The salesman falsely claimed that he was the highest authority in the company and that there was no number to contact anyone else in the office.

This company totally ripped off my daughter for a months fee and the 650.00 to build the site. Basically they copied the old site and posted it without our approval. We contacted the previous site builder and they told us to take it down immediately or they would take action against us as it was exact. We contacted Simple Biz and was told sorry but they did the work and would not reimburse us and in fact was going to charge us another month fee. We are in process of hiring attorney to get our money back.
