I got 3 charges on my credit card between 4/28 and 9/11 from Ncourt*FLPolkBOCCSWP ***, adding up to $91.83 until now! I ain't never been in trouble with the law, don't have no outstanding speeding tickets or citations. I'm wondering if this might be some kind of scam?

I recently purchased an air conditioner from nCourt, LLC. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the air conditioner, I was sent face masks. I tried calling them multiple times, but their phone line was always busy. I ordered the Danby DAC150EB2WDB 1500BTU air conditioner for $56.19 with free shipping, but instead, I received face masks that they claimed were worth $20. This was the first time I had ever received face masks from this company.

On March 24, 2022, I paid my fine in full, which was $600.00. But guess what? They charged me $621.00 on my credit card! And that's not all, on the same day, Ncourt of *** charged me AGAIN, this time for $626.18. Can you believe it? I tried to sort things out with my credit card company, but they said Ncourt got both payments and told me to talk to them. So, I did just that. But here we are, almost November, and this mess still isn't fixed. Can you imagine the frustration?

I got charged $102.35 on my Amex, but I'm clueless about what it's for. I reached out to the company, but they're asking for a citation number that I never got. Can't even reach them by phone. The date is June 15, and it says Ncout-DP ***. I haven't been to *** since March. I'll probably dispute this with my credit card company, but I want an explanation from NCourt. Seems like a scam to me.

So I paid $349+18 to nCourt on Mar 1 for the supreme court of Siskiyou. The court rejected my payment because THEY gave me the wrong charge. It was supposed to be $626, even though their letter and website showed it as $349. Obviously, this had nothing to do with nCourt. nCourt did refund my $349, but I don't want to pay the convenience fee of $18 because of the court's mistake. To make matters worse, if every court "accidentally" filled in the wrong charge on the letter or website, then nCourt can get $18 twice for each case - the initial payment and the problem fixed payment.

On 1/28/2022 at 6:05:55 AM, I made two transactions for $500 and $1392.30 to pay off fines. Unfortunately, the court rejected my payment because the fine had turned into a warrant/bond. I received an email from the court explaining the rejection and the reason behind it. After a few business days had passed, I reached out to nCourt customer service for assistance. They assured me that a check would be issued to resolve the matter. However, more business days went by, and I had to contact customer service once again. They informed me that they would issue another check and asked me to wait for a few more business days. It feels like they are giving me the runaround, hoping that I will forget about my refund. As a single mother, that money was crucial for paying off fines, which were specifically meant for that purpose and not as free money.

I paid my speeding ticket on February 2nd to the wrong county and was supposed to get a refund. But as of August 22nd, still no money! N court says they sent the refund, but my bank doesn't see any deposit or refund from them. The customer service people are not helpful at all, they don't care. I've waited way too long for my refund. Six months is way too long for nobody to know where my money is. Now I'm starting to think the company is trying to keep my money, and that's not happening.

I bought a 5 drawer chest from Portbat for 59.99 on 5/29 and paid in full. I haven't heard anything from Portbat about my order. The order number is XXXXX. The price was 59.99. I paid with my Visa card and they sent me an email confirming the payment. But since then, I haven't received any updates from Portbat regarding my order. I emailed them, but they didn't respond. I also tried calling the provided number, but it's not working. I think it might be a scam and I want my money back. Can you please investigate this and provide instructions on how to get a refund? So, I got this charge on my credit card from nCourt, LLC (who apparently collect citations and fines for different states and cities across the country). Trying to get in touch with them by phone is a nightmare (been waiting for over an hour - gave up). And there's no email address for regular folks like me to get an answer. They say if you do manage to reach someone, you'll need your citation number. I've never received a "citation" before, so I have no clue what's going on here or if this is even legit. I called my credit card company, and they're putting a hold on that charge and any others until we sort this mess out. I've never been late on a bill in my life and have a clean driving record, so I can't think of any reason for this charge unless it's some kind of scam.

I went on Ncourt's website and made a payment for a fine my husband received. I was informed there would be a service fee of $33. Later, I received notification that my payment had been rejected, with no explanation. There was a hold on that amount with my credit card company. I was told that the money would be refunded eventually. When it was refunded to me, they only returned the fine amount and pocketed the service fee of $33. When I called to request a refund of that amount, I was met with a very rude customer service agent that constantly talked over me and would not allow me to speak. I requested an explanation and was told to have a nice day and hung up on. I would call back and complain again, but that obviously got me nowhere, and besides, the wait time to talk to an agent is ridiculously long. I feel like that money has been stolen from me, and this company offers no remorse or apologies for being a criminal. Bad, bad, bad service!

I never got the item I ordered from nCourt, LLC, even after sending them multiple emails about their bad practices. And now they want compensation for my purchase. In June , I bought a camera lens from an online company without knowing that they work with businesses in China. Then, in July, I received a package in the mail, but it was just a bunch of facial masks. I complained to the company, and they admitted it was a mistake and promised to send me the correct item. They took a long time to provide me with a tracking number for my original purchase in June. When I tried to track the package using that number in July, their website was down. So, I contacted the company again, and they gave me a new tracking number. However, the updates on the tracking were slow and inconsistent. Finally, in August , there was a post saying that the package was lost in Cohoes. I spoke to the postmaster, who told me that the package was never physically scanned, so it wasn't really lost. I went back to the company multiple times to complain about their scamming practices. I don't think I should have to pay anything for a package that never even existed (and it seems like I'm not the only one). They offered to refund me 70%, but I complained again. Then they said 80%. So, I complained again. I believe I should get a full refund, but I'm hesitant to give them my credit card information again. I never received the name of any sales representative or person to talk to. I always had to respond to their emails at ***@outlook.com. The item I ordered was an Opteke 500/1000mm telephoto lens, purchased on 6/8. The order ID was 2295, and the invoice was sent from ***@mail.justimier.com. I paid $54.75.
