Disappointing Preorder Experience with BladeHQ
BladeHQ is a website that sells a variety of knives and accessories. Recently, I had a disappointing experience with them. I preordered a knife for $5, and my card was charged without any issues. However, when it came time to finalize the sale, my card was suddenly unable to process payment. I checked my card and found that there was more than enough money available, so I changed my card just in case. This time, it appeared that the transaction went through without any issues, but when I checked later, I found that the website had reverted back to my previous card and was still unable to process payment.
It's difficult to know what caused this error. Perhaps BladeHQ oversold their preorders, or maybe there was a glitch in their system. Regardless, it left a bad taste in my mouth. While $5 may not be a huge amount of money, I can't help but wonder if they did this to multiple customers and therefore made plenty of money for nothing. It's suspicious and feels like a scam.
As a result of this experience, I will not be preordering from BladeHQ again. In fact, I will discourage my friends and family from shopping with them as well. I will also leave a negative review on every review board I can find for BladeHQ. They taught me a lesson in not trusting them with my money, and I don't want anyone else to have the same experience. Overall, I am very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Disappointing Customer Service from BladeHQ on Sebenza 31 Damascus Blade Purchase
Purchasing a Sebenza 31, right-handed, with a Damascus blade was something that I had been anticipating for a year. My excitement grew as I awaited its arrival in the mail. However, when I finally opened the package, it was the left-handed version that was sent to me. I was in disbelief and wanted to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the pandemic had forced their customer service not to receive any phone calls, making communication with them impossible.
I decided that my best course of action was to start a chat on their website, but my response wasn't prompt enough, and it was closed. I then initiated another chat, hoping to get through this time. It appeared that BladeHQ had a policy against exchanges, which was odd. When I inquired why this was the case, they informed me that their system wasn't set up for exchanges. This baffled me, and I felt like my bank account would stop me from making any future purchases at BladeHQ.
Buying a knife that costs $600, I expected to receive precisely what I ordered. If some mistake had been made, I believed that the issue would be resolved as quickly as possible. However, this wasn't the case with BladeHQ. I was genuinely disappointed that even while chatting with their representatives online, I felt like my issue was being ignored, and I figured that they had better things to do than help me resolve the current situation.
All in all, the experience with BladeHQ was subpar, and I won't be using their services again anytime soon. I was genuinely frustrated with how the situation was handled, and I believe that they could certainly improve their customer service.
Disappointing Experience with BladeHQ: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Refund
I recently had a less than satisfactory experience while attempting to purchase a Spyderco paramilitary 2 from bladehq.com. After placing my order, I noticed that my order status had not changed to "shipped" after almost a week. Concerned, I reached out to their customer service team for an explanation, only to be informed that I needed to provide photo ID in order to proceed with my purchase. While I was taken aback that such documentation was required for a $200 order, I provided them with the requested information promptly.
Despite my prompt response, a few days passed with no communication from bladehq.com. When I followed up again regarding the status of my order, I received the same request for a photo ID. Again, I provided the necessary documentation, this time ensuring that it was both included in the email and attached as a separate file. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I received an email the very next day stating that my order had been cancelled and refunded because I had not provided a photo ID.
What's more, as of the writing of this review - almost two weeks after the alleged refund - I have yet to see any indication of a refund on my bank account. This is in stark contrast to my experiences with large online retailers such as Amazon and eBay, where refunds are processed within days.
Overall, I was disappointed with the experience I had with bladehq.com. While I understand and appreciate the importance of verifying purchases and preventing fraudulent activity, I felt that their communication was not clear and their policies seemed unnecessarily burdensome. Additionally, the delay in processing my refund only served to further sour my experience.
BladeHQ: Putting Profit Over Customers- A Disappointing Experience
As a frequent customer of BladeHQ, I am disappointed with the direction they've taken. It's evident that their profit margins have taken precedence over their customers, who have supported them since their early days. As a Utah based company, it's disheartening to see that they've neglected their market and left it underserved. Moreover, their customer service department has remained stagnant, and their inventory system is outdated.
It's understandable that BladeHQ wants to sell knives worldwide, but it shouldn't come at the expense of their loyal customers. As a recent experience showed, even when diligently checking for product availability before visiting the store, the inventory was not accurate. This is not the first time that BladeHQ has failed to deliver on their promises.
As a customer, I expect a company to prioritize my satisfaction and if they fail to deliver, it's unacceptable. While BladeHQ's selection of knives is impressive, their business practices leave much to be desired. It's time for them to focus on improving their customer service and inventory system to ensure a better experience for their patrons. As consumers, we should never be treated as mere transactions in a company's pursuit of profit.
BladeHQ Review: Great Selection, Slow Shipping and Customer Service
BladeHQ is a popular online shop for knife enthusiasts, offering a wide variety of blades and accessories to choose from. Recently, I decided to purchase a Benchmade 51 from their website. I placed my order on a Friday and was pleased to receive a prompt confirmation email. However, I knew that it would take some time for my order to ship, as the in-store location was closed on Mondays.
After a few days had passed, I began to wonder about the status of my order. I reached out to their customer service team via email, expressing my curiosity and asking for an update as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response right away.
As the weekend approached, I decided to check in once again and received no reply. It wasn't until the following Tuesday that I realized that my order had not yet been shipped and took it upon myself to get in touch with their customer service team. After a few phone calls and some back-and-forth emails, I discovered that my order had been placed on hold due to a discrepancy between my shipping and billing addresses.
I was understandably frustrated with this situation, as I had no way of knowing about this issue when I placed my order. However, after explaining myself to the customer service representative, they were quick to release the hold and proceed with shipping my blade.
In spite of this frustrating experience, I was ultimately pleased with the quality of the merchandise I received. The Benchmade 51 was exactly what I had hoped for, and I am happy to report that it arrived in excellent condition. Although the shipping process took longer than I had expected, I believe that BladeHQ is still a reputable and trustworthy knife dealership. I would recommend this company to fellow knife enthusiasts, especially for those who are not in a rush to receive their order.
BladeHQ Review: Competitive Prices, Extensive Selection, But Customer Service Falls Short
When it comes to the world of knives, BladeHQ is a well-known player. Their website, bladehq.com, offers an extensive selection of both knives and other products at competitive prices, and they ship orders to customers far and wide. While some customers have had issues with their orders, the vast majority of them have had little to no problems.
However, as the saying goes, it's not what happens when things go right that sets a company apart--it's what happens when things go wrong. Unfortunately, one customer shared their experience with BladeHQ's customer service team: when they had an issue with an order, they found that the service they received left much to be desired.
This customer had a few different problems with their order. For starters, they had to request shipping information be sent to them directly from customer service, rather than it being sent automatically. Then, the ship date ended up being different from what they were told originally. But the real trouble arose when they received a notice from UPS indicating that the address on the package was undeliverable.
While the customer attempted to resolve the issue themselves via the link provided to them from UPS, they found that they couldn't. When they contacted BladeHQ customer service for help, they were told that the company's policy was to wait eight days to see if the package would be delivered before they would reship it or offer a refund. This response left the customer feeling frustrated and without any meaningful course of action.
When the customer asked to speak to a supervisor, they were informed that the person they were speaking to was the highest authority in the customer service chain--they couldn't escalate the call any further than that. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, the customer chose to take matters into their own hands and contact UPS themselves.
This is a disappointing experience for a customer to have, especially one who has been loyal enough to BladeHQ to make multiple purchases from them. While it's clear that BladeHQ has a good selection of products and reasonable prices, it's concerning that their customer service team is unable to offer more assistance to those who need it. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve this area of their business in the future.
BladeHQ Review: A Nightmare Online Shopping Experience
Based on this review, it seems that the online shopping experience with BladeHQ (bladehq.com) has been quite unpleasant. What should have been a hassle-free shopping experience has turned into a nightmare. From customer support that demands an email within 24 hours and states that the customer should call them, to unhelpful, uninterested, and incompetent employees, the service seems to be below par at BladeHQ.
The employees seem to be underpaid and uninterested, without any regard for the orders placed by customers. The customer support is a mess, leaving customers frustrated and disappointed. Communication seems to be counterproductive, with employees getting things wrong multiple times, and copy-pasting irrelevant emails to customers.
It is concerning that BHQ demands replies within 24 hours and phone calls from international customers, making it seem like the customer has a duty to serve and think for the company, rather than the other way around. This kind of treatment leaves customers feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
There seems to be a lack of regard for customers, with standard operating procedures being counterintuitive and self-serving. It's no wonder that customers have canceled their orders and moved to other websites, such as Knifecenter.com, which offers a simple and efficient online shopping experience.
In the end, it's disappointing to see a company that doesn't prioritize its customers and their shopping experience. It's essential for companies to value their customers and prioritize their needs and satisfaction. Hopefully, BladeHQ takes steps to improve their customer service in the future to avoid losing more customers.
BladeHQ's Security Breach: Professional Response, Lingering Concerns
As someone who has had a negative experience with BladeHQ in the past, I can understand why customers might be hesitant to trust them with their information. However, I must give credit where credit is due and acknowledge the way they handled this recent security breach. I received a professional and timely email letting me know that my personal information may have been compromised, and they provided resources and advice on how to protect myself from fraud.
That being said, the fact that this breach occurred in the first place is concerning. It's never a good sign when unauthorized parties can access and infect a website with malware for months on end. It definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth knowing that my personal data was potentially affected during their time of vulnerability.
At the end of the day, while BladeHQ may offer some unique products, it's important to weigh the risks of doing business with them. There are plenty of other retailers out there that can offer similar items without the potential threats to your information security. It's up to each individual to decide whether the convenience of shopping at BladeHQ outweighs these risks.
Mixed Experience with BladeHQ.com: Great Ordering and Customer Support, But Beware the Return Policy
My experience with bladehq.com was pretty impressive, right until I tried to return the product I had purchased. Their customer service was excellent, and I had a smooth ordering process. The knife that I purchased, a MicroTech Scarab Executive, worth $450, arrived in perfect condition before the scheduled delivery time. However, I was not satisfied with the blade play and the lock up reliability, as it was my first experience with OTF. Thus, I decided to browse through the site and purchase a side-opening automatic knife designed for left-handers. Although this knife was priced lower, I thought I could return the previous one and get a refund for the difference.
I contacted the bladehq.com customer service team, and they immediately provided me with a return authorization number. However, I also agreed to pay a 5% restocking fee and the return shipping expenses. Unfortunately, that's when I made a careless mistake. During the two days that I had the knife, I reversed the pocket clip so that it could be carried on the left side. I packed the knife as per their instructions, without realizing that I had reversed the clip.
After a few days, I tracked the package and saw that it had been delivered. I then sent an email asking if they had received the knife. To my surprise, the response came within a couple of hours, confirming that the knife had been received. But upon inspection, they found that I had reversed the pocket clip, which had scratched the opposite side of the knife. This violated their return policy, and they immediately returned the knife to me with no notice or anything.
I understood why the exchange was rejected, but was disappointed that they did not offer other options—such as a trade-in value. They didn't even provide me with an notification that they could not accept the return. Given the high price of these knives, I assumed that they made a considerable profit. Therefore, it seemed strange that they were not willing to offer me more assistance.
Overall, I would recommend bladehq.com for their efficient delivery service, excellent customer support, and impressive selection of knives. However, I advise potential customers to tread carefully when purchasing high-value merchandise that they might want to return later.
BladeHQ Review: Poor Quality Control & Customer Service for Microtech Beard Comb
I recently purchased a microtech beard comb from BladeHQ and unfortunately, my experience with them was less than satisfactory. As a first-time customer, I had high hopes for this company, but their quality control and customer service left a lot to be desired.
To begin with, I ordered a microtech beard comb with the burly blend, which was priced at almost $400 and marked as in stock. However, when my order arrived, I was sent a comb with the Celtic fire blend instead, without any prior notice or explanation. When I called their customer service to report the issue, I was told that they had simply decided to ship that one instead, without even asking if it was okay with me. This lack of communication and disregard for customer preferences was a big red flag for me.
To make matters worse, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the date code on the knife did not match the date code on the certificate of authenticity plate. I contacted BladeHQ again and spoke with Kelly, who was helpful and sympathetic initially, but unfortunately, their solution to the problem was not satisfactory. Despite my request for a shipping label to return the knife and receive the correct one, I was told that they could only refund the money and that I would have to repurchase the item again, which would take up to 8-10 days for the refund process. This meant that I would be out of pocket for almost $800, as I would need to order the product again and wait for the refund, all while hoping that the new product would be correct. This seemed like an unreasonable and frustrating solution to a mistake that was not my fault.
After a few more attempts to get the issue resolved over the phone, to my relief, Heather eventually agreed to send me a return authorization, which I received and used to return the incorrect product and finally received the correct one.
While I appreciate Heather's assistance, overall, my experience with BladeHQ was very disappointing and I can't say that I would recommend them to others. As someone who has a huge microtech collection and has been a loyal customer in the past, I am saddened that I won't be able to purchase from them again due to their poor quality control and customer service.
BladeHQ Complaints 11
Blade hq - cancellation of legitimately purchased (high demand) knife without reason
I purchased and paid for an expensive knife. My bank cleared the funds, and I completed my account and payment details.
Blade HQ however cancelled the payment as 'fraudulent' and refunded my money without consulting me. Through a series of painful emails, Blade HQ refused to acknowledge the issue. Blade HQ refused to tell me what the issue was with my payment method. Blade HQ refused to take an alternative payment method. They continued to persist that my sale (which had been accepted by my bank within my own country) was 'fraud', without any basis whatsoever. I provided drivers licence and passport proof. This did not sway the Customer Service Manager who beligerently would not correct the matter, provide more information, nor would he assist me with fixing my account which appeared to have been prematurely marked as fraudulent. Atrocious service, disappointing all around. Last, to top it off, the Customer Service Manager refused to escalate my complaint to his superior despite my asking multiple times.
Clearing the Air: Addressing Misconceptions About BladeHQ and our Promotions
It is unfortunate to see such a negative review about BladeHQ (bladehq.com), and I would like to provide a more detailed perspective on the issue raised by the writer.
Firstly, it is important to note that any claims of misleading advertising or false promises are taken very seriously by BladeHQ. It is certainly not our intention to deceive or cheat our customers, and we do everything we can to ensure clarity and transparency in all our communications and operations.
Regarding the specific complaint about free gifts, it is true that we occasionally offer promotional items or deals with purchase. These are always subject to availability, and we do our best to make this clear on our website and during the ordering process. If there was a mistake or confusion in the writer's case, we apologize and would be happy to review the situation and make it right if possible.

However, we believe in offering such promotions as a way to thank our customers for choosing BladeHQ and to demonstrate our commitment to providing excellent service and products.

In conclusion, we are sorry to hear that the writer had a negative experience with BladeHQ. Disappointing Experience with BladeHQ's Online Order and Customer Service
When I recently tried ordering a knife on BladeHQ, I was initially impressed with how easy their online ordering process was. However, my experience quickly deteriorated from there. I opted for the 2-day shipping option, but to my frustration, my knife didn't arrive even after 5 days had passed. It was then that I reached out to their customer service team for a status update.
To my surprise, they informed me that my order had already been shipped out. But after waiting for almost two weeks and still not receiving my order, I began to worry and contacted them again. This time, they disclosed that they were out of stock and refunded me my full amount.
While the refund was appreciated, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by BladeHQ's lack of clarity and communication during the entire process. I had to consistently follow up with them for updates, which was time-consuming and problematic. The tracking number I received didn't provide me with any substantial information, and it seemed like they hadn't even shipped my order even though they created the shipping label.
Overall, I would have liked a more transparent process, with regular updates on the status of my order. This would have saved me the time and effort of chasing down my package and contacting customer service multiple times. I hope that BladeHQ can work on improving their communication and customer service to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

Disappointed with BladeHQ: Poor Customer Service, Lack of Transparency, and Charging for Cancelled Order
I recently had an unfortunate experience with BladeHQ, an online retailer that specializes in knives. Initially, I was thrilled to browse their vast selection and quickly placed an order for 3 different knives - 2 as gifts for friends, and one for myself.
However, after waiting patiently for 10 days without receiving any updates on my order, I decided to reach out to the company to inquire about the delay. It was then that I was informed that my order had been cancelled due to a fraud alert. While I appreciate the importance of maintaining security measures when it comes to online transactions, I was extremely disappointed that BladeHQ had not informed me of this cancellation in a timely manner.
To add insult to injury, I was surprised to find that despite the fact that my order had been cancelled, BladeHQ had still charged my credit card. This was an issue that should have been addressed with me directly, but unfortunately, the company did not make any efforts to contact me. Instead, I had to initiate the communication myself.
Although BladeHQ did offer me store credit as a means of resolving the issue, I was not satisfied with this solution. As a customer, I should not be forced to buy from a company that has made such a serious error and has not been transparent about it. I insisted on getting a refund first before I would consider making another order with BladeHQ.
Overall, I was left with a very poor impression of BladeHQ's customer service and their ability to handle issues related to orders. It's difficult not to feel skeptical about their legitimacy as a company when such mistakes are made. I remain hopeful that my refund will be processed promptly, but I can't help feeling disappointed and that I may need to take this matter further.
Cautionary Tale: BladeHQ's Misleading Product Description & Hidden Fees
As I was browsing through BladeHQ's website for a Hinderer XM 24, I came across a seemingly great deal for the knife described as OD green with a black titanium back for the price of $635. However, upon further inspection of their product photos, I began to feel uncertain about the color and texture of the knife. I decided to contact BladeHQ for clarification, and that's when things started to take a turn for the worse.
When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that the knife I had initially intended to buy was actually stonewashed and not OD green with a black titanium back, as advertised on their website. This was a huge red flag for me, and I immediately canceled my order and requested a refund.
Unfortunately, BladeHQ charged me a restocking fee for the cancellation, even though it was due to their own misleading product description. I was left feeling frustrated and cheated by the experience, especially when I later discovered the same knife being sold for $595 on other websites.
It's incredibly concerning to think that BladeHQ may be intentionally overcharging their customers by manipulating product descriptions and charging restocking fees for their own mistakes. It's not just about the monetary loss, but also the lack of trust that comes with feeling cheated by a company that you thought you could rely on.
In summary, I would caution others to exercise caution when shopping on BladeHQ's website and to carefully scrutinize their product descriptions. Double check the product details with their customer service team before making a purchase, and be aware of the unfortunate possibility of hidden restocking fees.
Unreliable and Untrustworthy: A Review of BladeHQ's Pre-Order System
As a customer looking for a reliable online seller for knives, I had a less than satisfactory experience with BladeHQ (bladehq.com). My initial impression was good, as they offered pre-order options for some of their products, including a knife that I was interested in purchasing. I put down a deposit of 5 dollars and eagerly anticipated its release.
However, six months later, I was dismayed to find out that the knife was readily available on other online seller websites, such as knifecenter.com and opticplanet.com. I reached out to BladeHQ to inquire about the status of my pre-order, but was met with silence. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to cancel my order and purchase the knife from knifecenter.com instead.
To my surprise, BladeHQ informed me that they would not be able to refund my pre-order deposit of 5 dollars. This left a bad taste in my mouth, as it felt like a sneaky way to make money without providing any real service or product.
Overall, I would caution other potential shoppers to steer clear of BladeHQ if they are looking for a reliable and trustworthy online seller. It seems that they take pre-orders without the ability to deliver in a timely manner, and do not provide transparent customer service.
Disappointed and Frustrated with BladeHQ: A Review of My Experience with Purchasing Boker Knives from Their Website
I recently had an experience with BladeHQ (bladehq.com) that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. While it is worth noting that the product did ship out quickly, I cannot help but express my discontent with the overall quality of my purchase and the general customer service I experienced.
Upon receiving my order, I quickly noticed that something was amiss. One of the Boker knives that I had purchased had clearly been opened before, and showed signs of being used as a demo unit. This was a major letdown, as I was expecting to receive a brand new, never-before-handled product. Additionally, both of the Boker blades that I ordered had arrived incredibly dull, which made me wonder about the quality control processes that BladeHQ has in place.
Needless to say, I was not pleased with this experience. It is frustrating to spend hard-earned money on a product, only to receive something that is not up to par. It makes me wonder if I should even consider purchasing Boker knives in the future, if this is the kind of treatment they allow their customers to receive.
Ultimately, I cannot recommend BladeHQ to anyone, and will not be spending my money with them again. Instead, I would highly recommend investing in a purchase from your local store, even if it requires taking a bit of a drive. The quality of the product and the level of customer service you will receive is likely to be far superior.
BladeHQ Review: Excellent Service, Disappointing Quality Control
I recently made a purchase from BladeHQ, an online retailer that specializes in quality knives. I opted to purchase the Kershaw Bareknuckle, which is known for its sleek appearance and reliable performance. However, upon receiving the knife, I was disappointed with its condition. Despite being dissatisfied, I must commend the excellent customer service that BladeHQ provided me with. They offered to take the knife back, and even covered the postage cost with a BladeHQ credit. So far, I was happy with the outcome of my experience.
However, my experience took another unfortunate turn when I attempted to purchase the same knife using the store credit I received. Once the knife arrived, I realized that it was, in fact, the same knife I had previously returned, as indicated by the untouched tape on the blade. Naturally, my confidence in BladeHQ's quality control (QC) took a significant hit. BladeHQ offered another store credit, but at this point, I had lost faith in their QC efforts and requested a refund. They agreed to my request, but I am still awaiting a confirmation email with the shipping label.
I must admit that my past experiences with BladeHQ have been generally positive. They have a wide selection of knives and accessories, and their prices are reasonable. However, this oversight regarding their QC is difficult to overlook. It raises concerns about whether they are selling used or returned items as new, a practice that is highly unethical. While I would like to continue purchasing from BladeHQ, they need to take appropriate measures to ensure there is no repeat of this kind of scenario. Customers deserve to receive what they expect, particularly when it comes to high-quality, expensive products like knives.
Unsatisfactory Experience with BladeHQ: Used Knife and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a knife from BladeHQ and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. I had done extensive research and finally found the perfect Hogue OTF knife, which was unfortunately the last one available. Despite the excitement of finally purchasing my dream knife, my enthusiasm quickly faded upon receiving the package. The exterior of the packaging was in terrible shape and upon opening it, I found a knife that appeared to be used or returned. The knife was dirty, grimey, and stained with visible wear on the blade and clip.
Naturally, I contacted BladeHQ to express my concerns and disappointment with what I received. They offered me the option to send it back or receive store credit. However, I had my heart set on this knife and really wanted to keep it, especially since it was the last one available. In lieu of being able to return it, the company only offered me a mere $20 store credit. As a customer, I was unsatisfied with their lackluster attempts at making things right and felt stuck between a rock and a hard place.
To make things worse, I paid full price for a used knife that was poorly packaged and missing accompanying paperwork and tools. This is simply unacceptable and the customer service left much to be desired. It is for these reasons that I cannot recommend BladeHQ and advise others to buy local whenever possible.
A Disappointing Experience with BladeHQ: Lack of Communication and Poor Customer Service
I have been a loyal customer of BladeHQ for quite some time, having ordered several high-end knives from them in the past and always feeling satisfied with the quality of both their products and their customer service. However, my recent experience with this company left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated, to say the least.
Despite having placed a preorder for a Spyderco Yojumbo knife and having already paid for it, I received absolutely no communication from BladeHQ regarding the expected arrival date, the shipping process or any other updates on the status of my order. Even after multiple attempts to reach out to them via both phone and email, I was met with nothing but radio silence. This, of course, left me feeling incredibly anxious and uncertain about the fate of my much-anticipated purchase.
After waiting for what felt like an eternity with no updates from BladeHQ, I decided to take matters into my own hands and purchased the same knife from another online retailer instead. And then, without any warning or explanation, the original Spyderco Yojumbo I had ordered from BladeHQ just showed up at my doorstep one day, completely out of the blue. Needless to say, this was extremely frustrating and put me in a tough spot as a consumer.
I immediately reached out to BladeHQ to explain my situation and inquire about a refund, but it took more than a week for them to even respond to my message. And instead of offering me a refund as I had requested, they only offered me a store credit, which was not what I had been hoping for. After this experience, I can say with certainty that I will never be placing another order with BladeHQ again.
It is truly disappointing to see a company that I once had so much confidence in and admiration for fall so far from grace. It's unclear what has changed within the management of BladeHQ, but whatever it is, it has not been for the better. As a consumer, I want to feel valued, heard, and appreciated by the companies I choose to do business with - and unfortunately, BladeHQ's recent behavior has demonstrated that they are no longer capable of providing that level of customer care. With so many other reputable and reliable companies out there, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on a company that clearly doesn't care about your business.
My Experience with BladeHQ: Frustration and Concerns for Security Breaches
In my personal experience, I have not had the best experience with BladeHQ. I have purchased several knives from their website, but unfortunately, there has always been some sort of issue with the product. Although they offer returns and refunds, it can be frustrating to spend time waiting for a product that ultimately doesn't work out. Additionally, I recently attempted to take advantage of a sale they were having on a Norse hawk by Cold Steel for an incredible price of $6.99. However, after waiting over a week for my order to be processed, I received an email notifying me that my order had been cancelled without any explanation. When I attempted to reach out to customer service for information, they were unable to provide me with any clarity on the situation.
One other concern I have with BladeHQ is related to the recent news of security breaches and hacking of their website. While I understand that this can happen to any company, it is concerning that their customers' personal and financial information may have been compromised. I would strongly recommend being cautious and taking extra steps to protect your personal information if you choose to do business with BladeHQ.
Overall, I would suggest exploring other options for purchasing knives and other outdoor equipment. There are many reputable companies that offer high-quality products and excellent customer service, without the potential risks that come with shopping with a company like BladeHQ.
