I was supposed to get my money back for five months of paid *** health insurance premium payments under the American Rescue Plan Act of March 11. iTedium was in charge of my *** benefits. iTedium didn't tell me that there was a limited time to fill out the form confirming my eligibility for this refund, even though I called them many times about it for a few months. Finally, in August, an iTedium worker told me about the form, and I filled it out, and they said I could get my money back. I called again on September 17, and they said I didn't fill out the form on time, so they won't give me the full refund of $3585 that I'm supposed to get according to ARPA. iTedium didn't even try to tell me about the time limit, they didn't tell me anything at all. The iTedium workers I talked to before September 17 didn't know about this time limit either. iTedium's mistake made me lose my federal refund.
