You charged my credit/debit card with US$ 1.00, Date 10/13/2023
and with US$55.00, Date 10/16/2023
Bank = Floridacentral Credit Union
I called for help your advertising just US$1.00 for your help.
I could not sign in to my yahoo account.
I told on the phone that I cannot sign in to my yahoo account.
I was told to give my credit/debit card, for charging US$1.00, if I would not be satisfies the money would be refunded.
When I gave my debit card infos, they ended the conservation and I got no help.
I had to order a local computer specialist, who fixed my computer problem and I had to pay him
In my bank statement I found than the charges from your company
US$1.00 = 10/13/2023 and US$55.00 = 10/16/2023
I already contacted your company, but I did not got my money back.
My bank account has now an overdraft and I have to pay the penalty .
I am on SSI and do not have money for that. I have now no money to eat and drink.
I went to the City Council where I live, the office told me, I should write you again to get my money back, you did not tell how much money you would take out of my account and I also was and I am not satisfied with your work,
you advertised to refund the money if I am not satisfied with your work.
I am not and I was not satisfied with your work and want you to send the money you took without my knowledge out of my debit card.
If you do not send the money back, I will contact an attorney who will take care of this case.
