El servicio de CarBrain fue espectacular! Desde la primera comunicacion de parte de *** y durante la negociacion todo fue muy facil y rapido. Yo tuve preguntas en el transcurso del trato y las seoritas que me atendieron por telefono fueron siempre muy profesionales y claras al responder. El caballero que se presento a levantar el carro...el *** es muy *** y amable. Con servicio tan maravilloso de principio a fin, es un placer haber hecho trato con ellos. Definitivamente...claro que volvere a usar CarBrain para la venta de mis vehiculos!

I moved and had a vehicle located about an hour and half away from my new residence. Once I filled out my information on their site, Carbrain immediately got me in contact with their dispatch provider to send a tow truck out to my old car's location at the distant dealership.After I scheduled with dispatch, any and all questions were quickly and clearly explained by my Carbrain agent ***. He was super helpful!Pick up went smooth once the tow truck driver arrived as well: title and keys handed over in exchange for the check in full. *** away was included/free.Very satisfied with the service!

The entire process from start to finish was simple and clear. Travis contacted me in regard to the free quote I received and answered all my questions. After deciding I wanted to proceed he sent me my confirmation number and the tow truck service contact info. The driver called first thing Monday morning to let me know when he was coming and he indeed arrived at the time he said. The driver was very nice and after giving him my title and he checked the car, I received my check. Before I knew it my van was up on his truck and out of my driveway. I would definitely recommend CarBrain to a friend in the future. Thank you for a job well done. M

It made my life so much easier! We had an older BMW and last year moved a good distance from the city. It left us with no mechanics to work on our German nightmare of a car! Our car was not work (a lot of mechanical issues) and almost 20 years old I really wanted to get rid of it. CarBrain gave us a very reasonable offer and had the towing company reach out to us to set up a time to pick up our car. They showed up on time with the check in hand. The people from the tow company were very professional and friendly. I hope to never be in a position with non working car that I need to get rid of - but if I am I will definitely reach out to CarBrain for help. :)

My *** Expedition had seen better days. It was time to say goodbye to a vehicle with memories leaving with it. I wasn't sure where to turn. My husband had passed away from cancer and he normally dealt with the vehicles. CarBrain was one of the first searches that came up. I learned last year that a business doesn't have to register with ComplaintsBoard.com. With that being said, I read through their reports which haven't been too many for the amount of time they've been up and running. The thing that stood out is their commitment in resolving the problem. I reached out, got a quote, and arranged for my vehicle to be picked *** in seven days. The tow truck driver showed up, paid me, and left within 10 minutes upon arrival. Thank you for making this difficult process so simple.

My sister first told me about "cash for cars". I had never heard of such a thing. I googled around and saw that CarBrain had lots of stars and many reviews so I contacted them. I did call another company and I did get an offer, but *** at CarBrain was very attentive. If I had a question he would either email or call me...more often than not, he would call and answer any and all questions. He did not make me feel I like was a nuisance nor treated me like I was taking up all his time. His attitude was always upbeat and always ready for my call. The person who towed my car was great also! I am very surprised and pleased to still see that there are companies/employees still dedicated to making the customer feel like they are number 1. I will definitely refer them to others. VERY PROFESSIONAL!

I was nervous about selling my car online for the first time but the agent assigned to me was super responsive to my questions and the whole process was pretty straightforward. It took about 3 days for the whole process but could've been even quicker if I was on top of replying. I filled out the form to sell my car online, uploaded a picture of the signed title, the agent called to confirm the information (I had multiple applications with slightly different answers because I was confused) and I ended up sending pictures to clarify, he updated the offer in my favor and I saw it reflected online, he gave me information to schedule pick up with their towing partner, I called and scheduled for pick up, the tow truck driver called me the morning of the scheduled pick up to confirm, he came on time, I gave him the title and took my plates off, he gave me the company check and towed my car away, and the bill of sale was generated later that day.

My name is ***. My son and I sold a truck to this company. Initially, I thought it was an ok experience. They made me an offer of $905, they came the next day to pick up my vehicle. After the vehicle was picked up I was told by the tow truck driver that the check would be voided by Carbrain. Obviously, concerned and upset, I quickly called Carbrain. After I relayed the message to Carbrain that the tow truck driver left. They said they would not void the check. Before this phone call ended they changed their tune and I had to wait another 24 hours to find out out that they voided the check. They claimed that the vehicle was not as described, which was a lie, they made me a much lower offer of $650, $255 less, than the original offer. I eventually accepted the offer because I did not want the vehicle to just be brought back to sit in the yard. It is a shame a company like this takes advantage of everyday hardworking people. I believe they knew that they would change the offer from the beginning. These people are scam artists. I do not recommend doing business with Carbrain. If I could I would rate them 0 stars. I believe all of their positive reviews are fake.

I accepted CarBrain offer on Tues 08-24. They told me I had to contact the service provider to arrange pickup and payment. I called the service provider they gave me for 2 days, no answer and their voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. I contacted CarBrain on Thu 08-26, they said there had been a misunderstanding with the provider and the provider would call me within 15 minutes. An hour later I still had no call, I contact CarBrain again. On Friday 08-27 CarBrain gave me a new provider and a pickup was scheduled for Mon 08-30 between 6am and 3 pm. On Mod, the provider's dispatch called to tell me she had to reschedule the pickup for Tue 08-31. Their driver claimed he had tried to call me at 6am that morning to confirm the pickup but that the call went to voicemail. He did not leave a message, he did not attempt another call. My phone activity shows no missed calls. But I did tell the provider I would accept a pickup on Tue 08-31 between 6am and 10 am. 10 came and went, no one showed, no one called. This time the provider had a story about bad tires and no phone service. They offerred to have the driver come after 3pm, I declined and cancelled the sale. What a waste of time and energy!

I sold my car to Carbrain 6 months ago. They did not properly register the vehicle and now I am receiving parking tickets for a vehicle that I have never even driven in a state I have never been to! I contacted Carbrain 3 times asking them to please send me the bill of sale so I can fix the issue with DMV and they have ignored all three of my requests. I submitted the sale paperwork to the DMV when it was sold but it must not have been processed. I never registered the vehicle because I never drove it. It was sold without a license plate. Initially I was pleased with the service I received from Carbrain. They got a great deal and should have serviced my account properly ! A $40k truck for $5000. But now I regret selling to them. The follow-up service has been awful. I am still waiting for my bill of sale. I sent an email and called Alvaro, the person I was working with, and he assured me it was not he way. I never got it. Then I called the company and got the same run around. "You will have it in a couple hours." Never received it. This should not have happened. So now, someone is driving an unregistered vehicle that traces to MY name through the VIN, though I clearly do not own this vehicle. One headache after another...

My son has a vehicle that is no longer running so I requested a quote from CarBrain on his behalf. I received an offer for $660 and have two written confirmations in e-mail and text message as well as a personal phone call stating, and I quote, "You are all set for pickup and payment of your 2001 Cadillac Deville. Our local partner, Core Automotive Recycling Services, LLC has scheduled your pick up and will be bringing you payment of $660.00 . Thank you for selling your car to CarBrain.com". CarBrain said they would have Core Automotive Recycling Services pick up the vehicle and the driver would pay to my son the $660 cash as agreed upon. When the driver showed up, the first thing I asked was if he had the $660 in cash and he said yes. He then made a phone call to someone name Frank, then told me they could only pay $550 for the car. It was my understanding that we were selling the car to CarBrain but apparently that's not the case. No where on the CarBrain website does it say anything to the contrary. My warning to any potential customer of CarBrain: They don't appear to be legitimate in spite of the great reviews that are posted on their website. They will make you an offer, verbally and in writing then send someone out to your home saying that they can't pay you what they have committed to. SELLER BEWARE

Matthew *** from car Brain went above and beyond what is expected of him. He literally stayed in contact with me the entire time (2days) to first get the most for my vehicles, then helped me through the entire process from start to finish. He made sure everything went smoothly, followed back up with me to let me know when the company buying the car was to be contacting me and then to let me know they were en route to pick up my car. He had both of my non running cars sold for top$$ and had them towed for free. He took the time to listen to my situation and honestly cared and showed he cared. He made a very difficult time of loosing my father and struggling to get money up for a funeral a little bit easier by listening and offering his support. Then took the entire weight off my shoulders by taking lead in getting me over $1000. For two older non Running cars. Before learned of car brain I had tried 7 other companies that all gave very insulting offers, we're not compassionate of my loss or situation. Several of them quoted one offer then upon attempting to pick up the vehicles proceeded to find every reason to lower the end offer. Car Brain stands by there quote from start to finish. Thank you Matthew Prizzio for going above and beyond to help my family in our time of need. I hope your supervisor knows you are a very valuable asset to car brain and I hope they recognize you for the tremendous and thorough job you have done and continue to do.
