govgroup.com is a total ripoff! They're charging $476 for an ac adapter that you can get for only $12.99 and $263 for a car phone charger that you can find for less than $25 on other sites. I don't know if this is even legal! Don't waste your money here.

I been tryin to get a hold of gov group for months now and no emails or phone calls got through NOT A SINGLE ONE. Im just tryin to have my order canceled but they cant do that. Honestly months are more than enough time to respond to someone.

SCAM! I orderd an EVGA GeForce *** FTW3 ULTRA GAMING Graphic Card 10G-P5-3897-KR from gov group on April 21 and it is now December 3rd! I've been leaving message after message, email after email requesting my refund, absolutely no reply at all. I've paid $1270 and i want my money back!

I got some disinfecting wipes from Gov Group. They said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to ship, but it ended up taking 4 weeks and I didn't hear anything from them about it. They charged me before they even shipped it, which wasn't cool. I tried to dispute the charge, but they haven't said anything back yet. It seems like they might be trying to scam people.

This biz don't respond if u wanna cancel the order that ain't shipped yet and they don't even know when they'll have the shipment coming in. And u can only contact them with email, they don't answer phone calls. I tried emailing them to cancel the order but they ain't responding at all. So I had to dispute through my credit card. Very bad customer service and biz model.

I bought a really pricey screen ($1900) from Gov Group. We told them we needed it within a month and they were supposed to give us tracking info so we could make sure it would arrive on time, but they haven't responded to our emails or calls in over a week. It's a total scam. If I lived nearby, I'd find a way to talk to Andy *** to ***. I don't get how anyone could run a scam like this. Snake a*** grifter. They need to be shut down!

I ordered a printer from Gov Group on 3/2 and got an email saying it was on backorder. They charged my card already, but I still haven't got my printer as of 4/20. I tried calling, but their mailboxes are full. I feel like I got scammed. I'm reporting them to my bank to get my money back. Gov Group is a scam and should be ashamed of themselves for taking people's money.

GovGroup, or Office Direct Supply (same place), is a bit sneaky. I ordered from "Office Direct Supplies" 4 weeks ago and for 4 weeks, their number NEVER lets you leave a voicemail. When you buy, the money goes to GovGroup.com, which has the same address as Office Direct Supply. You can't talk to anyone at GovGroup or leave a message, no matter what extension you use or how many weeks you call. I can't even cancel my order or get a refund because the email for both organizations goes nowhere. It's weird that no matter what email you used when you bought, when you try to check the status of your order, the website for both organizations says they don't know your email. It's a total scam that I'm reporting to the States Attorney General.

GovGroup is pretty good, I gotta say. I don't usually write reviews, but they deserve it. I ain't had no problems with their customer service, and everything's been smooth sailing. Shipping could be better though - it'd be cool if they sent an email with a tracking number when they ship something out. I ain't been getting those emails, but maybe it's 'cause of my email address (got a weird character in there). But hey, shipping's been pretty fast for me, and even backordered stuff gets sent out quick once they got it in stock. I've ordered from a bunch of different places, and GovGroup's held up pretty well, especially with everything going on lately. I'm just one happy customer, but maybe this'll help someone else decide to give 'em a try.

I orderd an Asus TUF *** from GovGroup and it didn't say if it was in stock or not. I never got an ETA or any follow up emails on when it would be in stock. I've been waiting for months and when I asked about it, they said they would email me when it's available to ask if I still want it. Why wouldn't I want it, I already paid for it! They say they can't be held responsible for early or late shipments and it's my job to cancel if I don't want to wait.

i got my gpu from gov group and it was pretty good. i had some trouble finding what i wanted at first but then i found it and it was in stock. the shipping was a little slow but that's okay because it's free. the gpu works great and i'm happy with my purchase. i would buy from gov group again.

Ordered 3 cases 20 each of toliet paper for bizness. Havent got any correspondence. Their voicemail box is full and no emails have been answered. My next course of action will be notifying the bank.

I bought a graphics card from Gov Group in Feb 2021. It was on back order for 3 weeks. But now it's been 6 weeks and I still haven't received it. I've tried calling them many times but their mailbox is always full. I've also sent them many emails but they haven't responded. I bought a Epson Printer from Gov Group on June 2. It cost me 2,083.29. I emailed them to ask when it would arrive and they replied fast. But now I need to cancel the order because they got the wrong printer, I can't get in touch with anyone. The phone number they gave me is always busy and I can't leave a message. I've been emailing them every day to cancel my order and get my money back, but no one has replied to me yet.

I bought a Salamander Heater from Heater Warehouse through GovGroup on January 20, 2022. Got an email saying my order was being processed. Noticed payment was taken but no update email. Tried calling but an animated operator answered saying voicemail was full and couldn't leave a message. Tried emailing twice, no response. When I go to the website, can't find my order. Gonna have to dispute charges with my bank and hope for no problems. Lesson learned, stick with companies you know and trust, even if they cost more!

I been emailing Gov Group for a month now about my refund for a product I cancelled. I told them I'll go to ComplaintsBoard.com if they don't give me my money back. I paid $587.02 for a AMD processor, but cancelled it when I ordered one on Ebay. I sent many emails but no one responded. They deserve whatever customers do to get their money back. I even uploaded pictures of them not responding and their phone number was removed because it goes to voicemail and it's full so you can't leave any messages.

I bought a network rack transformer from Govgroup.com on August 6th and my credit card got charged on August 7th. The website said the item was in stock. After a few weeks, I tried to contact the seller about the status, and they said they would let me know, but I didn't hear back. I found another way to fix my network component power issue, so I asked for a cancellation and refund. They said they would let me know if they could cancel the order, but I didn't hear back. I still haven't gotten the hardware, and the website says the order is still processing. I told my credit card company about it.

I bought something from govgroup.com in December . But then I found out that my thing was backordered and there were like 1300 orders ahead of me. They said they'd let me know what was up when I emailed them, but they couldn't tell me where I was in line. I decided to cancel my order and asked for my money back on their website and through email (two different ones). I even tried calling them, but they didn't pick up and their voicemail was full. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. Here's what my confirmation email said: #*** BLACK GAMING Graphic Card *** [Backordered Item: estimated to ship within 3 - 4 weeks. Call *** for more info.] Quantity 1 x $660.01 = $660.01

I ordered from GovGroup back in March and haven't heard anything since. I can't cancel the charge on my credit card and they haven't responded to my emails or calls. I just want my money back. The order number is ***-210304 and it's still listed as "New". They said it would take *** business days for delivery, but it's been way longer than that. I paid $238.79 for the order, including $11.38 for shipping. I hope they can fix this soon.
