HiFiGo Review of HiFiGo: Quality Audio Equipment with Room for Improvement in Communication

I recently made a purchase from HiFiGo, specifically a Topping E30 and Topping L30. I must say, in the end, everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality audio equipment.

However, I did experience a bit of a delay in receiving my order. I had no updates on the status or shipping for almost two weeks after making the purchase. It wasn't until I contacted the store that I received a quick reply explaining the reason for the delay. Fortunately, the shipment followed soon after.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the complete order in one shipment due to stock issues. One of the units was to be sent at a later date. I was a bit disappointed that this was not communicated to me beforehand. But, I quickly sent an email to the store and they cleared up the confusion. Everything arrived perfectly within a few days of each other.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase from HiFiGo. The quality of the products is top-notch and the customer service is responsive. However, I would suggest that the store improve their order updates and communication with customers. HiFiGo Efficient and Responsive Customer Service from HiFiGo: A Review

I really like HiFiGo (hifigo.com) because they accept ApplePay, which is the quickest and easiest way for me to make any purchase. I don't have to create an account or go through a guest checkout process, which saves me time and hassle. However, I accidentally ordered two SMSL M500 DACs because I wanted to change the card I was using. I thought I had cancelled the first ApplePay order in time, but it went through anyway.

Fortunately, HiFiGo's customer service team promptly emailed me to confirm if I really meant to order two DACs. I replied that I only wanted to buy one, and they took care of it right away. I was impressed by their efficiency and responsiveness. They fixed my mistake before it became a problem for all of us.

Now, my SMSL M500 DAC is on its way to me, and I couldn't be happier. It's April 10, and you can't get an M500 from Amazon until June, so I'm grateful that HiFiGo had it in stock. They're a good company with smart people who know how to take care of their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality audio equipment.

HiFiGo Exceptional Customer Service and Fast Shipping - HiFiGo Review

I stumbled upon HiFiGo when I was on the hunt for a Fiio BTR5, which seemed to be out of stock everywhere. To my surprise, I found it on their website and decided to give them a try. I reached out to them with a few questions and was pleasantly surprised when they responded in less than a day. They were super helpful and answered all of my questions, even the technical ones.

After placing my order, it took a few days for them to start shipping, but once they did, everything moved quickly. I was shocked when I received my order in less than a week via DHL. Given the current situation, I wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly.

HiFiGo Excellent Customer Service and Wide Range of Products - My Experience with HiFiGo

I was introduced to HiFiGo by some well-known reviewers and decided to give them a try. My first purchase was the Shozy 1.1 and I was attended to by Dandan, who was very prompt in handling my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when my Shozy arrived in Singapore within 6 days.

I was interested in purchasing the SMSL SA300, but it was out of stock on their website. However, Dandan assured me that he could still make the product available. He was very professional in answering all my queries and I was impressed with his customer service.

Recently, I made another order and Dandan promised to make it available. I must say that Dandan's excellent customer service is the reason why I keep coming back to HiFiGo. It's always a pleasure to deal with someone who is so helpful and efficient.

Apart from their great customer service, HiFiGo also has a lot of hifi-related reading content that complements the hobby. I find this very useful as it helps me to stay informed about the latest products and trends.

I was quite disappointed and had lost all hope of ever receiving my product. However, to my surprise, HiFiGo went above and beyond to ensure that I received my order. They sent me a new one through FedEx without any additional charge. This was unexpected, as they were not obligated to send me a replacement since the product was stuck in border services. I am extremely grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality audio products.

Now, let's talk about the product itself. I was already enjoying good sound quality through my HD800S headset, Cambridge Dac Magic Plus DAC, and JDS lab atom amplifier. However, I wanted to upgrade my DAC and decided to give the Topping E30 a try. I must admit, I was not expecting much improvement, but boy was I wrong! The difference in sound quality was immediately noticeable. Listening to "Killing Me Softly" by Roberta Flack, the soundstage seemed to increase considerably in size. The voices of the other women seemed to fill up a large stage in which she was singing. It was as if I was transported to a live concert. Similarly, when I listened to "Helium" by Sia, I could hear the background voices much more clearly with this DAC. The sound was crisp and clear, and I could pick up on nuances that I had previously missed.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from HiFiGo. Their exceptional service and quality products have won me over as a customer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for audio products that deliver on both quality and service.

My experience with HiFiGo was absolutely amazing! It was my first time purchasing from a Chinese online store, and I was a bit hesitant at first. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how well they treated me. Initially, I had ordered the Topping D90 without MQA support, but I quickly realized that I needed the MQA support. I contacted their customer representative, and they were more than happy to change my order to include the MQA support. Not only that, but they also offered me a $50 discount and fast DHL shipping free of charge!

The shipment arrived in less than two weeks, which is pretty impressive considering the current pandemic crisis. During this time, I had to contact their support team on three different occasions, and each time, they responded quickly and resolved my issues in my favor. I was really impressed by their customer service, and I would definitely give them a 5 out of 5 stars for that.

HiFiGo Be Cautious When Shopping at HiFiGo: My Experience with the Fiio Q5s TC

I recently tried to leave a review on HiFiGo for the Fiio Q5s TC, but it seems like they didn't want to feature my 3-star review. I'm not sure why, but I have a feeling it might have something to do with the fact that they're based in China. Just a hunch, you know?

Anyway, I wanted to warn others to be careful when buying from HiFiGo. I'm not saying they're a bad company or anything, but it's always good to be cautious when shopping online. Make sure to read reviews from multiple sources and do your research before making a purchase.

That being said, I have had some positive experiences with HiFiGo in the past. They have a wide selection of audio equipment and their prices are usually pretty competitive. Shipping can take a while since they're based in China, but that's to be expected.

HiFiGo Shady Business Practices: My Disappointing Experience with HiFiGo

I recently made a purchase on HiFiGo, an online store that specializes in high-quality audio equipment. I was excited to receive my new DAC unit, the Dethonray Honey H1, but unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived. When the item arrived, I discovered that it was defective and did not have an audio output.

I immediately tried to contact customer service to resolve the issue, but it was not an easy process. After many attempts, I was finally able to get in touch with someone who offered to return the item. However, I was shocked to learn that they would be deducting a number of fees from my refund.

First, they wanted to deduct the shipping fees, which amounted to $50. Then, they wanted to charge me a restocking fee of 20%. On top of that, they informed me that I would be responsible for paying the Republic of China import tax, which was another 20%. Finally, they wanted to charge me processing fees of between 10-20%. All of these fees added up to almost 80% of the product value, which was completely unacceptable.

I was extremely disappointed with HiFiGo's business practices. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and make it as difficult as possible to return a defective item. Their customer service was lacking, and it was clear that they were not focused on providing the best possible experience for their customers.

In conclusion, I would not recommend HiFiGo to anyone looking to purchase audio equipment. Their shady and fraudulent business practices are a major red flag, and it's clear that they are not the most customer service oriented company out there. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy online store, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
