and if it wasn't resolved soon, I would have to make a complaint to the BBB.

At last, I received a call from the manager, who said that he would make sure that the shipment was stopped and that my money would be refunded to me within two days. Well, here I am, two weeks later, and I've still yet to receive that refund. I'm starting to get pretty frustrated with this whole thing and am tempted to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

To be honest, I don't think I would ever order from Lab Charge LLC again. Their customer service definitely leaves something to be desired, and if I had any issues with their product, I can only imagine how much of a hassle it would be to try and resolve it with them. All in all, I just don't think it's worth the headache.

I asked for a refund, but they told me that I gotta get an RMA sticker before returning it. But I still ain't got it even though it's been 10 days already. I mean, come on, Lab Charge LLC, what's taking you so long? I really need that money back and it feels like they're delaying on purpose. This is downright annoying and frustrating, to say the least. I just hope they send it soon before I lose my patience.

Lab Charge LLC took my money and refused to give it back! They don't care about their customers. I tried to return a product that was advertised as "free returns," but it actually cost me $15! What a scam! Do yourself a favor and don't use this company unless you want to be robbed.

i ordered a purifier from labcharge.com, but when it arrived, it stopped working after just a short time. i had to submit a video showing that it was not working, and had to wait for a replacement. when the replacement arrived, it only worked for one day before experiencing the same issue. i am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience, and at this point, i will be demanding a refund. it's really frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on a product and it doesn't work as intended. i hope that labcharge.com can resolve this issue quickly so that i can get my money back.

This company, Lab Charge LLC (labcharge.com), is a complete sham. I had a terrible experience with their customer service. I talked with someone on their customer chat and they made all sorts of promises that they would refund me within 48 hours. However, that was a lie.

I tried to contact them again, but they never responded to my messages. It's absolutely disgusting how they treated me. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

It's a shame that some companies still think they can get away with such poor customer service. I hope that this review will help others from making the same mistake I did in choosing to do business with Lab Charge LLC. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable company to work with.

I gotta tell ya, I been waiting a whole dang month to get my hands on my hard earned $68.00 refund from Lab Charge LLC (labcharge.com). And let me tell you, every time I try to reach out to 'em, I feel like some sorta ghost 'cause I ain't gettin' no response at all. I tried calling 'em up, but nope, can't even do that. And shoot, don't even get me started on email - complete waste of time.

Now listen up, y'all. Do yourself a real favor and don't bother buyin' nothin' from these folks. Stick with someone who knows how to run a proper business.

Stil waithing on my refund from Lab Charge LLC sinc Feb. It semes liek the comunications have complety stoppd, I jst cant get thrugh to them and I am now at a loss as to what steps to take nex. Its reely frustrating as the U.S. postal service verified that they had received my return on Feb. 4th, yet have not issued my refund. Its been a veri long time and I have yet to heer bak from them.
