I left a review a few days ago and commented that the guys did a nice job except for the piano part of the move which left tracks on the hardwood. I am pleased to report that we were able to successfully resolve the issue so I am upgrading my review to 5 stars from 4 stars. Great job, Funk's Moving & Storage!

spoke with someone about moving my fridge. got quote sent pictures then never heard back. called and emailed to follow up but noone ever contacted me again. when someone did answer the phone the last call they hung up on me after I said hello. This was a waste of my time. Would not recommend.

I am very satisfied on how efficiently effectively the staff worked as well as how careful they were with our belongings. This was a excellent moving experience starting with Funk's Moving & Storage setting up our move and then the superb staff she sent to help us move our furniture etc from our home in Edmonton to our storage locker at Stoney Plain on June 24, 2022. We were very happy with Funks Moving and Storage. The representative was great to deal with. She came out to look at what we were moving and after almost 44 years of living in our home it was a lot! We were given a reasonable quote and we had no surprises on moving day when we paid the final invoice. The team of movers, John, Mike, and Sarah were polite, courteous, careful and most importantly, efficient. We would definitely refer them to our friends and family.

I am an older senior who required a move from a fourth floor condo to a main floor duplex. The staff at the office arranged everything to my satisfaction and relieved a lot of the stress involved for me. The 3 movers were on time, efficient, careful and most pleasant. The costs were within the quote I was given with no surprise add-ons. The movers were very accommodating on the move in, putting everything where requested. Everyone I dealt with was cheerful and very positive. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a moving company, especially seniors.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Funks Moving & Storage. We had two storage units that contained our furniture and outside furniture, bbq, etc. The movers, John, Mike, and David, were extremely careful reloading everything into their trucks and getting it into our new home without incident. These three young men were extremely polite, pleasant and respectful of our belongings. They worked well together as a team and each knew their role. A shout to Sarah as well. She understood our requirements and coordinated it all. There were no unforeseen charges and no damage to our belongings. We would absolutely recommend this company and the three young men to do your move! Excellent service!
