Hello,

I do not know when the package was delivered, I'm saying this because most Fed-ex drivers like to deliver packages to the back of my house, WHERE there is no house address on the house. So why are packages even being placed there? I myself, have had to hand deliver neighbors packages. I shouldn't have to do this constantly. I can understand once and awhile. I know if it was my packages that I'm waiting on gets shipped to someone else's address, I would be pretty upset. Customers pay money for this extra shipping, etc. I would think that the drivers would be trained enough to deliver to the addresses correctly.

I have also, placed a small note on the back door that states that this address belongs to. So, they are not paying full attention to detail when delivering. This is also not the first time this has happened, and I've had enough of the non-sense.

This is one of the reasons I very seldom order anything online, because I never know where it's going to go. Unfortunately, in this day and age, people are not trustworthy, and theft happens more than it should, so with that being said, having a package sit in the back of someone's address for however long is not acceptable especially when the back of the house has no address numbers on it to distinguish what the house number actually is. I do not utilize my back door, so I don't see packages out there unless I happen to walk back there.

So, this entire complaint is just to bring to attention that drivers are not paying attention to detail, and leaving packages at houses that don't actually have numbers on them, and instead of contacting the customer via phone, and/or contacting FEDEX support on more details of the address they are dropping too. If some type of training could be done about this, so this can stop happening would be great.

Desired outcome: TRAIN drivers better. DON'T leave packages at addresses without verifying its the address ex: house numbers, mail box. BACK of houses don't have addresses on them.
