EMortgage was very misleading and sloppy, for lack of a better word. They provided documentation on multiple occasions with incorrect payoffs, incorrect accounts to be paid off and even incorrect interest rates. They had multiple notary agents calling with inconsistent closing dates. One even showed up with documents that included an interest rate a full percentage point higher than I was quoted. The process was horrible. Payoff issues are still ongoing. I dealt with two gentlemen during the close process. Both are now far more difficult to reach.

I had previously placed a complaint about a $600 double charge. We did finally get that resolved, and it was not Ben Mure's mistake, it was Mortgage solutions of Colorado that had received double payment and was not responding to either Ben or myself. We were refunded for the second appraisal fee that should not have been charged.

We have been working with David Mabrouk senior loan officer for eMortgage on a IRRRL refinance for a couple of days by phone and by computer. We have never been treated with such courtesy and professionalism as David has done by anyone in his business.If I could rate his services higher than 5 stars I would do it no questions asked. This gentleman knows his business, went beyond our expectations to get our business. Definitely knows his numbers. ?

Dealt with David Mabrouck, He did everything on the front end of this mortgage. He phoned every day. He sent us all of the document. Then we signed the mortgage papers and everything went to Hell. He refused to call us back. refused to answer emails. No communication from the company. Today is March 1. Our previous lender is supposed to be paid today and my mortgage has not been paid off yet. There is no other way to get a hold of this company. go to the website and you can't even contact them. by email. Fill out a form without description. Shoddy business at best. Still trying to straighten it all out.

EMortgage Funding always returned my phone calls, answered all of my questions and made this the easiest loan that we have ever acquired. He truly cared about helping my husband and I close on our loan! I have never done business with this company, yet they harass me by calling 5 -12 times daily. I have informed them the person they are asking for is not at the number they are calling, my number is on the Federal Do Not Call List as well as the Texas do not call list. No less than 3 times today, I have had this conversation with their representatives. I am not forced to record all calls and will be providing the recordings and a call log to the Texas Attorney General's office so that the statutorily allowed penalties can be levied against this company. The phone calls amount to harassment and I am done "talking." I tried to contact the company but their mailbox is full. There is no way to send an electronic message. I would never do business with an organization such as this.
