Funko Review: Funko's Website - Terrible Customer Service and Defective Products

So, I bought some stuff from Funko's website for the first time. And man, was it a mistake! I got my package and all the pops I ordered had a bunch of problems with them. Total bummer, right? I tried to talk to someone at the company to see if I could get my money back because I didn't want these messed up pops. But guess what? They said my issues didn't count and I couldn't return them. Are you kidding me? I have never been more disappointed in a company than I am with these guys. It's like all they want is my money! No respect for customers at all. I should have known better and not bought anything from their stupid website. Save yourself the trouble and don't make the same mistake I did.

Funko Funko's Fast and Effective Customer Service Saves the Day: A Parent's Review

Ok, so my kid got some sick FNAF figures from Funko for his bday. But when we opened up Bonnie, we noticed some janky teeth that looked like they skipped the paint job. Ugh, total bummer. But then I hit up their "issue form" (which sounds super fancy, but is really just a quick problem-reporting thingie on their site) and it only took me like 5 mins to fill out.

Lo and behold, within an HOUR (!) I got an email from their team saying they'd send over a replacement for bad-teeth Bonnie. Dang, that's some speedy and top-notch service right there. Props to Funko for making things right and keeping my mini-me happy with his new toys.

Funko Funko.com Disappoints: Nightmare Figurine & Unapologetic Return Policy

OMG, let me tell you about my experience with Funko.com! So, I ordered this dope-[censored] figurine from them, but when it arrived, there was this sticky, gross glob of glue messing up the display case. I was like, "Uh, nooo thanks!" and went to return it. But get this - they charged me $6.95 for shipping and then slapped me with another $6.95 "return fee" plus tax. Are you kidding me?! That's like almost HALF the cost of the damn product!

And the worst part? They didn't even say sorry! Like, dude, take responsibility for your crappy quality control and give a girl a break! It's like they don't even care if their customers are happy or not.

Honestly, I'm so annoyed with Funko. It's a shame, too, because they have some really cool stuff. But I'm definitely thinking twice before ordering from them again.

Funko Funko.com: The OG Spot for Funko Fans - A Review

Honestly, I have no clue why some folks be down on this site. It's the OG spot for all things Funko and I personally been ordering from them an insane amount of times - like over 30 orders, wild right? But lemme tell you, every dang time my stuff comes in looking sharp and feeling fresh. I ain't never gotten a busted up box or a figure with a crooked eye or nothin'. Now, I ain't perfect and neither are they, ya feel me? One time my order was missin' an item and I was kinda bummed, but their customer service swooped in like a freakin' hero and got me what I wanted in just 2 days. Plus, if you wanna get your mitts on that exclusive Funko goodness, this is THE spot, trust me. To sum it all up, I ain't never had no complaints about Funko.com and they always treated me right!

Funko Funko Fiasco: Unacceptable Shipping and Packaging Practices

To be honest, my experience with Funko was one of the worst shipping nightmares I've ever had. I ordered some Funko figures online and knew that shipping might be delayed due to the pandemic, but I never expected they would take almost two weeks just to send them out. What's worse, when I finally received my order, all four of the boxes were completely destroyed! Even the plastic protectors inside each box were messed up too.

Feeling ripped off, I immediately contacted Funko customer service to complain about their shipping and packaging, hoping they would show some sympathy. But all they did was offer to send me new boxes. Sure, it was a nice gesture, but what's the point of getting collectible figures if the box isn't in pristine condition? It's like ordering a pizza and only getting the crust.

I was pretty let down by the lack of customer service and responsiveness from Funko. They should know that the quality of shipping and packaging is just as important as the quality of the products they sell, especially when it comes to collectible items.

In the end, I suggest looking elsewhere for your Funko fix. Support independent businesses or seek out alternative retailers who take pride in their shipping and packaging practices. Don't waste your time with a company that doesn't care about your collecting aspirations.

Funko Funko Sends Wrong Item, No Customer Service Response - Worst Shopping Experience

So, here's the deal. I placed an order for a sick Boxed Stan Lee Tee shirt for my daughter, right? And when I finally got the package in the mail, I was like, "Yo, what the heck is this-wait, is this box too big for a tee shirt or am I just tripping?!" But I shook it off and sent it to her in Florida from my spot in CT.
Cut to yesterday and my daughter calls me up like, "Mom, what even is this?!" And I'm like, "What the heck is she even talking about?" Apparently, instead of the t-shirt I ordered, Funko sent her a disgusting DC Superman Funko pop. Like, what the heck, right?! I'm guessing it's because the people working at their warehouse are all non-native English speakers who can't tell the difference between a shirt and a doll. Seriously, who messes up an order like that?
And that's not even the worst part. I tried to reach out to Funko multiple times, but all I got was an automated message saying they received my message. No phone number to call and actually speak to a human, no personal touch or anything. And on top of that, I just realized that I only have 15 days to return it and time is running out!
Honestly, I don't think I'll ever buy anything from these clowns again. It's ridiculous that I have to deal with all of this just to get a simple t-shirt, you know? Check out the photo- the shirt I wanted is on the left and the stupid doll they sent is on the right. What a joke.

Funko Funko Merchandise is Great, But Their Website is a Headache: A Review

So, I gotta say, I was pretty stoked to get some Funko merch from their website, but man oh man, was it a headache. First off, when I had an issue with my order, the agent didn't even bother to read my response and just sent me some canned message that didn't solve anything. And then they hit me with this "it's too deep in the process, but also not deep enough to actually ship it to you" line, which made about as much sense as a bellybutton on a snake.

Don't get me wrong, Funko has some dope products, but ordering from their site is just a hassle. I've had to cancel two orders minutes after I placed them, and even when I get my stuff, it's often damaged because there's zero protection in the package. I've also had to change my address on different orders, but they always pull the "we don't have the ability" card, even though I know that's something ecommerce businesses do all the time.

What really grinds my gears is that Funko doesn't seem to care about any of it. They don't take responsibility for their bad policies and terrible customer service, and it's like they're proud of how crummy they are. I don't even know why they bother having a customer service department if they're not going to do anything useful. It's frustrating as hell and it makes me not even want to bother with buying from Funko again.

Funko Disappointing Service from Funko Shop: A Collector's Review

Hey there, so I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the service I've been getting from Funko Shop lately. I mean, I get it, Covid has been rough on a lot of companies, but it seems like Funko wasn't really prepared to adjust. I ordered some Pops back in December, and when they finally arrived, the boxes were all scuffed up and shelfworn. I mean, I'm all for a little character on my collectibles, but this was just sad. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send replacement boxes, but guess what? They never showed up!

So I thought maybe I'd give them another chance, since there was an exclusive I was really interested in. I ordered three Pops this time, and once again, the shipping box was a mess. I mean, come on, can't y'all find some bubble wrap or something? The Pops themselves were shopworn, with scuffed up mylar windows, and two of them were even warped. And one of them was the dang exclusive!

I don't know, maybe I'm just being picky, but I feel like if a company is selling collectibles, they should understand that we collectors want our stuff to be in good condition. Like, there's another online toy seller who really gets it - they go out of their way to make sure the figure and packaging arrive in mint condition. That's the kind of service that makes me want to keep buying from them. But with Funko, I dunno, I just feel like I can't trust them.

Anyway, sorry for the rant. I just wanted to give my two cents in case anyone else is considering buying from Funko Shop. Maybe if enough people speak up, they'll start taking better care of their products.

Funko Funko Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Shipping Delays

Yo, let me tell you about my experience with Funko. I ordered some stuff from their website, specifically from their Lounge Fly section, way back in November. I was pretty pumped to get my stuff, but a week later I saw that my order was still unfulfilled. I mean, come on, guys! I shot them an email, and four days later I finally got a response. It was automated, which was a bummer, and all they offered was a coupon for my trouble. They said that I'd get my order by Christmas, but honestly, that was still like 30 days away. I checked the shipping label and it hadn't even moved out of their warehouse yet. What the heck, Funko? I emailed them back again, asking them why they even bothered to say it had shipped if it hadn't even left their warehouse.

Four days later, I finally got another email from them. It was the exact same copy-paste message as before, assuring me that I'd get my stuff by Christmas and offering me the same coupon. But, like, how was I even supposed to use that coupon if they needed a whole month just to deliver stuff that I paid for instantly? It was super frustrating and felt super unprofessional. Plus, I was worried that I wouldn't even get my stuff on time.

Cut to December 21st and still no freakin' order. What the heck, Funko? I really don't recommend dealing with mediocre companies that can't even bother to offer good customer service. It's not worth the hassle or the worry.

Funko Funko Pop's Website - A Total Letdown!

Hey there, so as a fellow Funko Pop fan, I was really excited to order six of them from their website. Sadly, the whole experience was a total letdown. Even now, nothing has been resolved. First off, they sent me a shipment with just five items - and I never got it! When I complained, they promised to send another one out right away. But when I said I wanted to add a couple more items to my order, they were super cold and said no way.

Then, when they finally sent out my order, I asked them to make sure it was delivered somewhere safe - since I wasn't going to be home to sign for it. I asked for it to be held at the shipping center, or dropped off at the leasing office, or to require a signature on delivery - anything to make sure I didn't miss it. The customer service rep told me I could do that with UPS, when they picked up the shipment.

But when I talked to UPS, they said that Funko never even requested any special delivery options - and it was too late to change it now. So I emailed Funko again and got pretty much the same robotic response. They weren't listening to me or trying to help me in any way. They just cared about getting the order out the door, and didn't want to take any responsibility for what happened next.

Honestly, it was such a frustrating experience. I tried to call and couldn't get through to anyone. I sent more emails and got no response. It really felt like they just didn't care about me or my business. I used to love Funko Pop, but now I'm honestly not so sure. They've definitely lost a fan here.

Funko Funko's Customer Service Needs Improvement: A Frustrating Experience with Wrong Orders & Lack of Response

So, I got my order from Funko and when I opened it, I was pretty bummed out because they sent me the wrong item. I quickly shot them an email asking for a replacement and I waited...and waited...and waited. It's been a hot minute and I still haven't heard back from them! What gives, man?

As much as I love collecting Funko Pops, this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I'll be shopping with them again. It's just frustrating when you are really excited about a product, order it, and then get let down. Honestly, it's not rocket science - just send me the right item! Is that too much to ask?

Maybe I'll give them another chance down the road, but for now, I think I might have to take a break from collecting all of my favorite characters and characters I don't even know but they look cool.

Overall, I would say that Funko needs to step up their game. They have such cool products, but they need to make sure that they're sending out the right ones and also responding to their customers in a timely manner. It's important to build trust with your consumers and right now, my trust in them is pretty shaky. Hopefully, they'll get it together soon and I can start stocking my shelves with more Funko Pops. Until then, I'll be searching for a different source to fuel my obsession.

Funko Funko Collectibles: Great Products, Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Costs

So, I wanted to give Funko a try since they had a bunch of cute pop culture collectibles that I wanted to add to my collection. First off, trying to confirm an account was a total headache. Like, come on guys, why make it so difficult? And can we talk about how there is no international shipping for gifts? That's a huge bummer for all my pals who live outside the US!

But the real kicker was the shipping charges. I mean, I get it, shipping isn't free. But dang, the overcharging on shipping costs is a bit much. And it's not like you can even reach out to their customer service team for help. Seriously, I tried contacting them and got no response.

Overall, I love the products Funko offers, but the website experience and customer service left a lot to be desired.

Funko Terrible Customer Service Experience with Funko Support Team - A Warning for Buyers

Wow, let me tell you about my awful experience with Funko and their support team. To put it bluntly, I am never buying anything from them again! It's not just about the products themselves, you know? Customer service is just as important.

So I reached out to Dylan at Funko support team with a question about one of their products. And boy, was he rude as heck in his response! I mean, I understand that customer service can sometimes be frustrating, but there's just no excuse for his attitude.

Honestly, I don't even want to give details about my experience because it was just that bad. All I know is that I'm never dealing with Funko again. It's such a shame, though, because they do have some really cool products.

Anyways, buyer beware. If you're looking for top notch customer service, Funko is definitely not the place for you!

Funko Funko's Customer Support Went Above and Beyond!

So, I decided to hop on Funko's website and see what the heck was going on with my order. Lo and behold, it was lost somewhere in the mail and never ended up in my dirty little paws.

I was pretty mad at first, but then I gave Funko's Customer Support team a call. While I was waiting on hold (which was not very long, thankfully), I started scrolling through their website and admiring all of the cool stuff that they sell. Did you know that they have Funko Pops of just about every character/celebrity/famous person you could think of? I didn't, but now I'm pretty sure that my entire house is going to be overrun with these little guys.

The person that I spoke with on the phone was SO nice. They apologized for the inconvenience and even offered to send out a replacement order free of charge. I couldn't believe it! I was expecting to just be told that my money was gone forever, but instead I ended up with even more Funko Pops headed my way.

Overall, I was really impressed with Funko's Customer Support team. They were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. While it was frustrating that my original order got lost, I would definitely order from Funko again in the future knowing that they have such great support on their side.
