I've dealt with Grab A Gun on several occasions. I've called them several times about their products, prices, general information. They were VERY helpful and knowledgeable about ALL their products.. Most importantly, they were, and always have been, very friendly! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND G-A-G if your a gun enthusiast or you just simply need information! Their pricing is very reasonable, too (most of the time, on things I've purchased, their prices are nearly impossible to beat)! I'd give them a "10 ⭐" if possible!
I ordered a shotgun barrel. It was shipped and arrived within the estimated time frame. My 5th star rating is reserved for going the extra mile. Grab-a-gun fulfilled its responsibility and I had no need to ask them to go beyond that. Though their customized detailed shipment page is the best I have seen.
I ordered a ruger 10/22 vote 2020 collectors series. The box came absolutely destroyed, the street sign was dented, the manual was torn apart, the gun had a major chip in the receiver. Total lack of care for the package, the worst I have seen.

I bought my first gun through GrabAGun and multiple sets of ammo. The gun shipped in a couple days and was at my local FFL for me to pick up. Ammo shipped just as quick straight to my front door. Awesome company and will definitely be buying more stuff.
Horrible customer service (tried to extort money from me). Threatened me due to the fact they don't know how to conduct their own business practices. Buyer beware, FFL licensee beware. Left me a 1 star review because he lost a sale and it cost him money. This whole transaction was between grabagun.com and their customer. Now I receive a 1 star review because of their negligence. Policies are put in place for a reason. Sorry you don't understand that. Better call ATF and report the firearm stolen lol. I will no longer conduct any business with grabagun.com. I will tell every customer I have not to conduct business with the as well!

I ordered some ammunition on a Saturday morning when the store isn't open. With in the hour I sent 2 emails before the order was even filled to customer support to cancel my order. Customer support responded that they would review my request. Contacting the store when it opened to see if the order was canceled I was told it was placed but a shipping # wasn't available. After calling back I was told the order has been pulled and shipped. For 2 days the order wasn't filled even after receiving my request to cancel the order they filled it anyway. Also the response e-mail I received was the more e-mails you send takes time away from the orders to be filled. Don't send multiple e-mails.

My fathers was shipped on 3/22 I received an email stating the magazine requirements of the state did not allow a 30 rnd mag so I could choose to cancel or remove the mag before they ship the item. I replied and told them to remove the mag. They then replied and said they could not ship any AR models to the state of CT, and that my order has been canceled and refunded. I replied and said I am in Maryland, not Connecticut, please dont cancel my order. They replied and said it includes maryland too. This company does not know what they are doing and are completely shady.

I contacted the factory and was told they could do nothing. I contacted Grab A Gun . I was contacted by a gentleman named Kyle. Explained the issues and sent him pictures. He emailed me a shipping label, the gun was sent back. And I was informed today they are sending me another rifle. I currently have a hand gun in my shopping cart and the day my replacement gets here I will complete the order. Along with two others I have in my wish list when they have them back in stock. Every reputable firearms online retailer will not even allow you to put in your cart and process any item that is legal to ship to your state. Colorado has a 15 round magazine limit for all firearms. Grabagun allowed me to purchase these legal magazines and then incorrectly canceled my order stating that there is an 8 round limit in Colorado, this is false. They showed an immense incompetence of local laws in my state, and now I have to wait for a refund upon which I will purchase these magazines legally from a competent competitor. Furthe proof is not even a 6 months ago when I purchased the firearm at Liberty Firearms Intitute in Johnstown Coloroda I bought a 9 round magazine in the store legally...

I THEN REORDERED THE SAME ITEMS THROUGH GRABAGUN'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WERE NEVER SENT TO ME THE SECOND TIME. AFTER 2 FAILED ATTEMPTS AT RECEIVING MY ORIGINAL ORDER I DECIDED TO REQUEST A REFUND DUE TO THE UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MONTHS THAT IT TOOK TO RESOLVE MY ORIGINAL ORDER. NOW, 2 MONTHS AFTER MY REFUND REQUEST WAS MADE, I AM STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE MY REFUND. MY ACCOUNT STATES THAT MY REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED AND THE ORDER IS CLOSED, HOWEVER, THAT IS NOT THE CASE. Horrible customer service! I live in California and 9th Circuit ends ban on high capacity magazines. I get you have to wait before processing and shipping magazines like most other online retailers but my order got cancelled. They also stated now shipping to California so figured I get in the line before these get sold out once the ban is lifted completely. Called and spoke with customer service and they stated that all orders to California is on hold status which would be fine but my order was cancelled. When asked why customer service stated they were out of stock which there online store clearly states they have them in stock! I purchased these at $14 the day before they raised the price to $19. When asked if I can reorder and have them honor the pricing they refused! As stated I have no problem waiting or putting the order in (Hold Status) like other orders for the California ban to be completely lifted so Im in compliance. I believe they cancelled my order so they can sell it for higher to someone else. Talking about bait and switch!

I ordered a handgun with no issues and actually used a local FFL that was already in their records. The gun was shipped and accepted to a similar address in Michigan; not Maine where it should have been shipped. The Customer Service representative to whom I spoke was a bit too cavalier for me about to a gun somewhere in Michigan with my name attached to it. He passed up the line to order another as he said "will get it right out to you" but this person did not get the memo. He said I had to wait until they figured what happened to the original order before they would address my order. I explained that my card had already been charged, they shipped to the wrong address and it was unreasonable and unprofessional for them to make we wait; especially since they had no idea how long it would take. The next person to whom I spoke was less than amicable and did not care that I was a first time customer and that they had shipped a weapon to a seedy looking neighborhood in a major metropolitan city to a non-FFL location. Bottom line is that the order was cancelled, my money was refunded days later and I would never do business with this company again or at all.

My magazine shipped on 2/19 and I was given a tracking number that my magazine would be delivered on 2/24 by the end of business. In this same email it stated it was shipped Fed ex 3-5 business days. Well the 24th came and went so I called Grab a gun. Meanwhile Fed ex tracking updates and says "no available information. " I spoke with a CSR at Grab a gun named Rickey. Rickey was most helpful and told me that since switching to Fed ex they have had many issues with failed deliveries. Rickey said he spoke with a manager who said if the magazine wasn't delivered by 2/28 they would issue a refund. I called GAG customer service on 2/28 at 3:00 PM because I still have no magazine. I spoke with Brandon who in turn spoke with Chandra and Christina who advised me that NO refund would be issued and the magazine is on it's way. Brandon said maybe Monday, my class is two days before that, but still could not provide me with accurate tracking. Brandon stated that my magazine had been handed off to USPS and USPS had not given any updates. He also advised that my package spent six days in Champaign, Illinois. So I still have no magazine for my class, 3-5 business days shipping that is advertised is not 3-5 business days, and GAG cannot keep their word that they will issue a refund. Hopefully this helps someone else.

I have ordered several items over the years without issues but my latest order was closed. They have kept soliciting me via email to this day while my Member Sign/In also remains active. Yet, when I ordered and paid with a credit card, the order was closed after a whole day with an ambiguous message "due to past interactions". When I inquired no one responded and they ignored me, but they had the audacity to continue marketing emails and even asked about how my experience was?!? This is obviously a poorly managed site/store if they can't properly decision orders and member accounts to say the least. If they don't want to work with someone, why aren't they managing that account but wasting our time instead? Why are they still soliciting "deals", "back in stock" messages, and why are they still allowing orders that they later close? While during the High Demand/Low Supply times of Covid, my $500 purchase is better sold to another consumer willing to pay more? I really don't know what their reasoning was but one thing is for sure, their bad costumer service can't decide if they want your money or not. Perhaps on the off chance I order a big ticket item, my money will be good enough for them and let "past interaction" slide? If my past interactions or perhaps feedback I left for them was a tipping point, how can a consumer trust any reviews and feedback on their site? It looks like what they do instead of resolving issues is block users and suppress honest flow of information to new buyers. Can you imagine how many of their badly managed purchases they suppressed feedback on?

Well, apparently GAG took exception to the fact I contacted them (Form they use) to complain about what I referred to as price gouging by them on the new ***. I never purchased it from them and have since bought one at *** from a local Gun Shop. My point to them and being a customer buying many items from them over the last couple years, I was disappointed in them selling at such high prices on this one Item. Also, yes they can and should sell products for as much as they can get which is how the capital markets beautifully work in our country. I was told that the gun cant be released to me since there Isnt a "load indicator.", and that makes the gun not CA compliant for civilians. The Description for order #XXXXXXXXX does not disclose that this gun doesn't have a load indicator, and shouldn't have been sent here to California, since that alone prevents the gun from be ca compliant for civilians. GrabAGun falsely advertised the gun and has unethical billing practices. I'm being charged a restocking fee and shipping for the firearm, that GrabAGun failed to disclose accurate information for.
I purchased a gun from grabagun about 5 months ago. It was a very pleasant experience and the price was good. Picked the gun up from the local FFL and everything went smoothly. I decided to make another purchase and because of my previous experience really wanted to give them my business again. I made my purchase and thought everything was in order. This time I get an email about an hour later - "our order has been cancelled and the credit card charge has been voided. We strive to partner with our customers to create a mutually beneficial partnership and based on your past actions we have decided to not continue the relationship." I can't understand how it went so wrong? I have only made one firearm purchase from them and never even needed to contact support for any reason. I am bewildered as to the 'past action' they are referring to.
I am receiving email blasts multiple times a day all hours of the day to my phone via texts. The emails are broken and do not contain an "Unsubscribe" feature to remove my phones text email. I have opened multiple tickets, and customer service agent Thomas will not ask their marketing department to request my number to be removed. The emails are being texted to me through my sms email address of ***@mms.cricketwireless.net. I want to cease receiving said texts/emails or I will be forced to report to the FCC as my phone # is on the do not call registry which also covers texts.

I tried to call them, several times and my calls would not go through, I thought it was a problem with my phone.so I contacted Xfinity mobile and found out that this company had blocked my phone number. I was quite shocked, I attempted to reach them by e-mail several times, with no success. I have already filed a complaint with mastercards fraud dept. all I am asking is for what I have already paid for, or to refund the money back to its original source. they refuse to have any communication with me. I have all e-mails and card statements to support everything that has taken place.

Price gouging during pandemic. Business is price gouging. $300 over MSRP. Found same basic item on another website in stock for half the price. Tried to return item but they denied a return. MSRP is $500, your price is $699.99. Shame on you! *** has found out that price gouging "essential" products during a national emergency is a criminal offense. They will be refunding over $400K. You have lost my trust for being a fair and supportive advocate of the shooting sports community. I hope it is worth it for you!" It is a stevens model 320 and came with an extra barrel. the receiver wont go into the chamber slide. I would like it repaired or replaced The gun came with 2 barrels and was apart. The barrel wouldn't go in so I took out back out. That is when I noticed the Receiver and slide was not put in correctly. after watching multiple videos and asking my cousin who has the exact same go to look at it we concluded it was broken. This must have happened during shipping or a faulty product because it was broken when I got my hands on it.
They double shipped an item to me and want me to pay shipping back to them and restocking fee ! Their mistake ! Their mistake and want me to pay return shipping and restocking fee ! They charged my debit card twice on their mistake !

Canceled order same day, did not get the full refund promised order #XXXXXXXXX. A ordered handgun on Jul 4, 2020, 5:58:14 AM, I requested to cancel Jul 4, 2020, 6:08 AM. I get that they were closed, but that also means it was not going to ship any time soon. On Jul 6, 2020, 1:26 PM, Hannah B. said "I will submit a cancellation request for you order. A manager will be in contact with you in regards to you refund.". I hear nothing till, Jul 9, 6:19 PM when i saw that the order was shipped confused as to why it was shipped I called to ask why it was shipped. i was told it could not be canceled in the 5 days from ordering because they use an automated warehouse, thats more of their companies problem then the customer but ok, I can see it. but Hannah B should have mentioned that. Now I asked about the return and any fees and was told they would be waved and only a $15 restocking fee would be applied. well I see an Adjustment Fee of $84.42, not $15. I have a problem with that.

Breach of Promise by not making delivery. I placed an order with the company on 9/20 for a handgun. On 9/22 they debited my account for $455.80. They did not ship the item at that time. I sent an email asking when I can expect shipment. They immediately got upset by the email, and didn't offer any time or day. They have not shipped the handgun and have taken too long to credit my account. I had entered into an agreement which is an offer and acceptance. They have breached that promise of delivery and have not credited my account to this day 9/29. I do not want the handgun and look for the credit. Which seems to be taking quite a long time.
Missing non-threaded barrel on gun that will stop me from carrying the gun where threaded barrels are not allowed The order was placed on SEPTEMBER 22 ORDER # *** at the time the site advertised that a threaded barrel was provided installed in the gun and a non threaded barrel was also provided.The non threaded barrel was missing when the gun was received I contacted their customer service when picking the gun but they were unable to help me claiming I had to call the manufacturer springfield. It appears the description has been changed since placing the order and now the section that claimed it included a non threaded barrel is gone but at the time I bought this it said it came with a non-threaded barrel. It still can be seen in the questions and answers section how this description existed and caused some confusion please check attached picture of that section that still remains. Thanks

Grabagun refused to furnish a missing magazine to shotgun I purchased on-line from them. I puchased a Hatsan Escort 410 BPS shotgun from Grabagun online and had it shipped to may local FFL dealer As required by law to pick up. Upon opening the box for the first time we noted that one of the 3 magazines the shotgun is supposed to have was missing. I then spoke with a Christopher at Grabagun about obtaining the missing magazine. He told me that Grabagun would not replace the magazine because they did not inspect the boxes they got in but shipped them on out to the customer. He gave me a phone number of the distributor that they do business with and said that they might help me out. I have attempted to call and email them (The distributor) numerous times with no success. It seems to me that once Grabagun purchases the shotgun from the distributor and sells it to their customer, that they are responsible for delivering a product that matches the one on their website that I thought I was buying.

I am asking that shipping cost of $13.73 and sales tax of $59.49 be refunded. I asked for free shipping due to military and was told only those that have facebook are allowed the free shipping. As far as sales tax grabagun i notified them multiple times that If an online retailer maintains a physical presence in a state that charges a sales tax on most purchases, then that online retailer must charge sales tax on any items that are sold to customers within the home state. However, if the online retailer is selling an item to a customer outside of its home state, then it is not required to collect sales tax from that customer. they responded with Due to the recent supreme court *** ruling, we are now legally required to collect and remit sales tax to any state that requests it. However, they ignored me when i pointed out that 1. they do not have a presence in Florida and 2. Florida is an advisory state not confirming to the *** decision. *** Due to these sales practices I want my refund as I don't believe they will even send the sales tax to Florida

Grab a Gun is trying to make me pay a restocking fee when it was their website that had a stock error. I ordered a rifle and an optic from Grab a Gun. Both were listed as in stock and charged to my card. A few days later an email was sent to me saying that the rifle was not actually in stock and it would take 10-12 days for the money to go back onto my card. They also shipped the optic anyway. When the optic arrived I called customer service and said I wanted to return it as I had no use for it considering the rifle that I had ordered and been charged for was not coming. They said okay that will be a 15% restocking fee. Or their other offer was that I go to usps, pay for shipping, then they'd only charge me a 10% restocking fee. This option of course would pretty much cost me the same amount and cost me a trip to the post office. By the way the optic cost over 500 dollars. So 15% isn't just a few bucks. I told them they were losing a customer forever and they still couldn't waive the restocking fee. Even though it was their error in the beginning and an obvious easy fix to keep a customer happy.

Company would not cancel order due to some excuse. Their return/cancellation policy was not honored At 2:15pm (3/16) I placed an order on their website. When I got the email receipt, I noticed I had made a mistake and wanted to cancel the order. Order XXXXXXXXX. According to their cancellation policy on their website, an order can be cancelled same day up until 5pm. I called at 2:20pm on 3/16. I explained to the representative that I needed to cancel my order bc I made a mistake. She said she can't cancel the order bc it's at an automated facility and I'll have to wait for it to arrive. I find that extremely hard to believe. My company has 15 distribution centers and if a customer needs to cancel an order, we can do it while they're on the phone. Now I have a $55.02 charge on my credit card bc they will not cancel the order. Why is there a cancellation option then? This is my first time purchasing something from them and it will certainly be my last. I'll have to wait over a week for my items, then probably another week until I get my refund. The order is still processing so it CAN be canceled. They have 3 of 5 stars. That should say something about this company.

Deceptive sales and advertising practices, failure to honor price of existing order. Grabagun uses deceptive practices to take advantage of consumers. On 2/15 Grabagun advertised a Keystone youth rifle for $37.99, an outstanding price for the item. The item was in stock, so I successfully placed an order for the item. Order #XXXXXXXXX. Grabagun cancelled the order the following day with no explanation. I called customer service to inquire into the issue and was initially told the order was cancelled due to inventory issues. This seemed implausible as the item was in stock when I successfully placed the order. They suggested placing a new order for the item. Unfortunately they were now charging $308.99 for the same exact item. After speaking to someone claiming to be a manager, I was told that the order was cancelled due to a "listing error" and refused to assist me any further. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable, just that they honor their advertised price, the price agreed upon within the order I placed. Advertising items to consumers for one price, then attempting to charge consumers ten times more for the exact same item is extremely deceptive and unfair. I'm only asking that Grabagun honor the price they advertised for the item at the time of the order.

I was sold what appears to be a used gun when it was advertised as new On 17 JUN 202, I purchased a factory new Taurus G3 from Grabagun.com. The firearm arrived at my FFL on or about 2 JUL 2020 and I went to collect it on 3 JUL 2020. Upon arrival at my home, I disassembled the firearm in order to lubricate the internal workings before taking it to the range, only to find that it showed obvious signs of wear. The outside of the barrel was worn and the inside of the barrel was dirty, the feed ramp was filthy, the striker plate showed signs of wear and was equally filthy and there was gun powder residue on the muzzle. Now, I understand that all the guns produced by a manufacturer are test fired before they leave the factory. But this gun looked as if it had a large number of rounds fired through it, it looked "used". All I wanted was an exchange from Grabagun and not a refund. I thought that perhaps I was mistakenly sent a "returned" gun and not a brand new gun. I should have inspected the gun before signing the paperwork from my FFL but given the fact that the gun was sold to me as "brand new", I thought it would be safe to bring it home. Grabagun.com informed me that I would have to contact the manufacturer to rectify this problem but I didn't buy the gun from Taurus...I bought it from Grabagun.com. Any help you may provide will be greatly appreciated.

Grabagun is refusing to send me a refund check for a cancelled order. I purchased a suppressor online from Grabagun on 3/16. The suppressor required additional paperwork before I would be allowed to take procession. Due to Covid, Grabagun refused to set in store appointments to process the paperwork. 8/4 I called and asked if I could come in to process the paperwork that day. They agreed. I came into the store, and they refused to provide the paperwork, or process it. One employee was hostile, and making racially insensitive remarks as well. At that point, I asked for a cancellation and refund. The manager agreed, but said he could not issue the refund at that time, but that it would show up within an hour. I agreed and left the store. The refund never materialized, and I emailed the customer service manager the next day. She said that due to the length of time that had passed, she could not charge back the refund, but she agreed to mail a check the following morning. I waited a week, and I never received the check. I emailed the customer service manager and let her know that the check had not come. I asked if and when she was planning on sending it. She informed me that she had requested it, but that was the extent that she was going to follow through. She told me I would have to get in touch with a different employee if I wanted more information.

Item Purchased: Standard Manufacturing DP-12 Shotgun Online Purchase Date: 11/24 Pick-up Date: 12/02 Order Number: *** Payment Amount: $1,552.75 Payment Method: Credit Card The box was in bad shape. When I opened the box, I saw the gun was thrown in it without retainers or carboard inserts to hold it in place. There were plastic wrappers empty and loose in the box. The "thanks for your purchase" card and warranty card were both missing, as well as the maintenance tool that was supposed to be included. The firearm was completely covered in cardboard particle debris. The left barrel has a deep and long scratch that exposes the base material/metal. Rust present on the outside and inside of both barrels. Both magazine tubes also show signs of rust on the outside and inside. Receiver had small spots of rust, and numerous scratches suggesting high wear. Rust also found around the outer parts of the chokes. I contacted grabagun.com via email, and they asked for pictures, which I immediately sent but unfortunately I have not received any feedback so far. Please note that the website showed this as being a brand-new firearm and was purchased at full price. The website failed to mention the condition of the firearm and that there were missing items.

Dishonest customer service practices I purchased a rifle from them July 10th
Dishonest customer service practices I purchased a rifle from them July 10th. This was at a price that no one could match. They were selling a rifle at $1500 where most were going for around $[protected]. I emailed the company and called the company both associates confirmed that the price was correct. The call representative informed me that the rifle had only sold 8 in the past year and they had 13 so they were likely looking to offload the inventory which would explain the low price. I placed my order and HOUNDED the company for updates. The first 3-4 check ins the representative ensured me that they had "pulled" the rifle at their Iowa warehouse. Multiple times I was told not to worry I HAD A RIFLE, it just was slow going at the warehouse so my 1-3 days processing turned into 3-5 then 5-7 then I was informed it may even take 14. But what is important is that I HAD a rifle. On july 24th I contacted them again. Now the story is the rifle was shipped on the 13th to their warehouse and had been lost. It was supposed to ship to them from Indiana and never arrived. They can't get ahold of any more. They have refunded my money as opposed to going through another distributor (roughly $200 more than they were selling for siting they can't order from anyone other than their distributor. So I can still buy a rifle from them once they are back in stock but it will be at their new increased prices. Pure speculation here but if this were to be a pattern on this rifle in the past 2 weeks. I would say that they had a clerical error and the rifle was under priced while they refused to eat the loss. I brought this to the customer service reps attention and there was quite the awkward silence. No rebuttal no assurance that they wouldn't do that. The whole process was entirely shady. The employee acknowledged that the 3 day processing is "tattooed" on the site despite the email stating 5 days, the next employee stating 7-10 days and even up to 14 days to process.

I wanted them to ship out my firearm that was sent back to them in error. They lied and now I can't get what I paid for I had ordered a firearm online from this company. I had to select from a list of dealers that they ship to. The firearm was shipped to the dealer, however the dealer was on vacation and was not able to receive the firearm. As a result, The firearm was returned to this company. When I called this company to find out how I would be able to receive my firearm, they told me that I would have to re-order it, and that I would have to pay another shipping fee. Obviously I was disappointed, first of all that I did not get what I had ordered, and at the length of time that this is taken. In addition to that being upset that I would have to pay another shipping fee. The individual that I spoke to was very rude and condescending. He was not flexible at all in trying to provide good customer service. After that I received an email saying that I had canceled my order and that they were going to be refunding my money. I had emailed back that I had not canceled my order that I had been Talking to somebody about options. The person that was emailing me continue to lie and say that I sent an email. Canceling my order which I never did. I have requested that the order be reopened. I was told that I would have to start all over again. And of course that firearm is no longer on sale so I would have to pay additional monies. I want my firearm, I want it for the price that I originally paid for. And I want it to be delivered to somebody who can actually except the order. I want all Of this done being able to talk to an employer at this company that is not rude, not condescending, but can actually empathize with a problem that they have with one of their vendors. When they provide a list of dealers that you have to have your firearm sent to, they are a vendor. They are part of and represent this company. I'm 54 years old and I have never had such poor customer service and dealt with such rude employees from a company.

Grabagun won't ship CA
Grabagun won't ship CA. legal products to CA? Stating regulatory laziness. Legal is legal. I purchased a 9mm from grabagun roughly the first week of Dec. I have a split residence in AZ and in CA so I had it shipped to AZ because that's where I normally spend Dec. Upon shipping, grabagun left out critical info like my phone number on shipping info. My gun shop wasnt able to call me to confirm delivery and had a difficult time even finding my order? So, fast forward a month later. Now Im back in CA, I decide to order some pistol ammo and accessories from the same site. Grabagun then refused to ship to CA eventhough my items were all perfectly legal in CA? When I reached out to Grabagun, they stated that the owners "dont want to deal" with Cali regulations? I'm pretty sure "legal" means "legal" in all states? This is obviously a political standpoint of grabagun and its customers should be aware of the political CA bias. I was a hige fan of this site but if I cant purchase CA legal items and have them shipped to my home in Cali, then I feel this company is prejudice in their control and regulations. If the state of residence says its legal then why would a non biased company refuse to ship? I realize that CA has some of the strictest gun laws, magazine regulations etc. But a 50 rnd box of ammo is not illegal! Grabagun is quick to mention the millions of transactions it does, but yet doesnt have the financial and/or legal means to deal with CA's over regulation? Legal is legal and grabaguns approach is bias and unconstitutional. Gun owners are this company's bread and butter, so to deny them products that are 100% legal in their state of residence is wrong and prejudice. We have enough entities violating our gun rights already. If grabagun continues to treat law abiding gun owners this way, eventually there will be no online customers in the future. When chatting with support they even kinda chuckled at the fact that my requested items are legal in my state. They really had no response other than "Ya, we know its legal, but the owners of the company dont want to deal with CA"? That is called biased no matter how you spin it.

Ordered an item 10 days ago. Item has not arrived. Went to store, was offered the item from stock. After waiting I was told to pay 15% fee. Not right! I ordered an item on 2/11 while out of town. I was expecting delivery within a reasonable time. Vendor used cheapest shipping method and did not disclose that delivery involved a FedEx to USPS hand- off and may take an unreasonable amount of time to deliver. Also, no shipping upgrade was offered. The item was a gift for a relative which I needed for birthday party in Chicago. After receiving a notice that delivery would be delayed two days to 2/20, (9 days to deliver a small package a total distance of 6 miles)! I realized that I would not receive the package in time for my trip. I went to the vendors business and explained the situation to an employee. I was offered the item from stock and told that they would handle the return. I was given the item for inspection and agreed. Then the employee seemed to begin to have problems with the transaction he asked another employee a series of questions and appeared to not know what he was doing. I asked the other employee what the problem was and he assured me that it was fine. After another 20 minutes the initial employee disappeared into a side office for another 15 minutes. When he returned he informed me that I would have to pay a 15% re-stocking fee! At that point, after waiting close to an hour and being told that there was no problem, not being informed about or given the option to upgrade the shipping method, out of sheer frustration, I just walked out. I still have not received the item. I received another two day delay notice and have been through even more frustration trying to locate the package through USPS which, according to tracking is being driven around the area in a mail truck from one wrong post office to the next. UNBELIEVABLE INCOMPETENCE! Yesterday, I received an email from the vendor asking to rate my experience. I replied with a response similar to this. Have not received a response all day. Realized I made a mistake when ordering, but called within 10 minutes. The guy told me it was no problem he would cancel the order. Woke up next day to the order still processing. I sent two emails to customer service with no response. Tried calling, no answer. Shortly after they changed the status to shipped. Now the only way to return is with a 15% restocking fee.. I feel they do this purposely.
Have ordered a couple of times over the past year, great products happy with everything I've bought, everything shipped fast, website and checkout process are very easy to search and use, they have a wide verity of products, good prices too, many times the cheapest I could find, keep up the good work, keep doing what y'all are doing. I will def order again!
