Everycar.jp review: Refunding of my money ($ 20000.00 USD)

On March 3, 2019, I paid USD 20,000.00 to every car jp company via money transfer for a coaster bus (to include shipping and insurance). I was given the assurance that the bus would be shipped a month after. While waiting, I realized the bus was still been advertised on the website. I drew it to the CEO's attention and it was then taken from the site. He then communicated with me that the bus would not be shipped as promised because of serious mechanical problems and also the previous owner tempered with the speedometer. I requested my money back time after time and to date, I haven't received my money. I am now seeking your intervention to please help me to resolve this issue, so I can have my money refunded.
