GD Design Studio review: Website never finished! "cheezy" one time draft done on godaddy.

This was a letter to our attorney:

John we were scammed!

This falls within breach of contract laws and our company has rights under both the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Contract and Commercial Law Act. John, we paid this company $1000.00 to design and complete a 1-page website for our cleaning company (Cielito's Cleaning Service, Inc). After a month, we have not even seen a rough draft of what it will look like other than a few stock photos on a draft written in another language. I also treated her with respect and kindness; however, she would repeatedly say she was driving, and she would call back in 5 minutes. That never happened nor did the website. My wife also witnessed all of her bogus text messages and emails. This was a total lack of performance and unprofessional business practices. I had to sign-up with another website company! Please call me back at [protected] when you have an opportunity. If you remember, we are a woman owned Hispanic company incorporated in 2012.
