Great company to work with. I love my new solar system. They did a great job installing it and it's been working really well. The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. The price was also really reasonable compared to other companies I looked at. I'm really happy with my decision to go with That Solar Company LLC. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to go solar.

Had a solar system installed by That Solar Company in September. The installers were very professional and the panels look and work great. I also had two 10Kw batteries installed with the system. Their were a few hiccups with the Enphase reporting software but eventually that was also corrected. The system works great and I have no problems with any of the hardware. The Enphase software keeps me informed of system status and the tracking energy usage and production. All in all I am very satisfied with the system.

This company was put on us during our install in AR as a subcontractor. I can't tell you how much of an issue they gave us from beginning to end and frankly, another company ended up fixing the issues they created and finishing the install. I suggest you find another company to do any solar install if you can. Please do not use them. They won't show up, they will give you so many reasons why they can't, and then the solar system won't be installed properly and they won't come back to fix it. You will have, like us, a major headache.

I feel like I've been lied to throughout the whole process. It started with the salesman telling me one price for the design, but then he said I wouldn't actually need that much, so he reduced it. Then the install crew came, and the first crew accidentally set the digger on fire and destroyed it. There were issues with the second and third crews too, one crew stole something and I can't remember what the other problem was. The next crew installed it, but they only took it as far as my garage and said they were done. I had two meters, one for the garage and one for the home. I had to make multiple calls to get them to finish the installation. The salesman kept saying it had to be that way because of the two meters and the electric company's requirements. He even promised to bring me a personal check for $ *** to help out, but he never showed up. Finally, the company finished the installation, and I thought my troubles were over. However, over the next 3 months, I received a bill from the electric company that was about half of my regular bill. I contacted the salesman ( *** ) and he said, "well you have to know that during the summer you will have to pay some, but in the winter, you will get credit back." When he sold it to me, he said the unit would produce more energy than I would ever use. Since then, I've tried several times to talk to the owner and left several messages, but he never called me back. They always say he's not available and he never returns my calls. I guess I should have listened to the old saying, "how do you tell if a salesman is lying? See if his lips are moving." I'm really unhappy with this whole ordeal and I wish I could go back to the beginning. To this day, I still haven't heard from the owner. I'm really unhappy.

That Solar Company LLC has been fully paid for a generator that they haven't delivered or installed. We signed the contract in Aug 2022, but since then, they haven't been answering our calls. There has been no communication since before December, and despite my numerous attempts, they have not responded. It is important for them to update us on the situation and either install the generator or provide a full refund. At this point, I would prefer to receive the refund.

We got solar put in and the salesman and the paper said it would get fixed in a couple days and watched all the time for problems but that didn't happen. It's been going on for 3 months now and our solar thing is only 3 months old. Less than half of our solar panels work right and we're getting the runaround on getting them fixed. So now we're still paying the whole electric bill and our solar system doesn't work right. We spent $60k and the warranty isn't being honored. Can someone please help us out?

We got them solar panels set up, but they ain't doing their job right 'cause we ain't got them backup batteries yet. So, the electricity's just goin' nowhere. And get this, they're makin' us pay for them panels even though the job ain't done and they ain't workin' right like they should. We've been shelling out over 600 bucks a month for our electricity bill for the past 3 months. They're sayin' we shouldn't be on a payment plan with ***, but if we weren't, we'd be payin' an extra 80 bucks a month. I ain't never gonna recommend these folks again. All I want is for 'em to come and get their *** off our property 'cause it's useless.

I signed a contract with That Solar Company LLC in 2021 to get solar panels installed. They were supposed to connect the panels to *** so I could sell excess power through a bidirectional meter. All the necessary permits were obtained in February this year. The installation of the panels was completed in March, and the workers congratulated me, saying I was now energy independent. However, it turns out that *** couldn't do the installation because it was raining. There have been many more excuses over the past two months, which I can provide evidence of in a sworn affidavit with emails and texts. The bottom line is that three months after paying in full, the contract is still not complete, and communication has been scarce. I spoke with *** who is the manager, and I had to avoid her blocking tactics. Thank you for your time.

Start date of work: Jan 13, 2022 Current Date: March 30, 2022 That Solar Company, LLC was supposed to install a working solar system on my residence. The panels have been installed since mid-January, but they never connected their solar system to my electrical system. They did arrange for the local building inspector to come out and check their work, but the work was never completed, so the building inspector has not signed off on it. This is NOT an issue of the system being 'activated' by the local electric company, this is about the company has failed repeatedly to resolve the issue of the connection of wires directly to the breaker box. I beleive That Solar Company, LLC is working as a subcontractor for ***, who seems to be the main contractor that arranges the loan for the solar system. I am going to be filing a complaint against them as well as the loan company, ***.

I signed a contract for solar installation on March 26, 2022 with That Solar Company. Things went well at the beginning until the final panels and inspection on Aug 5, 2022. After completion, I was told maybe not next week but the following week we should be complete and ready to go by the panel installers. After several calls dating back into late August, no response as to when final hookups will be completed. Just the same, not this week or next week for sure. My four-page contract states that the project will be completed within 30 days of utility company issued approvals. The company, when told this, said the 30 days is a "good faith estimate" and time could be extended with 7 items listed, which none of them come into play with this issue. When told that my first payment will be covered by the company, my response was I want the project completed per the contract. I planned on using this solar during the hot days of late Aug and early Sep. That is not possible, and the company hinted to me that I should just accept their offer of paying my first payment. My resolution to this is for That Solar Company LLC to finish the job asap, hopefully next week.

We got a solar thingy from That Solar Company in August 2022. The sales person said it would power our house and give us extra energy for the next month. We wanted to upgrade our HVAC and water heating, so the sales person said we should add 2 more panels. But for the past four months, we haven't been getting enough energy and now we're paying more for electricity and solar than before. We tried emailing the office manager to fix the problem, but they haven't done anything. They asked for energy statements, which we gave them. They said everything is fine, but we're only getting 1/3 of the energy and paying $68 a month now, which will go up to $175 later this year. We also have to pay the electric company fees. We asked to talk to the owner, but they didn't answer our email. We think the sales person lied to us or didn't know what they were talking about. We want them to fix the problem or give us some money back so we don't have to pay more than before for solar and electricity.
