Jim Shorkey Gainesville Nissan I bought a new car in 2018 with a warranty that lasts for 60 months or 60,000 miles on the drivetrain

I bought a new car in 2018 with a warranty that lasts for 60 months or 60,000 miles on the drivetrain. Now, my car has 21,000 miles on it, but Carriage Nissan is refusing to honor the warranty. The warranty book clearly states that my engine issue should be covered.

Jim Shorkey Gainesville Nissan I got a new Nissan Frontier on June 28th

I got a new Nissan Frontier on June 28th. I swapped a 2019 Ram ***. We had a ten day payoff amount they were supposed to pay. It wasn't paid, so they asked for another 10 day pay off. They told me three times they were overnighting the payoff. As of July 21, they still haven't paid off the trade. AAA Auto Financing keeps calling me about my late payment, messing up my credit. I need this paid off as soon as possible. I'd really appreciate any help you can give me.

Jim Shorkey Gainesville Nissan I bought a 2013 GMC *** truck from A

I bought a 2013 GMC *** truck from A. L. M. Dealership in May 2022. I received a loan for the truck, and sales taxes were combined in the loan for plates. They said I would receive the paperwork and a check for the taxes in about 2 weeks. It has been two months now, and still no paperwork or check. Every time I call and ask for bookkeeping, they hang up on me. I have tried numerous times. This is the *** Dealer. Now I have a truck I pay payments on and auto insurance, and I can't drive.

Jim Shorkey Gainesville Nissan Me and my hubby bought a 2019 **** F-150 on July 5, 2022 from this dude named ***

Me and my hubby bought a 2019 *** F-150 on July 5, 2022 from this dude named ***. We traded in our 2014 *** Tacoma, no financing or lien involved, so it should've been a breeze. But man, the whole thing was a total pain and so unprofessional. They hit us with a $500 fee for not financing, saying they don't make money off cash buyers. And get this, they said the truck would be clean and ready to roll when we showed up, but it was still dirty from the trade. We drove a whopping 2.5 hours to get there, and the salesperson knew that.

When it came time to do the paperwork, we made it clear to the finance department that we needed our ride registered in *** County , where we live. They said, "No problem, we got you." But after wasting over 2 hours at the dealership, we drove home in our filthy new truck with a temporary tag from GA. As the tag got closer to its expiration date on 8/19/22, I called the dealership to check on our tag and title. They told me they misplaced the title but found it and would hurry up with the paperwork.

Finally, when the registration office in *** County got the title and tag stuff along with the money, they called to tell me that the dealership overcharged us on taxes by $1260 and paid too much to the office. They had to send everything back and get the right amount. We didn't get our tag until August 31, 2022. Our truck just sat there, unable to be driven, for 12 days all because of the dealership's screw-up. And guess what? We still haven't seen that $1260.00 we overpaid for taxes. We've called the dealership a whopping 26 times and no one has bothered to help us. Most of the time, they don't even bother calling back. It's been a while now and we still don't have a solution.

Jim Shorkey Gainesville Nissan Carriage Nissan dealer (Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, Ga) won't honor car warranty

Carriage Nissan dealer (Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, Ga) won't honor car warranty. On Saturday, January 23 at about 10:00am a low oil pressure message popped up on my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder's dashboard for 30 seconds before disappearing. Right after that, the check engine light turned on. I quickly drove to Town Center Nissan at 2310 Barrett Lakes Blvd. Kennesaw, GA (only 4 minutes away). While waiting for a diagnostic on the car, they told me there was "slosh" on the engine, but they only did a visual check. However, my car was still under warranty from the dealer and I had an additional warranty, so I thought any necessary repairs would be done without any issues. On Monday, January 25, Dominic Goodwill called me and said that even though the repair was covered by the warranty, I had to provide proof of all previous oil changes. I brought all the documents, including the last oil change done on November 27 at the Browns Bridge branch where I bought the car, to Glenn Hartley, the Service Manager. I asked Glenn why they didn't inform me of any problems during my last oil change at their dealership. Additionally, I've taken my car to the Browns Bridge dealer multiple times throughout the year for a multi-point inspection, and they never reported or documented any issues. Glenn told me to send all the documentation to Nissan Consumer Affairs at XXX-XXX-XXXX because they were the only ones with the authority to approve or deny a repair. I emailed the documents that same afternoon. On Wednesday, January 27th, Christal from Nissan Consumer Affairs (XXX-XXX-XXXX) called me and asked me to repeat all the details verbally. She then told me that "slosh" usually meant lack of vehicle maintenance and that it didn't "look good". I asked about the diagnostic, and she said there was no record of it in the system. I asked her how she concluded that the damage was due to "slosh", and she said it was easily seen by looking at the dipstick. I then asked why it wasn't noticed during the last oil change at the dealership in November . She replied that she wasn't a mechanic, so she didn't know, and she would call me back by Monday, February 1st after conducting an "investigation". On Friday, January 29, I contacted the Georgia Governor's office of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint against the Nissan car dealers involved, as well as Nissan Consumer Affairs, for refusing to honor the car warranty (case #XXXXXX). Also, after checking the ComplaintsBoard.com site, I noticed that Carriage dealer's responses to complaints against Browns Bridge Carriage Nissan not only blamed the customers (in one case, even threatening legal action against them), but they also repeatedly stated that the car was thoroughly inspected upon arrival at the dealership and no issues were found, claiming the vehicle was in good/exceptional condition. They also mentioned that if Nissan didn't agree to handle the claim and stand behind their product, the dealership couldn't take mechanical responsibility. They made it clear that their goal was to have Nissan authorize the repair, but until that happened, they couldn't proceed with the customer's desired resolution, effectively avoiding any responsibility by hiding behind the franchise dealer umbrella. On Monday, February 1st, Christal called my cell phone to inform me that the warranty was voided due to lack of vehicle maintenance. She also said her decision was final, and I couldn't appeal it in any way. She told me to go back to the dealer and said they were responsible for approving the repair (conversation recorded). I bought my car in September with a warranty that the dealer is simply refusing to honor. I'm asking the dealer to honor the warranty.
