Companies And Intellectual Property Commission [CIPC] services

My company has been trying to get its COR39 changed by CIPC, Company Intellectual Properties for the past nine weeks if not longer. Each time it is declined for an incorrect reason and we are told to re-submit. Which we do. To date we have complained to various staff of CIPC and have not received a suitable explanation form anyone. We continue to comply with requirements and submit as instructed. We are still being declined. I lodged complaints via their online services about this and I now feel because we did that we are being victimised. We continue to get our COR39, change of directors declined despite fully complying with all requirements 100%. Thomas Lebete does not solve our problem even though being referred to him. He does not answer or attempt to assist us.
