I got the eye cream lift. When I put it on, it makes my eyes super tight and dry. I think these products are too expensive and a total scam. They're just trying to trick older ladies. I should've checked out some reviews before falling for it. ?

I was visitin La Jolla from LA and I was stopped by one of the girls that was very nice and knowledgeable. I purchased products for my skin for the first time in my life! The products are great so I am glad I stopped. I will definitely visit again and maybe even get a facial in their spa:)

What a nightmare! NWL *** in *** sold me the platinium lifting ***. They let me test an open one, and then I bought a sealed package. But when I got home after 7 days and opened it, it was empty. Unbelievable! This is not good for Aurarius. I tried calling the company in CA and ***, but no one answered except an automated robot. Lesson learned. I can't report the store in *** to ComplaintsBoard.com, but I'll definitely spread their name to warn others.

When I was on *** Island, this girl named Mallcal approached us on the street. She was pretty competent and nice, but she started selling these super pricey products. She made comments about the bags and dark circles under my eyes, as well as my wrinkles that I earned over time. I didn't really appreciate that. She even removed my eye makeup and only applied the Aurarius eye cream to one eye! I had to stop her and ask her to do the other eye before we left the shop. The person who seemed to be the "owner" or manager gave me a shady vibe, like a con man. I was worried that Mallcal might be involved in some kind of trafficking since she was from ***. The way they interacted seemed strange to me. This whole experience was a waste of our time. I couldn't gather much information about the quality or safety of their products, but I can tell you they're VERY expensive. It seems like they rely on exploiting older tourists to sell their stuff. I suggest avoiding this business. It's too slick and questionable. It reminded me of those old-fashioned door-to-door sales techniques!

I'm writing this for my mom who got taken advantage of at Aurarius. She was shopping at Fashion Valley when Rose and Leo convinced her to try their products. My mom, who has sensitive skin, asked Rose about allergic reactions. Rose lied and said the product was hypoallergenic. After applying it, Rose pushed my mom to buy $2,600 worth of stuff. But my mom asked if she could return the products if they caused a reaction, and Rose promised a full refund. When my mom got home, her skin was irritated, especially under her eyes. She went back to Aurarius, but they refused to refund her and wouldn't give her any contact info for management or customer service. It's clear they target vulnerable women. They asked my mom for photos of her face and called from a private number, which seemed sketchy. The customer service rep just kept repeating the policy and said there was no evidence of a refund promise. If my mom knew there were no refunds, she wouldn't have bought anything. They didn't have a visible return policy, which is against the law in California. They still won't refund my mom's money and only offer to exchange for other non-hypoallergenic products. I work in retail management and this is not how a company should operate!

The product was sold as a two year supply but the expiration date is for 1 year. Also, the packaging makes it look like a large amount (they said it was 104 applications), but it is actually a very small amount and only lasted for 10 applications.

On 7/20 at 3pm, a salesperson named Bar from Aurarius Gold Elements called me to their store at ***. Bar was really nice and tried out some anti-wrinkle serums on me, taking note of my sensitive skin. He said the product was organic. He never mentioned that it couldn't be returned, and there weren't any signs saying that either. So, I ended up buying a product called Stem Cell Non-Surgical Syringe for $400 (total of $431.00 with tax). After applying the serum, my eyes started itching, so I decided to return it on 7/21. But they refused. It was only on the receipt that I saw the No Refund policy. This is the first time customers see the policy, AFTER they've already bought the product. According to the Attorney General's website, stores that don't accept returns should clearly display their policy. Gold Elements has a ComplaintsBoard.com F rating with 4 complaints.
