After reading great reviews, we decided upon Macho Movers to load our goods and belongings into our rental truck
After reading great reviews, we decided upon Macho Movers to load our goods and belongings into our rental truck. When we got to our destination both TVs were damaged (one got a cracked screen). We called to advise and ask for reimbursement for the tv. 6 hrs later the owner called us to tell us a partial fabricated story from his movers and that since they did not drive the truck they were not responsible. He tried to put the blame on me and after no movement on his part to take responsibility for his employees said that no small claims court would rule in our favour if we went that route.
