The site is so glitch and buggy so getting multiple billed happens often. And if your a Content creator there are always so many technical issues when uploading content and a Support that quite honestly is the WORST I've ever experienced. They are lazy and always looking to palm you off so they don't have to do any work/investigation. Either blaming your computer or saying they will report to IT when majority of thr time the issues are fixable if they could be bothered. They also flat out lie, one minute saying one thing and another something completely different if you call them out on their BS.
