Firstly, let's talk about customer service, deposit and withdraw processes - they aren't the most efficient. Sometimes, when you use a credit card deposit, it takes hours for the transaction to go through. However, these problems are still acceptable if you're not in a hurry.

But the worst experience I've had with IronFX is with the most important part of all - trading itself. I've been trading on MT4 and found that the order price is entirely different from what's shown on MT4 charts. This means that I usually end up with a 1-2 pips loss, which can add up to quite a lot if it keeps happening. It's not like rapid market movements are responsible for these losses either, as they occur quite often.

To make things worse, if you're using the "zero spread" account, you're already paying $20-30 per lot. But due to these strange pricing issues, you end up paying another $10-20. Profit-making becomes difficult, especially with scalping trading. When I tried to approach them regarding compensating for my losses, they mentioned that it was just slippage of 1-2 pips. That's laughable! I wouldn't recommend continuing with this broker if that's the case.
