I couldn't be happier with my experiences with Green Power Energy. Quick to respond to my questions and concerns. After getting about 5 total quotes, I found they were the best overall value. The price was among the best and their warranties were longer than all other providers. They took care of all aspects from planning, to getting permits, installation, and follow-ups to make sure I understood the ins and outs of my system. Very professional, courteous, on-time, and honest. I am extremely satisfied with working with them.

I am very happy with the entire experience with Green Power Energy. Their cost is reasonable, simple and laid out clearly. The staff are courteous, considerate and efficient, resulted in very minimal interruptions to us. They provided clear timeline and adhered to the schedule. I had visibility of the entire process and received frequent updates at every step of the way. Post installation service is excellent. Every question I had regarding the operation and maintenance of the system was answered quickly. I highly recommend Green Power Energy as sola system provider.

I manage contractors and construction work in my job. This review is related to the installation. 1. GPE was reasonable and available when I had questions or concerns. 2. There were weather delays due to snowfall and they worked around them providing reasonable time tables for returning to the site after the weather had cleared. 3. At the conclusion of the project GPE staff followed up to make sure we understood our installation and how to reach them should any maintenance issues need to be addressed. My expectations were met and I'm happy with my solar panel install.

After researching, aka doing my homework, many solar companies, local and national, GREENPOWER ENERGY far exceeded my expectations! I personally have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. ... and it wasnt JUST a great price, which could not be beat, on a per watt basis, it was the entire organization from *** (great knowledgeable Salesman) to ***( my forever contact and everyone in between.Truly *** with professional design and install team who worked with me and my ideas. Green Power Energy was and is a pleasure to work with. I am a homeowner and 1st time solar generator so I can't yet address Good Quality but time will tell and I am very happy with the installation and the system performance. The value I received was that GPE was one of two lowest bidders from my list of 4 interviewed companies. I never felt lost or uninformed as GPE provides excellent literature, documentation and quick replies to my emails when I did have a question whether to my sales person, accounting or the install team. A very well organized and professional company. I am up and running and a happy customer.I highly recommend them if you are considering a solar installation.

They had the best price with the long term warranty compared to other vendors (via energysage).*** helped me throughout the entire process and answered all my questions even before selecting them and laid out all the details that will work for me regardless of who I chose. He helped me select the best system in my budget and detailed out the ROI.GPE guided me through the entire process from scheduling, installation, documents needed when dealing with ***. *** provided all the technical answers for setting up my account for *** and the monitoring app. Great company and highly rated that I recommend to anyone.

Great company, very glad I found them. From the beginning of the process, really appreciated the educational (not condescending) and low pressure approach. Later learned that they give honest assessments, ie theyll tell you no, installing solar wont be financially worth your while, while other companies might just say yeah your home is perfect for it. Was able to talk through different options, manufacturers and layouts. Although the process overall took longer than Id like, there werent delays due to GPE, and they were communicative about the timeline and next steps, eg waiting for town approvals which typically takes X weeks. No unexpected surprises and great customer service throughout. Very happy with the system so far!

Great company. Peter the solar consultant was an expert and a professional, very thorough and detailed with how solar works and what options i had for my project. No third party, everyone i dealt with was from green power energy which was great. Installation went as planned, no issues, everything worked great, and all the information i needed to register was sent to me with clear and easy to follow directions. Follow up with Kevin who is the relationship manager was also very informative and also reassuring that I have a point of contact for whatever questions I may have moving forward. Overall great solar company, very competitive pricing, guarantee their work, and very responsive. If you're looking to go solar I would highly recommend Green Power Energy.

Green Power Energy was excellent. From start to finish these folks were top notch. Selecting the system was easy and everything was fully explained. They made payments easy and anyone that was sent to my house was cordial, professional, respectful and very willing to detail the steps and process they were going through. Return visits to inspect the system and ushered everything thru with my utility. They made this so easy. Best part was after the system *** installed. GPE was still there guiding me thru the new world of power production they helped me break into. Theres a lot going on and these folks were my partners - not just the retailers. I recommend these folks to everyone that asks about my solar panels. Well done, GPE. You understand how to make customers feel appreciated.

These guys are great. I had another solar companmy giving me quotes but they were really annoying and pushing a lease which I figured out on my own made no financial sense for me. But *** wasn't pushy at all, they basically just offered a really low rate and then made everything very painless. What I like the most is how they are very responsive and helpful if you need anything, but they don't bother you much if you don't. We've had our system (52 panels) up for a couple of months now and everything has been great; there was one time they called me to say they were sending someone out because they wer getting s awerif reading from one of the panels (they monitor them fo ryou) and then called the next morning just to tell me eveything was all good. Go with these guys, they're straightforward and professional."

If youre anything like us we had little knowledge about solar. We wanted to help save the plant and of course reduce our energy bills too. We did some research and found Green Power Energy Solar as the highest rated provider in our area. We worked with colleagues at Green Power Energy Solar who helped answer all our questions. During the height of the pandemic they were able to expedite the installation of our system with very minimal onsite contact. Since the installation we have seen a dramatic reduction in our energy bills. We have not only increased the value of our home, but we have also reduced our footprint on the earth. With the rising cost of our electric *** and the government subsidies now is the best time to get solar. We absolutely without hesitation recommend Green Power Energy Solar as a reliable company with people who make the entire process easy!

Great Solar Install Experience!In mid-late 2020, we did a thorough review of Solar providers and ended up selecting Green Power Energy. Primary reasons for our selection were their solar experience in /PA, competitive pricing, location of HQ and experts (1 hour away from my home), and all work done by employees (no subcontractors). We got things rolling in the Fall of 2020, first finalizing the design after reviewing the detailed Sun analysis and a few additional options. The project was then formally kicked off with long lead items placed on order and with installation initially scheduled in January. However, after some terrible Winter weather including a 30 inch snowstorm, we were not able to schedule the installation till the early Spring. After rescheduling, the install went smoothly with no hiccups being completed in 2-3 days (50+ panels). They handled the permits with the local township and secured the approvals with the utility (First Energy) flawlessly. The system started up in early Spring delivering nameplate capacity which has resulted in electric bills of $23, $8, and $8 for the first 3 months, and immediate banking of credits!We had a final closeout meeting, doing the system review, some minor training, answering all our questions and running through the options for managing the *** process. Other than the weather delays, my wife and I had a great experience with Green Power Energy. We would highly recommend them for your solar project!

I recently had a grid-tied 25,920kwh Solar array placed on my pole building this past year and have nothing but praise to offer for Green Power Energy LLC. My install consisted of 72ea - 360w LG Neons w/EnPhase IQ 7+ micros and Envoy. The sales team, the operations team, the install crew, the electrical crew, and setup technician were incredible! From beginning to end we maintained communication throughout the process, permitting, and final PTO. I was provided a digital model of my property during the quote process that accounted for tree shading, sun angle, and seasonal output averages for my area with the array which I hadn't received from other quotes. I was really impressed with the fact that they gave me some "creative" say in equipment placement and wiring routing during the engineering phase which allowed for an easier install and the ability to streamline my electrical panel arrangement and conduit runs for appliances in my shop and basement. Everyone was professional, timely, and I enjoyed meeting them and having a chat. The end result was more than I could have asked for! The system has been flawless for months and I received a follow-up as well from Green Power on expectations, care tips, and an after install virtual meeting to discuss anything I had questions about which I greatly appreciated. To give a small background of my expertise to lend some credence to my impressions of this experience, I'm an all systems Aviation mechanic of 23yrs on 7 different heavy airframes, former electrician, and machinist/fabricator. So for a company to deserve praise like this from me is well earned in my opinion. A huge thank you to Peter in sales, Mike, Sara, Taylor in Operations, Matt and his awesome install team, Chris and his electrical team, and Bruce our setup technician for answering all my questions, providing excellent workmanship, and making this an outstanding experience from beginning to end!

I got a solar system put on my house in May 2022, but it stopped working. I told Green Power Energy and they came to check it out. They said the inverter was bad and needed to be replaced in about 5 days. It's been 3 months now and my system still isn't working. I've been getting really high electric bills for May, June, and July because of the outage. I've called Green Power Energy a bunch of times, but they keep saying the tech manager will call back and then nothing happens. My system still isn't working and I'm not getting any power from it, even though it's sunny out. Can someone help me out?
