Terrible Experience with ESourceParts: Used Screens Sold as New, Poor Customer Service
I recently bought a screen for my Samsung S8 from ESourceParts. When I got it, the frame surrounding it was all scratched up and looked like someone had already used it. I wasn't happy with that, so I sent it back and asked for a replacement. Can you believe it? The second one they sent me was in the exact same used condition!
I reached out to them and pleaded with them to just send me a new screen, without the frame. But you know what they did? They took back the second used screen and frame and just gave me a refund. Can you believe the nerve? They had the audacity to tell me that it was my own fault for buying a refurbished item. But here's the thing, I carefully read the description on their website and it clearly said "ALL NEW" in multiple bullet points about the product.
Let me tell you, their products are just plain crappy. And to make matters worse, they can't even get their descriptions right on their website. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's just plain awful. They try to pass off used stuff as new and hope that you won't notice.
Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. ESourceParts wasted so much of my precious time, it's just disgusting.
