I really had a great experience with Global Processing Systems. Anthony provided excellent assistance in helping me set up my Clover account. He gave us full details of all our options and has been providing great service. He is always there for us whenever we have any issues or need help with the account. Overall, I would highly recommend Global Processing Systems and specifically ask for Anthony. He has been a great help and is always hands-on whenever we need assistance.

I have a personal representative named Hilda.
I wasn't aware of her until she called me to advise that she was assigned to me, and that I should communicate with her regarding any needs that I may have. Hilda has proven those words to be true, because there were security matters that I needed to finalize, and she guided me through them effortlessly. This is such a time saver for me, and much appreciated. Hilda, you are highly valued by me.

Been with Global for 10+ years, they have been so great to us! There is someone always there to help problem solve any issues, I also have so many other companies say they can save me money and get me better rates, they are surprised that they can't beat Global! We've been in business since 2002 and have been through several processing companies and Global is by far the best I've ever been with, which is why we've stayed with them for so long!

Hilda has a lot of knowledge about this program. She helped me so much she went above and beyond her duties I'm sure because I bothered her from sun up to sun down. We have been customers with GPS for almost a year now. We recently opened a 2nd location and working with Hilda made it so easy! Besides the great ideas of which clover system to use for our business needs, she was very attentive and responsive. She even checks in with us periodically to see how we are doing! I am merchant and I just had a third dispute from my customer during holiday season. The dispute notice came late because of Christmas holiday. Mariana of Global Processing Systems helped me to gather all necessary documents and sent them to the chargeback department and made an important note that the contest to dispute was submitted late due to holidays delays. Sarah Smith went above and beyond for us. In particular, no one in our office is what one would call computer literate, so when we were notified we had to renew our PCI compliance Ms Sarah said she could assist. Thank heavens. Before we could get started our office had to shut down and we were faced with completing the compliance at home. Sarah stepped up and said she would take care of us. Next thing we knew she was saying the papers would be in the mail shortly.
We could not have wished for a better start for the office New Year. Thank you Sarah!

Thank you for all your help and being so patient with me through the years. You are amazing every time I call and ask for you, You are there no matter what you are doing. You either know the answer or you find the answer for me. I would definitely recommend Global processing to everyone I know, with your contacts information. All your staff is very nice and understanding. But I have worked with Elva more than one occasion, so I am very biased towards her. She is one of the best employees you have. I'm extremely pleased as a new customer to Global Processing Systems, and was in need of several things to be done that I may take credit cards.

I had a most difficult time, and Miguel was very patient, and customer oriented, and reassuring that I was doing alright. The delay turned out to be the password for my WI-FI equipment was no longer correct, but I was able to reach my grandson quickly, and he solved the problem.

I couldn't have selected a better helper, KUDOS, to the hiring Manager of this employee.

This too is very important to me because I've been a business Owner for many years, and Customer Service ranks very high with me.

Gio was very helpful and friendly since the beginning when he came to talk to us about the terminal. He helped us through every step of the application and made sure we understood every single part of it. When we finally got the terminal he came and installed it for us he did it neatly and very fast and explained very well to us how to use it, he left us the number of where to call if we had any questions and even left his number so we could contact him if we had any problems with the terminal. Few months later we had a problem with our WIFI and we called him to see if he could come help us re install the terminal and he did. Thank you so much Gio!

I am merchant and I had one customer dispute his debit card transaction (with PIN key in). Mariana Jacobo of the Global Processing Systems helped me to contest the dispute. She responded my emails and phone calls promptly and helped me check the status of the contest regularly until I got the money back. This was the second time I got disputed and it was a long process-it took over 2 months due to the card issuer bank's policy in favor of card holders. But Mariana was very patient and keep following up my case's status. Some other Card Processing Companies approached me to show that they charge lower fees, but I believe customer service is the most important. I'm not sure how this company is getting its 5-star ratings? My experience with them has been a nightmare from day one. The rep Mat in the Ventura area should be terminated from his job for lying to his customers just so he can make a quick commission. He promised that he would save me $95 a month if I sign up with his company. Told him from beginning no contract. Did I ever see him again, NO! He never ever showed his face back in my shop again. He signed me up a terminal machine lease which I already had one new for 4 years total cost $4000, stuck with that contract. Their office tried to charge me $65 an annual fee for just being with them for 2 months. They end up refunding the money. I sent them a cancelation letter 2 days ago they tried to charge my bank $998. I'm looking to file a lawsuit against these guys soon!

I am a merchant and I would like to thank Technician Daniel in the Global Processing Systems, Inc. I had two duplicate transactions in August. Technician Daniel helped me to find out what caused the duplicate transactions-my phone line problem. He explained to me how the bank card issuers will process the refund to customers, he helped to respond to the bank card issuers and confirmed that there were duplicate transactions. When the card issuers delay the refund to my customers, Daniel helped to send emails requests to the card issuers. My customers finally got the refund. It was a great pleasure talking to Daniel on the phone when I need help, he is always very patient and he explains things clearly. I really appreciate his help and time!

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Global Processing Systems, specifically from their employee Anthony Anguiano! He was great, has a great personality, and I am glad he was the person that helped me out. I was unsure of how the services worked and had so many questions. Anthony took the time to discuss everything over the phone, he made me feel comfortable and would send me all the information via email. He also followed up to discuss further; he understood this was a big step and purchase for my business. Once, I was ready to purchase he set me up with the items I needed to get started, he was never pushy and explained why I needed the equipment and how my business would benefit. I appreciated Anthony's detailed breakdown and his honest feedback of their services. Great job Global Processing systems on hiring employees like Anthony. Please give Kudos to Anthony Anguiano and know that he is representing your company to the fullest!

This company has been dishonest and is taking advantage of me. I have tried to cancel this service for 8 months and they lie and keep charging me. May 20th of 2019 I called them to switch my service. They informed me I was under a contract until August 3rd. I understood and called the morning of August 3rd. This company informed me because I didn't cancel before my contract was up it was renewed for another 5 years. I have called them multiple times since then to cancel, they claim they will call me back in 20 minutes and I have waited hours. They say they will send someone to my store, but that hasn't happened. I keep getting charged every month but i don't even have their machine!

Mislead about the fees. Closed the account & was promised to receive refunds. No refunds as of October yet. Was changed on 12/3 again. I was mislead by the sales rep with the fees involved with having an account with them and I have everything in writing from her to support my claims about what I was not supposed to be charged for. When I questioned the charges, the rep never responded. Finally spoke to Jane Smith, supervisor. She spoke to customer service on 10/9 and was confirmed I will be refunded. I followed up on 12/3 asking where my check is, but instead I was charged another $20. I have spent so much time with this company. I have all the emails about charges, refunds, and more in writing in my email if needed. We never used their services and here are the charges for the total of $281.83: 8/10-$90 8/3 - $20 9/3 $45.93 10/5 - $105.89 12/3 - $20 I am happy to upload the screenshot of emails and bank statement. Only attaching one of their last email.

Global Processing Systems from Global Processing approached me about changing over from Square Processing Systems to Global processing with a Clover register. They said the rates they would provide would be much lower than what we were receiving at Square, that we would save money every month and the register system (Clover) operates better than Square. Before I signed a 5 year contract, they did not make me aware that GP operates differently than Square and that an interchange rate was applied IN ADDITION to GP's processing fees. They also did not disclose there would be a monthly subscription fee that needed to be paid to Clover. I signed a contract with them in May . In less than one year, I have had to contact customer service from Clover dozens of times to get assistance with my registers because they crash. I have had to have each unit replaced because there is some mysterious issue that the people at GP or Clover can't seem to figure out. The Clover forces you to pay for certain capabilities that just come standard with Square (like emailing an itemized invoice). I would like to get out of this 5 year contract without incurring any additional costs because the product and service I was told I would be receiving IS NOT what I received.
