I bought two neon signs from EverythingNeon with custom lettering. But after only one year, one of the signs stopped working. I was so disappointed! I emailed them right away and they told me to come to their location to get it fixed. It was a long drive, over an hour, but I really wanted my sign to work again. When I got there, they said that a new transformer was needed and it would cost $80. I paid it, but I was worried about how long this new transformer would last. They told me that I had a one year warranty for the new part, so I felt a little better.

I put the sign back up and it worked for less than a week before it stopped working again. I was so frustrated! I emailed EverythingNeon again, but this time they refused to fix it and told me that I needed to spend $400 to redo all the lettering. I couldn't believe it! I had no choice but to find my own way to fix the sign.

I contacted other electricians to look at the sign and they told me that the new transformer that EverythingNeon put in was only 8KV. They said that for that much lettering, it needed at least a 12KV transformer. I was so angry that EverythingNeon had put in the wrong transformer! I went on Amazon and bought a new transformer for only $70. I installed it myself and now my sign is working again.

I can't believe how terrible EverythingNeon was to work with. They messed up my sign and lied about their warranties. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you want a neon sign, find a different company that will do a better job and stand behind their work.

I gotta say, I'm pretty stoked about how my order turned out from EverythingNeon. I wanted to customize my sign and they totally delivered on making it just the way I wanted it. It's not like, 100% identical to what I saw on their website, but honestly, I'm super happy with how it looks. These guys really know what they're doing.
