Regarding the name "Bronze Star," you've clarified that it refers to the United States Armed Forces decoration, which provides context our name Bronze Star is for The Bronze Star Medal (BSM) is a United States Armed Forces decoration awarded to members of the United States Armed Forces for either heroic achievement, heroic service, meritorious achievement, or meritorious service in a combat zone. The medal can be earned through heroic achievement or heroic service that shows extraordinary bravery and courage during combat operations. It can also be awarded to those who perform their duties in a meritorious manner in a combat zone, even if they do not directly participate in combat action. Many members of the military are honored to receive this medal for their service to our Country. We are military friendly servicing more than 1-200 moves annually under military member moves. We love our Veterans!

We work within the guidelines set by the US DOT FMCSA and provide binding estimates to our customers. The revision process is intended to ensure that the moving services are adequately prepared for the items being transported. We appreciate your flexibility in providing additional information and photos to help with this process. We understand that the added packing requirements for certain items, like taxidermy animals, resulted in an increase in the estimate. While we strive to maintain transparency in our pricing, we also prioritize the safe transportation of items, which can affect the space and materials needed. We always try to make sure anything needed for this move is ordered and priced ahead of loading. We did a quality assurance call when you sent in the pictures of all these items, none were taken down off the wood plaques some were on see nary like the goat on a log looking like it was jumping down off rocks. None of these animals were packed by you or created ready for loading. You had all of these animals on stands or sculpted scenery not disassembled booked created ready to go. Your price increased for the amount of special packing you would require and we are an interstate household goods carrier/broker. These are not standard pieces of furniture the movers can even disassemble and be covered under the carrier's insurance. Our aim is always to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our clients are well informed about their moving plans. You did not order any packing to be done on the original estimate. This was not disclosed to us prior to the scheduling of the move. We move taxidermy statues in many residents homes that have these pieces packed professionally by a 3rd party that specializes in packing these. The price you were given reflected the services you wanted and ordered last minute. We also want to clarify that your reservation fee is non-refundable, but it can be applied to another move or transferred to a friend or family member's move within 24 months.

However you did not let us know what was going with pictures provided and nothing was as described in the inventory you completed. We did give the option to move the exact list of the items as described for the same price and you declined knowing it was not sufficient enough because you were supposed to have these items packed and last minuet added packing and did not wish to pay for it. You knew realistically needed and refused service because you wanted the packing done for free.

You received a quote from colonial van lines for a different size inventory and on the BBB said that bronze star gave you an estimate for more cubic feet then you canceled at 1AM in the morning on the day of loading. We offered many different alternatives for you to ensure you were still loaded and would allow you to go back to the origin list. I have email correspondence texts estimates. All submitted to you on the BBB afterwards you updated and changed the entire review. We still have all documentation on this and the response is exactly the same. You also said you would have your attorney reach out. I have always have responded even as of yesterday. Radio silence is an extreme claim your making. When you the client want to be represented by a attorney we gave you all contact information to have your attorney call or email me directly. I still have not heard from him or her as of today. We cannot refund a deposit back to a client that canceled the move on the day of loading or take responsibility for a inventory issue that the client did themselves. You said my representative didn’t put down everything you told them. You got confused with us and colonial van lines. When we sent the estimate to BBB showing what you submitted and signed the story changed. We have no new information for you. Please have your attorney reach out directly.

I was very satisfied with the job they did of packing my items and maximizing space in the moving truck. Very friendly, quick, took excellent care of my items, and overall did an awesome job! I totally recommend it.

We couldn't be happier with the level of service provided and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable moving company."

Their attention to detail was truly remarkable, and I felt confident that my precious possessions were in good hands.

Had an approved and signed refund agreement dated 7/13/23 that I would receive a refund within 30 business days. Two months later no funds have been returned. Limited info being provided why they can’t figure out how to refund money. The company appears to be a scam.
