BTNH replace my roof with brand new roof , they did excellent job the employees were polite efficient and extremely professional in three weeks they complete the project with final inspection . Very fair price for the job they did .

BTN an awesome program. I have a new AC installers we're very. Professional and polite AC works wonderful. New windows installed they are beautiful, now my house is very cold with Ac on. So I am extremely satisfied with the work done.

Very unsatisfactory rating , it took forever to get windows installed , over 6 months. We are happy with the windows but we are still waiting for a missing screen since January 26 2022, our agent Sammy won’t call us back and the office never returns our calls, I don’t recommend them Joyce from Florida

was great went over program with me then showed me roofing products for my roof decided on color and style then crew came out did the job in one day picked up all debris including doing several nail sweeps in my yard for nails. Crew was very polite and informative. Very happy with my new roof looks great.

Professional, quick and Inspector told us "Couldn't ask for a better roof!" BTNH was very thorough, received a call after job was completed to make sure we approved the work. BTNH also did a great job navigating the permit and Notice of commencement. Kept us in the loop and excellent customer service. Thank you Amit. You were honest and accommodating. THIS IS A HOME REPAIR *** TARGETING THE ELDERLY

Their angle: New roof from county grant program

I happen to know something about this program, so my curiosity was peaked. I called to request more information and:

1) I expected a recording, but someone answered at 4:00 am EST...not usa? She was not an answering service, and wouldnt tell me the company name at this point.
2) they insisted they were "local" but couldnt even name the county. I asked where they were located and she wouldnt tell me.
3) After my refusal to give information without their company name, she finally said BTNH Advisors. But she couldnt tell me what BTNH stood for.
4) ad was made to look like it was a "community alert" from the county offices.
5) it was addressed to an aging person with dementia who hasn't lived at that address for 5 years.

It's a ***, by either this company, or someone posing as this company.

The *** is delivered by mail and made to appear as if it came from the county. It could easily confuse an elderly person. Especially since the county is mailing out legitimate communiques about property taxes at this time.

The postmark was from zip code 95813 (Sacramento, CA), but the targeted address was in Florida.

Good evening, my name is *** I called and spoke to *** from BTN. I received a Notice of violation, from the Building permit, April 14, 2022. While reading the notice and what the violation was, all I that stuck out to me and all I could understand was that If I didnt fix the violation before July 10th, 2022 I will be fined $10,500. I immediately started calling and texting around for help and after reaching out to so many people this young lady replied back to me, and told me everything was going to be all right. Dont get me wrong I still had my doubts because I just knew I was going to be transferred all around the world. Honestly, God put her in my life to help me get through this because it seemed like everything was going wrong at this point of time. With me working a 9 to 5 every day I just knew that nothing was going to go right. From the time I contacted her in April to June 30, 2022, I ended up passing my inspection and the case was closed. The company BTN sub contacted the work to a company called AA Glass to do my windows which was a terrible company and was the company that got me fined in the first place. When I contacted them they sent me all around the world and never tired to help me resolved the situation put me in. I thank God that *** came in my life and helped me resolved this matter. *** I want to thank you and please continue to do a great job and continue to have great customer service skills because that is very much hard to come by these days. You kept a lot of stress off of me and made the process smooth. I will recommend anyone to you for business.
