Hardee's Restaurants Orders wrong, cashier drags his feet not caring. Orders not in order. People wait 45 minutes

Hello. We are regular customers at Hardee's at Mocksville, NC #1503576. 2/11/2023 time was 10:07. This is the second time we have had a major problem here. The guy at the register was not keeping the orders in order. A man was in front of us and ordered and he was still standing there after 45 minutes. The man got very upset. We ate and left and the other customer still did not get his food and he was standing there before we arrived. The cashier at the register (my receipt says Donovan) kept not giving people food in order. 12 customers in store did not have paper cups, napkins or utensils to eat with. This is not the first time. All the time they forget. The guy at the register was dragging his feet and acting like he was in no rush to do his job. Seriously, why is he continuing to get all orders still wrong and making people wait for 45 minutes while the other customers that come in to get their food as soon as they order. I have seen this guy many times as a cashier. By now, they really should know what they are doing. I would love to see corporate come in this place unannounced and undercover as a customer to see how poorly they are. Also, there was no sausage in gravy and was lumpy and all you could taste was flour. I understand they were busy, but yuck! Do not send food out half [censored], even if they are busy. Do without it instead of rushing half [censored].

Desired outcome: I think by now after being a regular at Hardee's in Mocksville, NC #1503576. After many months have gone by the cashier should know what the hell he is doing.

Hardee's Restaurants Employees

I stopped at Hardee's in Mount Carmel tn ordered some food was waiting on it when the employee in the kitchen started running his mouth about almost strangling a 17 year old employee a$ in the floor and laughing about how he ran out the door and quit, I listened a minute he was bragging about it and the he was 33 years old and that guy was 17, he was throwing hotdogs, walled over and hit the other guy cooking in the head they both laughed, but I had enough of their cussing I said I wanted a refund that's when all 4 employees started yelling at me saying I was a trouble maker, the guy that was doing all the trash talking run from the kitchen to the costumer area and got in my face yelling but saw I wasn't intimidated, long story short we both called the police, they got my refund and I left, they need to shut that place down, I can't prove it, but they all had glassy eyes, wasn't blinking and couldn't stand straight or still (m*"'h)

Hardee's Restaurants Lack of reasonable service and overcharged for food.

They got my order wrong. I ordered an egg on dark. When I went to pay. They said I ordered an egg and cheese. I corrected them and the lady insisted I said egg with cheese. They said they corrected the pricing, but it was the same as it was before. The lady in the background was still mumbling that I ordered an egg and cheese, which I did not do. Then they said they did not have any dark bread, then they did. They just stuck an egg biscuit in a bag to get me to move along. I asked for a receipt, and they said they were out of paper. The guy at the window just smiled and said have a nice day. This was just over an egg biscuit. All they had to do was to correct the order and correct the price. Is that too hard to do? Hardee's Restaurants Every biscuit I ordered was wrong. I ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese and every one of them were sausage egg and cheese.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese biscuits for people at work and got to work and every one of them were sausage egg and cheese. I called the store and was very upset. They asked if I could bring them back and I said no because I am at work. I proceeded to tell them that every time I have came there for breakfast lately my food is wrong and the gentleman said he was not going to listen to me belittle them and hung up on me. I was NOT belittling. I was giving him my complaint. This is the second time I have actually called with the issue. There is never an apology or anything. They act like I am inconveniencing them even though it is there job to be sure my order is correct. Not my job

Hardee's Restaurants No product!!! I am complaining about the service

I am complaining about the HARDEE’S in D’Iberville Mississippi on Central Avenue. The phone number is.228-2666.

I love the biscuits and gravy and I was going to somebody’s house that I had a lot of people and I was bringing a big order so I wanted to call to make sure I would be there on time before breakfast was over. All I got was a recording saying.(this is HARDEE’S. I hope you’re having a nice day. Go back later) I had such a big order I was going to let them start fixing it and I was going to pay for it over the phone so you know that they would have the money. But 10 times I called and 10 times I got that stupid message!

From where I live, it was going to be about 20 miles that I had to drive to get the biscuits and gravy and other stuff that I had her head on my list. I am really upset that they never answer the phone and to this day right now I still don’t know what time breakfast is over, but I did call this morning three times and every time I called I got that saying stupid recording!

Hardee's Restaurants New owner/management

Today after my dentist appointment, I decided to stop by my local Hardee’s that I have been eating at for several years when I crave breakfast or the occasional hamburger. The company who sold the property had a very good GM and was relocated to another store but the staff was great that they had. A GM assumed responsibility of the store replacing DeeDee. Her name was Rebecca. Rebecca is well qualified for the position of GM and has always been pleasant but this new company demoted her and brought their own GM in named Amber. It was the second time I saw her and she seems rude and full of drama. The other lady in purple I think was maybe a DM. This DM took a phone call and was slamming people she fired and was brutally talking ill about them. I called the old GM and she advised me to call the number for customers and make my complaint but the line went to a voicemail which stated that I needed to leave a message. I do hope they return my call bc I’m not stepping foot in my local Hardee’s again until Rebecca replaces these people that have come in aggressively and took the happiness from the wonderful people I enjoy speaking too. I don’t blame them for the poor morale. I quietly told them I appreciated them and to hang on. I let them know I will go on their behalf and do this for them. If anyone local to the Jasper, FL location reads this, praise the team. Let’s get rid of the home wreckers that came in and stole the happiness of our hard working, ready to serve, and to please from our southern hospitality community. Let’s give them the boot and learn them some manners.

Desired outcome: Remove the new management and reinstate the GM Rebecca.

Hardee's Restaurants Double-Charged For Order

My husband placed an order on the app but when he got there was informed that the service was down and he would need to pay at the store. They said we would have to ask our bank for a refund, which doesn’t sound right to me. I immediately emailed my bank since at that time the order was still pending on,my bank account. However, with the holidays they had already closed.

Desired outcome: I want a refund on one of the charges for my double-charged order.

Hardee's Restaurants Gun protection

I was looking at how to file a complaint because i have given carls jr or CKE over a week to respond on simply who to report HR issues to. I have received no response.

I am not sure how to report a former boss or shift lead named John Craig.

My wife Bethany had multiple issues with him, scheduling and call in shifts.

There was a situation where a gun was pulled out on my Wife and nothing was done. I was furious. This happened again and the store was robbed and she was instructed to chase the assalent. She was denied any time off for post traumatic issues. The store and GM failed to supply any sort of gun safety. She was forced to work after the multple armed robbery with the front doors unlocked to the public still... This was requested by multiple employees to remain locked for safety

Hardee's Restaurants Customer Service

I placed an order online for Belleville, IL 62221 Hardee's. I later visited the drive thru after picking up items at Walmart. (Same plaza).

A special request was needed for an extra meat (sausage), along with one of three orders. There was no selection choice noted online. I requested at the drive thru window and speaker. I requested via speaker and the drive thru window. I was told to drive up front. I waited and my order arrived. I asked about the separate order for sausage. I was immediately told that I ordered online? I was also told that they were busy.

I am an RN and Director. This was poor customer service.

Hardee's Restaurants Cinnamon roll and lady that waited on me at drive thru

I went thru the Drive In at 5:45 yesterday morning, ordered gravy biscuit and cinnamon roll. I got the cinnamon roll, belieive me we couldn't cut it with a knife thru it in the floor did not crack. I can't believe that anyone would give a customer something like that to eat. I went back this morning, never said anything, order my food, went to pay and I didn't have my money out, the lady told me to forget the change she was on a schedule and already 3 minutes late. I don't understand the bad food and I certainly don't understand the rudeness.

Hardee's Restaurants Breakfast Nov.11, 2022

On Friday, November 11, 2022 at approximately 8:30 a.m i ordered breakfast at the Moultrie, Ga. Hardees location. My biscuit barely had any bacon, only a few chopped up pieces at best. I would like to order a BEC biscuit with an appropriate amount of ingredients if at all possible, please. I have enclosed a picture. This was the result of a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit order. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I purchased a Frisco Breakfast sandwich this morning and there is literally one piece of ham and a very thin layer of egg. The bread was not toasted and so vold. We pay way too much money to open our bag and find this. Very dissatisfied that I wasted money this morning. I understand it's busy but they should take care of each costumer like they would want...

Hardee's Restaurants customer service

Ordered through the drive thru a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I was asked to repeat my order twice and once I got to my office to work, I noticed my sandwich was not correct. I left my work office drove back to get what I paid for. I was asked to park in a "waiting" spot while my order was corrected. I didnt have time for that and expressed that at the window.

The young lady in the window slammed the door because I explained I could and would not pull up for an order that should have been correct from the jump especially after you (the drive thru attendant) asked me what I ordered 2 times. I asked for my money back told no take the sandwich and get out of the line i was holding it up for the customers behind me. That did it! Amanda D was ( if that was her name) was RUDE! Slamming the door in my face after YOU messed MY ORDER up? wow! Manager would not come to the window and no other assistance was given. SO I was the PROBLEM? wow! bad customer service the yelling and the slamming of the drive thru door was VERY DISRESPECTFUL!

Desired outcome: an apology would be nice however it wont be heart felt. I just want a refund and someone to inform Amanda, in this instance the customer was "right!" Dont make me wait, just fix it and dont be so freakn rude!see the receipt!

Hardee's Restaurants Steak Biscut

I went to ny local Hardee's in Easley SC at 8:43 am on 9/30/22. Iwas going to order th 2 for $5.00 steak biscuit deal. I was told they could not honor it because they had a shortage in there warehouse . I referred to the Commercial on tv and was told that was put out before they were aware of the shortage. If this is true you someone who majorly screwed up. and my view of your business is greatly diminished. I placed an online order today, 9/15/22 at 9:16 a.m. at my local HARDEE'S 2053 7551 Richmond Hwy, Appomattox, VA 24522. I used 300 points for one item, Frisco Breakfast Sandwich, and then paid for the rest of my order which totaled $16.61. I received my confirmation email and clicked on the highlighted area MAKE MY ORDER just before I left to pick it up...

Hardee's Restaurants payment taken, order never received, staff refused to assist

Ordered ~$45 online, went to pick up from store. Store claimed no record of order. Money was already removed from my bank account. Staff at store refused to assist me, even refused to give me management number or ANY info to contact anyone to resolve this issue. So now I'm out $45, don't have my food, and have no clear recourse to recover my funds.

Hardee's Restaurants App billing me even though I didn't complete the purchase.

Thurs. 9/1/22, I visited Hardees on 86th Street in Indianapolis. I had responded to a popup for a free biscuit with a purchase. So I proceeded to order (but didn't send the order because it didn't take off the free biscuit) and when I went inside to get the order none of the workers knew how to work the app and adjust the price and in fact, barely spoke English and were unable to understand my issue. Even though I didn't complete my purchase, I was billed for $6.31. I need a refund immediately. Numerous emails to Hardees have gone unanswered and I am prepared to elevate this further if needed. Thank you.

Desired outcome: 100% refund immediately.

Hardee's Restaurants Food was not prepared as pictured

This is at hardees, Michigan city, indiana. Service very, very slow and not really busy, watched 4 people walk out. Ordered a Frisco burger--burger cold, sour dough bread not toasted, fries warm..ordered a single Cheese burger--burger cold, lettuce wilted(took off threw away)...had to throw away food not really edible Spent $21.oo and really didnt enjoy any of it...could have gone to sonic and receive edible food. Also note sounded like crew was arguing about preparing food...will not go back anytime soon..
