First Northern Credit Union I bought a car from *** in *** 8 Jan 2022

I bought a car from *** in *** 8 Jan 2022. They lied to me about needing extra warranties, so I cancelled them. The warranties cost $4,518.00. Filo Lending Options financed my car loan, but they sold it to First Northern Credit Union. I cancelled the warranties after the loan was sold, but *** sent the refund checks to First Northern Credit Union. Filo said they sent the checks, but they don't know if First Northern Credit Union cashed them. First Northern Credit Union said they didn't get the money yet and it could take a month. *** caused this problem on purpose. Filo and First Northern Credit Union work together, so they don't want to post the money to my account. I want someone to make them give me my money and pay me for every day they keep it.
