After my brother's recommendation, I have been using the factor 75 for a couple of weeks now and I have nothing bad to say. Their meals are wonderfully delicious! I am gluten-free and these are really great! The service is so excellent! I highly recommend them

My husband and I have loved the Factor 75 meals for so long now and love the variety of options to choose from ranging from very low carb meals to medium carb meals as well. My husband is on a Keto diet so he has opt for that plan and I don't have a keto diet. These guys provide both options so we are able to make sure that both diets are there with delicious, fresh and healthy meals.

However, my main issue with Factor is dealing with damaged goods. I have a video of the delivery person throwing my package in front of my door, and I have pictures of my meal containers broken in the box. No one told me how to file a claim, so a few days later, I contacted ComplaintsBoard.com to inquire about filing a claim. No one informed me that I needed to speak with Factor, but since then, I have filed a claim with them. Unfortunately, I received a "denied" email stating that my claim was not accepted. This all happened within a span of less than two weeks. Now, it has been a couple of months since I tried to contact ComplaintsBoard.com again, and someone kindly assisted me in contacting Factor. I am most upset that Factor is not willing to work with customers on damaged goods beyond two weeks, even though I have provided them with videos, photos, and email receipts. I am not asking for a refund from Factor, but rather for them to help me resolve the issue with the shipping company. It was made clear to me that Factor's role is to communicate with the shipping company to assist me in getting a refund for my damaged goods, not to interfere and say that I can no longer pursue my case. I believe this is an important aspect of any business and it has ultimately driven me and several other customers away. I am also a business owner, and when I say it feels like a frustrating experience, there's no need to beat around the bush about it.

Factor_ deliberately left out the items, and I had to endure a long wait with ComplaintsBoard.com to get a credit for the items they knowingly didn't ship. I decided to skip a week of Factor_ service and try another delivery service, which I was happy with. However, I planned to go back to Factor_ the following week because I wanted to use the credit. Today, my scheduled Factor_ box was delivered, but when I opened it, there were no meals inside. Factor_ sent me an empty box! Once again, I had to contact ComplaintsBoard.com, but they ended the conversation halfway through. When I called back, they offered me a credit again. I told them that a credit is useless if they keep failing to deliver the product. I demanded a full refund, and this time, ComplaintsBoard.com said they would issue it. I have decided to cancel my Factor_ plan from now on.
There are a few meals that I really do like
There are a few meals that I really do like. I would however, love for them to remember what I don't eat under dietary preferences. Say I miss the deadline to update my meals. They then send whatever floats their boat (on my money), and so I end up with things like PORK or SHRIMP, both things that I don't eat. Well, those are meals that I don't eat, so I'm out that money. The system already remembers Keto, Calorie Smart, Vegan, etc, they just have to adjust a little. They could also maybe NOT send anything until the consumer hits an "approve" button. It feels unfair to get charged for something you didn't pick.
I am very unhappy with this company, Their ordering system is hard to use. It's impossible to tell what you will be receiving from week to week. Save your money and use another service. This one is not worth your time!
I would give this company NEGATIVE stars if it were possible! I was supposed to receive a delivery on 3/14/2023 and it never came. I called late that evening after 8pm (since it states that it could be as late as 8pm when delivered) and they said "oh yes, it appears your box was damaged in transit and we have to cancel. My first red flag was why has FACTOR not been proactive in contacting us to let us know we won't receive our food for the week? They have our phone numbers AND email addresses so there is no excuse. Do better, Factor. I waited to receive my refund as they stated I would receive. Then on 3/22/2023 I finally received HALF of my refund (why not the whole amount, I still don't know)! I called immediately to find out why I received half and to find out when the other funds would be back in the account and they talked in circles not giving me an answer but that the funds would be there "soon". Called again 3/31/23 and was told it should be there by Monday. I gave it until TUESDAY, 4/4/2023 and called again. At that time I was "GUARANTEED" (their word not mine) that my money would be there Wednesday. Wednesday - NO REFUND - called back and was "GAURANTEED" again that it would be there Thursday, 4/6/2023. Here we are to today...still no refund (*shocked face*)! HORRIBLE customer service and company and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!DO BETTER, FACTOR! You are lacking in many ways.
Classic Bait and *** DO NOT USE THEM! Especially if you are using a coupon for your first order. I agreed to pay $13 for my order and was charged over $100! They admitted to canceling my coupon i used and redoing my order at FULL PRICE, not the price i agreed to pay. They said they can only give me credits for my next meal which means i would have to spend money with them again after the scammed me in order to use the credits issued. Thank god I used P.Pal to pay for it and they will be issuing me a refund since this clearly is a scam.
I really enjoy my Factor meals
I really enjoy my Factor meals. They always arrive punctually and the food is exactly what I selected and ordered. This service has been amazing in helping me stick to my diet and meal plan. The meals are fresh, ready to eat, and only take 2 minutes to heat up. I recommended them to my dad who lives in a different city, and he receives the same high-quality meals as I do. Factor has played a significant role in improving my overall health.

I don't ever write reviews, but I'm kind of frustrated. First of all, I love the food. However, I'm only on Week 2. On Week 1, they forgot to include one of the meals in my box. They credited me, and I was fine with that. This week, although they charged my card, they did not ship a box to me. I have no meals for this week. They again credited me, but that was part of my grocery budget. I have no more room to buy more keto food to eat this week. So I have to eat the rest of the family's non-keto food, because that's all I have. I am extremely frustrated. Only 2 weeks, and both times, they screwed up. I'm losing a lot of faith in this company. The customer service people are nice, but the shipping department needs to get it together. One more screw-up, and I'm done.
Recommendation: Don't rely on this company to actually deliver the food you pay for.

I'd give them a zero if possible. On 9/7/23 I entered my credit card information so I could browse their menu (I should have noticed something was up due to this requirement). After reviewing their menu, I decided that I was not impressed and immediately cancelled (I was on their site for approximately 3 minutes). I received a confirmation email that I had cancelled a few minutes later. A few days later I reviewed my bank account and noticed that on 9/13/23 (6 days after cancelling) Factor charged me $110. I called the company and explained the situation. They told me that they see I cancelled, but that there was a 2nd place on their site that I needed to cancel and because I did not do that, my order WOULD ship (they could have cancelled the shipment) and arrive on September 18th. I was then hung up on by the Factor Rep. This is ridiculous and compete fraud. How can a someone cancel, receive confirmation of the cancellation and then 6 days later be charged for something that hasn't yet shipped and they never wanted? I received the meals today (9/18/23) and again called Factor because I wanted to return the meals that I did not want and did not rightfully pay for. I was told there is nothing they could do and I could not return the product. I was also told that DO NOT RETURN it is "clearly" written on the box the meals were shipped in. I filed a fraud claim with my bank, received a temporary credit and am waiting for their final decision.

Well, let me tell ya, I ain't too happy with Factor75. I mean, yeah, their food is alright, but their shady little business tricks have got me all hornswoggled. I'm thinking of reporting them to the Feds for their sneaky ways. And I ain't the only one - I read a review from some pal of mine who also called them out on their shenanigans.
So what's the deal, you might ask? Well, when you sign up for their free trial, they make you give 'em your credit card info for shipping. Seems fair enough, right? But hold on to your britches, 'cause buried way down yonder in the terms and conditions is a little clause that says they can keep sendin' ya stuff and charging you full price if you don't cancel in time. That ain't right! And to make matters worse, their cancellation policy requires you to jump through hoops and give 'em a whole week's notice before they stop sendin' ya stuff.
I mean, come on, y'all. We're paying good money for this food, and we deserve to know what we're signing up for. And if we don't like it, we should be able to cancel without all this rigmarole. I ain't gonna stand for it, and I cancelled my account right quick. And you best believe I'm disputing any charges for stuff they send without my permission.
Now, I don't wanna say their food ain't worth a lick - some of it's pretty tasty, I reckon. But let's be honest here - we ain't just paying for the food. We're paying for the service, the convenience, and the peace of mind that comes with not havin' to cook every day. And if they can't be honest with us about their business practices, then I don't know if I can trust 'em with my money or my health.

These guys (Factor75 at factor75.com) are total scammers! I signed up for their plan and they just took my money without even telling me! Like, what the actual f***!? And when I tried to cancel the plan, they freaking changed the date of the order, so I couldn't make any more changes or cancellations.
I was just looking at my account like 10 minutes ago, trying to cancel this garbage service, and it said "You have 3 days to make changes to the order." But as soon as I clicked "unsubscribe," they were like "Lol no, you can't cancel this order anymore. Sucks to be you, buddy!" Like seriously, what kind of shady business is this?
It's like they just lure you in with some kind of discount on your first order, and then BAM - they charge you the full price without even bothering to give you a heads up. And then if you try to cancel, they screw you over by changing the order date so you can't do anything about it.
Trust me folks, this is hands down one of the WORST services I've ever tried. Don't waste your time or money on Factor75. It's not worth it at all. Stay far far away from these scam artists.
My Review of Factor_ MEALS: Not Worth Your Time or Money
Factor_ MEALS are not worth your time or money, trust me. I had a Groupon credit and thought why not give them a try, but boy was that a mistake. I just received our first package and to my dismay, 3 out of the 8 meals I ordered were missing. I tried to contact support via their chat and guess what? It wasn't working! Every time I tried to chat with them, I got kicked out and told to login again. Super annoying, right?
That's when I decided to call support and boy was that an hour of my life that I'll never get back. Finally, someone answered and I was told that 2 of the 3 missing meals were impacted by a cauliflower recall and one of the meals we DID receive was also affected and had to be thrown away. I mean, I'm all about food safety and all that jazz but now literally half our order is missing or unusable. The third missing meal had no explanation, just a credit offer to our account.
But here's the thing, why bother telling me about the recall if I hadn't complained in the first place? And why would I want to spend more money on a package just to use the credit that was offered? That's just ridiculous. So, in the end, I cut my losses and decided to move on.
Maybe Factor_ MEALS work well for some people, but they're really not worth it for me. If you value your time and money, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for meal delivery services.
Warning: Factor75 Shipping & Customer Service Failures & Spoiled Food
I gotta tell ya, my experience with Factor75 was brutal. The shipping was a total nightmare with FedEx always showing up late and their customer service fell flat on its face with promises that never came to be. But I gotta warn ya, it gets worse.
If you absolutely have your heart set on buying their grub, you absolootly NEED to be ready with a thermometer at all times when those packages arrive. I got three separate shipments that were all tardy which of course meant that the food was spoiled. But the kicker was that the two that made it on time 'n felt cold as ice were actually health hazards!
Now that might make you scratch yer noggin 'n all but stay with me! Those packages might'a felt chill to the touch but when we took our trusty thermometer to gave 'em the ol' temp check, they ranged 'tween a not so hot 44 degrees to a downright scary 59 degrees! Now, if you check out Factor75's rules, they tell you to pitch the noms if they're warmer than 40 degrees. I bet'cha most folks just assume it's all good when they pick up their delivery package!
You might suppose that maaaybe I'm exaggeratin' here but listen up good, friend! Leaving that food out for too long at room temperature opens the door to bacteria takeovers like Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella Enteritidis, Escherichia coli O157:H7, and Campylobacter which can turn into some major illnesses.
So don't go assumin' that your victuals are in the clear just because they show up on time and feel a little cool. Make yer own prep just to be safe!
Factor75's Service: Inflexible and Frustrating with Poor Customer Service
So, I ordered Factor75's meals for the first time and got my first box on Tuesday, it was around 4 days ago. I left my son in charge of trying one of the meals while I went to work, and he said it was pretty good. However, the rest of my family refused to give it a try. It's alright, though - they'll eventually eat them. The real issue started when I realized they had already charged me for next week's delivery just two days after my first delivery. I gave their customer service number a call, asking them to hold off on shipping for a couple of weeks due to my freezer being full. I spent almost $200 on 18 frozen meals, so I hoped they could delay the shipping by a few weeks.
Unfortunately, they didn't agree to my request, which was inconvenient. What was I supposed to do with a box of food that I couldn't store? I either let it rot outside my porch or have homeless people and dogs eat them. This made me really unhappy, and I've decided never to use their service ever again. Maybe I'm being petty here, but this inflexibility is a dealbreaker for me.
Just because they give you a 50% discount on your first order, they shouldn't charge you for the next delivery even before you've received the first one. It seems like their only intention is to make money, which is very frustrating.
To make things worse, trying to get a receipt from them is a nightmare. I looked for it in my email, checked their app and website - but nothing. Their service is least user-friendly ever. I had to upload what I had just to show that I had purchased their service, which took up even more time.
Overall, I do not recommend Factor75's service because it's frustrating and inconvenient to deal with their inflexibility and poor customer service.

Hello - I have enjoyed every meal I've received until tonight (10/1/24). When I peeled the plastic back on my garlic butter mushroom chicken thigh dinner, there was a large piece of chicken skin laying right on top. It was pretty disgusting and caused me to lose my appetite. I'm very disappointed that the meal was able to leave your warehouse without inspection. Your dinners are pricey but usually worth it, but not tonight's dinner. I'm attaching pictures of the piece of chicken skin.

Veho Delivery Service
I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with your Veho meal delivery service. When I first subscribed, I was given a 2 hour window for delivery and it was always honored. Then delivery started falling outside of the window. Each time I would receive the excuse that weather or traffic might delay delivery, but there was never an issue with weather or traffic.
Since I had not received a text for my usual Monday order this morning, I contacted them and was told my meals are still in the warehouse and they weren't sure when they would be delivered or IF they would be delivered today. This makes me question the freshness of the food at this point.
I just returned from a trip and have nothing to eat in the house. I was counting on delivery today as was originally set up for Mondays.
Unfortunately, if the sub-standard delivery service does not improve, I will have to discontinue my subscription.

The food was fine- the company is garbage
After being highly encouraged to try their subscription service, I utilized their first-time promotion to sample their product and brand, befote deciding to investment.
Spoiler- they are not worth it.
After receiving our selected meals, I canceled my subscription online- through their website's instructions to ensure my subscription was indeed canceled.
Yet today, 13 days after canceling, I received a singular text saying my second box was out for delivered within a few hours. What?!
I quickly searched for any email, any notification from the company- absolutely nothings to indicate my account was still active.
But they sure did withdrawal funds from my account.
My husband called their customer service department; I was surprised to hear his professional frustration over my meeting, as he's pretty laid back.
He was told that without an email confirmation of the cancellation there was nothing they could do.
Ensuring my husband they'd send a cancelation confirmation to my email within an hour or so.
I waited 3 hours before calling back, sharing that I wasn't frustrated with the representative, but the experience I've had with the company.
That changed when Christopher continued to read from a script- powerless to do anything, repeating it with apathy.
I reiterated that I still hadn't received a cancellation today- that this cycle is untrustworthy and madding as they refused to resolve the error in any way.
They took no accountability, would not refund payment- full or partial - or offer an iota of human professionalism as their platform suggests.
I'm truly disappointed in this company- they claim to support healthy meals and, and foster local community.
Please save yourself the exhaustion and avoid this heartless company; I wish I had.

When on Factor website, I cancelled / skipped all future deliveries unitl Jan 11th 2024. I had just placed an order on for delivery on 12th Dec, with personally chosen meals, which I received.
I called customer service when I received an email saying my next delivery was placed and it was to be delivered on 19th Dec. I did receive an email confirmation that the order was skipped, but sadly, I deleted it. I asked the representative to inform Tech support of the glitch, he said he would and that someone from management would contact me in person by phone within 24hours. This has not occurred. Neither have I received any communication regarding this error via e mail. Because I did not place the order, I was unable to select my meal choices, so now I have 6 meals in my fridge, most of which I will be unable to use / eat. I would not recommend any dealings with Factor 75 for this reason. I have closed my account with them and also blocked them charging any other orders to my credit card.

on my credit card without my permission. This is corrupt, misleading, [censored]. I should’ve got an email asking for my permission for another weeks of meals or I can change my meals to a different plan. This is ridiculous. They can’t just charge my credit card without my permission.
Desired outcome: Get my money back for $116
Deceptive Practices
I initially thought I wanted to join Factor 75 for my mom. I signed up on June 15th then canceled the next day. Recently, I came across another ad and gave Factor a second look, but never placed an order. Suddenly I was charged $116 by them saying that I placed an order that I didn't place! I don't even know what they're sending because I don't have an order confirmation. I called customer service to demand a refund for whatever it is (not even shipped yet) and they told me that there's nothing they could do-- No refunds/No returns. Of course, I'm disputing this charge with my bank.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund.

On 7/20/23 @ 7:20am I called your 888.573.5727 number to cancel my order and no longer receive your food. I found that the spices used made me sick and can no longer find anything in your menu choices. I was told on this day that I will no longer receive any food and will not be charged for any other delivery. Just this morning I got a text saying the food had been delivered to my door and a charge was put on my Visa. When I called the same number I spoke to “Lai” who said there was nothing she could do. That I can not drop it off back to send it back to the company. So basically I am stuck with food that makes me sick even after I canceIed my future orders! She said I had to keep the food and would be charged again. I will have to throw it away.
Desired outcome: At least refund my credit card and please send me the verification of my cancellation which was on 7/20/23
Food Delivery
I received the 1st box damaged (it was a big mess.) The next day, I requested account cancellation & stopping of future boxes. I learn I am being charged full price for a 2nd box. Giving customers less than 24 hours to cancel is absurd. If I order a pizza and it arrives damaged, the restaurant would not automatically schedule another pizza and charge me full price for it without telling me. I've requested cancellation and refund multiple times. I was promised an email from management. I did not receive an email. From this experience, I would say stay away from this company.
Desired outcome: Full refund to credit card of charges for the 2nd unwanted box.
Incredibly hostile policy
Don't. Just, don't. This company is one of the worst I've ever been involved with, and I have used just about all the food subscription models out there.
The absolute inability to cancel orders, or redirect their delivery address WELL in advance of their actual shipment or delivery (if you miss their ridiculous cut off by even a minute) even if the package is not in shipment or delivery yet, because ALL OF IT IS LOCKED is ridiculous. There's an error on the shipping address or they have the wrong address on their shipping label? Too bad, so sad, thanks for the 100$, you get a big box of nothing. Need to travel because of an emergency? Not a single iota of room in their predatory practices to make allowances for normal customer life things. The website is set up in a way to trap people into subscriptions and then make it impossible to actually live with them. CS is unable to help in any way (they can't touch an order once it's created) and aren't even allowed to provide the barest compensation or credit to balance it.
Desired outcome: Refund the order or allow it to be re-routed to the CORRECT address.
