I did not authorize any autofills of this promotional free product. I have cancelled 2 autofill payments already and this needs to be stopped immediately.
There is no information available to contact the company directly, which is my reason for filing this complaint.
The only info I have is from a packing slip with just a PO Box.
That address is: PO BOX 7000, SMYRNA TN 37167
The item listed is: LLINEKETOGUM-3 (Lifeline Keto Gummies (3 bottles)
The order # is: 1206154, Date: 2/5/2023 which I declined initially and my credit card company credited me.
The 2nd order arrived 3/10/2023 without a packing slip.
Desired outcome: DENIAL OF ANY CHARGES TO THIS COMPANY and reported to the BBB.
I did not authorize any autofills and requested it to stop in November 2022. Since then they sent 3 more months of refills which I sent back. There phone number [protected] is no longer working. After spending hours and days on the phone with this company they finally send an email refunding the money. Today no refund has been received by my bank. I am owed over $358. This is absolutely crazy.
I just filled a company the state and hopefully I get some information about it.
I have all correspondence from the company and all charges on my card.
No where to find information to contact so I am posting her in hopes to help someone else with this scam of a company.
